"Uh I honestly can't believe what's just happened. But I'll follow you till I get back to reality." Jack says with a shake of his head in dismay. "I'm a druid by the way. I have the ability, as you know, to turn into certain animals and can use the magic of nature."
"Let's stop at the first town we come across and sell some of the items we've picked up. If nothing else it will make our packs easier to carry while we head north. Onward to victory!" Garth said, leading the group out of the house.
The group heads north towards Aguatalm, if they pass near or through any towns, they stop there to let Jack stock up in supplies, and to sell anything they didn’t want to carry anymore (anyone have books or jewels to sell? Let DM know). Twig asks around about getting her natural color restored. On the road, she passes the time by using her ornate silver mirror to reflect sunlight into her companions eyes and swiftly hiding it when they look for the source of blinding light.
Garth sold the small gems and the larger gem at the first town they came through. While they traveled, He spoke to other travelers and people in the towns they passed through, trying to get more information on what may be waiting for them at the Dungeon of Gluntak.
The group heads north along the road in the direction of Aguatalm and pass through a small town called Iron Station. It used to be a mining town for the mountains north of Farrin, but they adopted a different sort of life and no longer mine. It wasn't a particularly wealthy town, but it also wasn't struggling to survive. Garth attempted to sell the large gem at the town, but they were an honest people and no one could afford the expensive gem. He was able to unload fifteen of the smaller gems to a merchant, however. The people in the town had never heard of the Dungeon of Gluntak and hadn't ever been near Aguatalm, but they knew that traders sometimes passed through their town when heading between Aguatalm and Farrin.

Jack passes the time by ritually casting Speak with Animals every now and again and chatting with any little creatures that he can find. He also examines the book that he was given in the mansion.
At the loud exclamations, Oliver (the chipmunk) pokes his head out of Twig's pack. He had been hiding among the rations. He stared at the new member of the group inquisitively while he chewed his food and clung to Twig's bag.
"Oh I could show you many cool things but this book is a Wizards tome. I get my magic from nature rather than from my own studies." Jack says smiling. "I imagine we could find things that will blow your mind."
Jack looks to the chipmunk and calls to Twig. "Who's the littler one?"
Twig looked up at Jack. "Oh, I forgot you haven't met Oliver yet!" Twig said excitedly. "He has been my companion since we met him in a dryad's grove. That's how we know his name is Oliver. The dryad told us!" Twig grinned.
"I heard from people about the wizard and his accident. But I am from a group of people in the forests of the Southeast of this land. My people prefer to be secretive. We aren't big on openness. Many of kinsfolk stay to the forest I am from. But I am tired of this horrible curse on the land and am seeking a way to end it. But it seems I have gotten myself in a bad way. I can't believe I've spent so much time turned to stone." Jack explains.
Garth attempted to whistle tunes to pass the time as they traveled. To Garth his whistling was a near approximation to his favorite traveling minstrels, unfortunately this tended to scare local wildlife and the few travellers they encountered on the road.
"Hey Mr. Garth, did you know that the greatest music in existence is actually the subtle tones of nature. You should try that out." Jack says with a bit of a weary smile

The group heads out of the manor and finds that there is no longer a rhino and the vegetation is no longer jungle-like.

Arcana:16
(I don't know if I need the arcana check but I added it anyways.)
Jack reads through the book and finds that it contains every Transmutation spell (tier 1-3), written in Elvish.

“Wow! This book is insane!” Jack exclaims as he examines it more thoroughly

Twig hears the slightest rustling and glances over her shoulder, smiling to see that Oliver has made an appearance again.
"Prove you can handle that, and there may be more down the road." Garth said to Jack, his mouth quirking up into a smile at the end.

“A dryad? That's cool. I appreciate those beings for their connection to nature."
"And hello Oliver. I hope you are doing well." Jack says to Oliver.
Jack casts Goodberry and gives one of them to Oliver and pockets the rest.
( I assume we have taken a long rest since the mansion.)
(Yeah. I'm assuming you've been camping.)

"Say, where are you from, and how did you hear about the wizard who lived there?" Garth asked Jack.
"I didn't think to ask in that super creepy house and trying not to die."
