Drago will reappear as close to the surface as he can and will swim to the surface.
He is hugely disappointed that what he thought was an actual encounter with the monster was an apparent illusion. His luck in the water has been almost nothing and he decides to head for the surface.
He orders his spiritual weapon to move as far as it can (20 ft) with him but it will be left behind at some point for now. As he breaks the surface he calls to his burninator broom "Burninator!"
If Drago is able to get to the surface he calls the Broom Of Flying back to him and moves east toward Charles and Jury. He sees the enemy on the other side of the water and if he is able to get close enough (60 feet) he will cast another Toll The Dead (DC 16 wisdom save or take 14 damage, assuming Drago was able to get close enough)
Blink roll: 14 -- WOW! 4th time in a row Drago will disappear at the end of his turn.
Grixx will continue his movement south. Once out of the fog and into the water he would see the pale elf and once again try to use Dash to close the distance by swimming up the Pale Elf.
Charles aims his pistol at the Pale Elf, then to the Elf's longbow.
First shot, last grit point for Disarming Shot: On a hit, the creature suffers normal damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or drop 1 held object of your choice and have that object be pushed 10 feet away from you.[DC 17]
Attack: 20 Damage: 15
Second shot, will be at... you guessed it... sharpshooter.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: Delayed concentration check for the Pale Elf for being hit once by Charles last round {DC 10}: 19 - Fog still up).
Charles aims at the Pale Elf's hand. The blast hits his index finger perfectly, blowing it to pieces.
-> Pale Elf's concentration save {DC 10}: 21 - The fog persists.
-> Pale Elf's STR saving throw {DC 17}: 12 - The Elf's longbow flies backwards, hits the wall and lands a good 10 feet north of its owner, on the water. It begins to sink immediately.
A second bullets is fired right after the first, in a strange momentary malfunction. The bullet hist the wall behind the Elf.
Tymora places Drago closer to the surface (now just 15 feet below). Swimming slowly upwards, the cleric is able to break surface next to land, but needs to take a breather before moving out of the water (out of movement this turn). The Spiritual Weapon moves from 35 to 15 feet underwater.
The magic broom moves 20 feet to reach its master (I'll also say it uses another 10 feet worth of its movement to scoop you out of the water). Drago then begins traveling west, flying 5 feet above ground (65 feet away from the Pale Elf).
Drago then prepares to cast Toll the Dead as soon as the Pale Elf is within range (ready action). Tymora flips fate once again and Drago disappears.

Grixx stumbles out of the fog and sees the Pale Elf. The barbarian immediately rushes towards his foe, but a few feet away from his mark he feels a tentacle swing at his back.
-> Tentacle (readied melee weapon attack with range and advantage (unseen position)): Attack: 21 Damage: 13 bludgeoning.
-> CON saving throw {DC 14}: 17 - Whatever nasty ailment the attack was charged with does not take hold.
Grixx loses his balance a bit but reaches the Pale Elf, mostly ignoring the tentacle for now. Except, Grixx is swimming with his head above water, and the Pale Elf is standing above the water, walking on its surface.

Verdict, for the first time in its existence, tried to avoid relaying what happened with the bowmen. Or more specifically, what had nearly happened with him. But the bond wouldn't allow for my hiding of such facts. To Verdict's astonishment, rather than disapproval or burgeoning rage, Jury calmly requested for him to double time it (Dash to the right most hallway and ways further to await further instruction.
Yet either out of juvenile defiance or thinking better of that plan, he instead makes his way to fog and hide near its fringes. Aggravated but undaunted, the warforged alters his course according to his readings and made his way to -1AN with haste(reminder natural speed is 30ft in the water due to haste). At which point, if needed to pause again to perform another search he does so. But, if his calculations were right, then... then a thought occurs to him. One prompted by Verdict last recording of events above, if much was to be seen or heard.
It was reckless, but it was time the group were able to focus their attention on one target at time for a change. Thus, he surfaced as quickly as he could, and seeing the shining beacon that was still Grixx at the moment (more or less), he points at a spot bordering the edge of the light. Grixx and the elf would be caught in it, true.
But he was willing to make the sacrifice. "Rule Seventeen: Return the unrepentant to the fires of creation." He points his staff just above the water, and red bead flies and expands rapidly into a great conflagration as it closes in on elf, barbarian, and the thing beneath.
"Tempus Operative Grixx. Strike it down the Elf. Now!" (VoA)
(@Lerus I assume since Grixx just made it to the elf he is about -7 or -8AN, right? So, accounting for the murk possibly diminishing the Light a tad, he'll aim his fireball's center point just above the surface at -7AL. Grixx should get some resistance being still partially subermeged, but the elf would be getting the full blast. Jury would be just out of reach. Don't know if it'll hit the Aboleth, but that wouldn't be mostly the point of it.)
Movement: To -1AN (reduced back to 30 feet thanks to Haste)
Hasted Action: Dash to surface at -1AN.
Action: Jury Casts Fireball(level 3) centering the blast at -7AL, and dealing of 36 fire damage. Dex Save: 16 for half damage. Half again if a creature is considered submerged. (40ft Diameter/20ft Radius Sphere)
(@Lerus This next one is a bit contentious, but.. Jury will also be using his Voice of Authority Feature if applicable. The elf would be within the Light radius as well. XD)
Voice of Authority
Immediately after you cast a spell on an ally using a spell slot of 1st level or higher, that ally can use their reaction to make one weapon attack against a target of your choice that you can see. If the spell targets more than one ally, you choose the ally who can make the attack.
Voice of Authority: (No Action)
If Slain by the spell:
Grim HarvestPHB118
Once per turn when you kill one or more creatures with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain HP equal to twice the spell’s level, or three times its level if the spell belongs to the School of Necromancy. You don’t gain this benefit for killing constructs or undead. (In this Case: 6Hp)

Verdict stubbornly moves into the fog and hides. Jury can’t see his familiar any more, so it can be assumed he hid successfully.
The necromancer swims closer to the Pale Elf and brings his hand out of the water. The small floating pebble of concentrated fire explodes near the intended target, but Grixx is also caught.
DEX saving throw {DC 16}:
Pale Elf: 9 - takes 30 fire damage (CMD: 117) Aboleth: 7 - takes 7 fire damage (CMD: 84) Grixx: 10 - takes 7 fire damage
Grixx is welcome to use his reaction to attack, as per Voice of Authority.
(Enemies go next, but Grixx’s reaction attack may change the board a bit, so I have to wait).

Grixx hearing Jury's command and finally seeing his chance will strike at the Pale Elf with his Greatsword!
**OOC: Grixx is in the water but the Elf is above water so I am not sure if it counts as underwater combat. Therefore, I will make two attack rolls. If no disadvantage is needed, please use the first one.**

REACTIONS
(@Grx: Grixx is mostly submerged with no footing, so I’d say the disadvantage stands).
Grixx thrusts his greatsword upwards at Jury’s urging, but the Pale Elf can see the attack coming and dodges out of the way.
The Pale Elf also uses this opportunity (a bit of a delayed reaction) to aim some arcane coldness towards Jury, an attempt to counteract his fiery explosion from a moment ago.
-> Figid Rebuke vs. Jury - {DC 16} CON saving throw: 11 - Jury dives a couple of feet to escape the cold blow.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
DM’s Screen:
Recharge: 5. He already recharged last turn without using the ability since then. Disregard this roll.
Without many resources left, the Pale Elf will remove his side weapon from its scabbard and plunge it downwards with both hands towards Grixx.
-> Longsword (melee weapon attack) vs Grixx: Attack: 7 Damage: 4 piercing instead of slashing. The blade cuts the barbarian’s shoulder.
The Pale Elf then disappears in an instant, reappearing 30 feet to the northwest of his position. Clearly on the run, the Elf moves north, attempting to obscure his movement by getting into the fog.
-> This triggers Drago’s readied Toll the Dead - {DC 16} WIS saving throw: 8 - and another roll because he is supposed to have advantage on these: 7. The Elf stumbles into the fog looking even worse than a moment ago (Pale Elf - CMD: 124).
(OOC: He ends up inside the fog somewhere but none of you can see where. Those with means to see in the dark saw him running into the fog though).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sensing that the tides of battle are turning, the Aboleth will try to make an example out of Grixx, who is just a dozen or so feet away from the aberration’s current position. The Aboleth approaches:
-> Tentacle (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 28 Damage: 10 bludgeoning.
-> Tentacle (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 20 Damage: 14 bludgeoning.
-> Tentacle (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 21 Damage: 15 bludgeoning.
Three hits, three {DC 14} CON saving throws:
First hit: 24 - Like Charles, Grixx becomes diseased, although no symptoms show just yet. Second hit: 28 Third hit: 9
26. Charles - diseased (counter: 7); 22. Drago - under the effects of Potion of Water Breathing (counter: 595) and Blink (counter: 17); 20. Grixx - under the effects of Oil of Slipperiness (i.e. Freedom of Movement), also Raging (counter: 6) and now diseased (counter: 10); 19. Lair 16. Jury - concentrating on and affected by Haste (counter: 4); 15. Pale Elf - concentrating on Fog Cloud (counter: 598); 12. Aboleth

I don't want to change things against myself but it is my opinion that while I was under the influence of Blink I would not have been able to cast my readied Toll the Dead as I would have been on a different (ethereal) plane of existence. @Lerus, if you wish to assert that all of that happened before my blink I will accept that but you can also remove the damage from the pale elf if that is appropriate.
Drago reappears as close to Grixx as he can, he then draws on his dragonblood heritage and casts sleep 20 feet into the fog cloud. "Concentrate on that you crazy elf." (20) He then flies to Grixx and attempts to add Grixx to the Broom of Flying and then fly him to the closest part of the sand bar. "Tempus needs you alive and not dead." His bonus action is to move the Spiritual Weapon as close to Drago as possible.
Blink roll: 19 Drago does NOT dissappear this round.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@Superbad: I'll be moving Charles 10 feet instead of only 5 so he can can avoid being right next to the water, which is what I interpreted you wanted. He's now at AN5.)
(@Laserwhit: Unfortunately, 50 feet of flying movement is still not enough to reach Grixx from where you are. We are going to have to wait until the barbarian's turn to finish that swift escape. Unfortunately, that means a couple of legendary actions are going to happen in between...)
Unable to see an immediate target, Charles uses the opportunity to reload his pistol and stumble through the soggy sand (difficult terrain) as to be away from the pool of water. In doing so, he approaches Drago for a moment. The cleric however has his eyes set on lending a hand to his barbarian friend.
Drago whizzes forward on his Broom of Flying. He gets as close to Grixx as he can, but the last few feet will have to be gained by the human himself. Meanwhile, Drago's Spiritual Weapon finally reaches land. The elf also takes the chance to cast Sleep on the Fog Cloud. Although he cannot notice it, Verdict can. The tiny construct hears the soft thump of a body hitting the sand.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Charles' turn)
The Aboleth is not about to let his prey escape once again.
-> Tail Swipe (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 21Damage: 10 bludgeoning. The aberration uncharacteristically misjudges his prey's exact position.
LEGENDARY ACTION (end of Drago's turn)
The Aboleth will attack again.
-> Tail Swipe (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 11 Damage: 13 bludgeoning. The Aboleth corrects his earlier mistake.
(@Grx: Is Grixx's HP up to date? He has been hit a lot recently and even with Rage, by my count, should be much more hurt than I currently see in your character sheet. Could I kindly ask you to double check?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@Grx: Just confirming that Fanatical Focus failed to give you a successful saving throw. Grixx is still infected by the disease. Also, I'm using your movement this turn to complete the escape planned by Drago, as if Grixx was temporarily taking control of the broom and moving 30 feet to the closest patch of sand.)
Grixx swims a bit to meet his flying friend. The Aboleth takes this opportunity to attack once again:
-> Tail (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Grixx: Attack: 21Damage: 15 bludgeoning. The tail slides off of the barbarian's oiled skin, harmlessly.
Grixx and Drago manage to reach a patch of land. The barbarian takes this opportunity to chug a quick Potion of Healing.
(@Grx: Just to make my point on Grixx's HP more detailed, I have counted a total of 30 damage to the barbarian since the Fireball. This has just now been mitigated a bit by the 9 HP worth of healing from the potion. Please correct me if I am wrong.)

LAIR ACTION
As the Fog Cloud fades away, the Aboleth shows its desire to have its playthings back in the water. Liquid tendrils sprout from the bubbling pool and attempt to grasp almost everyone.
STR saving throws {DC 14}:
Grixx: 27; Drago: 18; Charles: 20; Verdict: 9; -> Expecting the move, most manage to avoid the grabbing water. Drago is the exception, and he is pulled out of Burninator and into the pool once again.
(@Laserwhit: Drago is just 15 feet from the Aboleth right now, in between the creature and Jury.)
The clearing of the fog reveals a sleeping Pale Elf, face down on the wet sand (unconscious and incapacitated).
