Ericina will walk over to the now downed armor, moving to kick at it. "Bad ghost armor! No hurting the nice kobold or the strange cat." With that done she will turn and smile at the others. "I found some gold but everything else is boring...."

"Theres a secret room down in the library, with a skeleton. So a literal skeleton in the closet. I am going to go check that out. Glad your okay aka." Roux will awkwardly sidle out, realizing he probably contributed the least, and goes back to the library to investigate the room. Beforehand though he will cast mage armor on himself as a precaution.
Adira will slowly back into the house, closing the door behind her. She walks quickly into the first floor hallway with her rapier still in hand, looking for her companions. "Guys? Guys?!"

Construct... Wood... Cradle... Frame... Painting... Baby! Thats what I was doing! There's a Baby here! Aka walks into the nearest room and looks for... Everything. Especially a baby. 19
Roux, this secret room contains bookshelves packed with tomes describing fiend-summoning rituals and the necromantic rituals of a cult called the Priests of Osybus.
A heavy wooden chest with clawed iron feet stands against the south wall, its lid half-closed. Sticking out of the chest is a skeleton in leather armor. Close inspection reveals that the skeleton belongs to a human who triggered a poisoned dart trap. Three darts are stuck in the dead adventurer’s armor and ribcage. The dart-firing mechanism inside the chest no longer functions.
Clutched in the skeleton’s left hand is a letter bearing a seal you are unfamiliar with, which the adventurer tried to remove from the chest. Written in flowing script, the letter reads as follows:
My most pathetic servant,
I am not a messiah sent to you by the Dark Powers of this land. I have not come to lead you on a path to immortality. However many souls you have bled on your hidden altar, however many visitors you have tortured in your dungeon, know that you are not the ones who brought me to this beautiful land. You are but worms writhing in my earth.
You say that you are cursed, your fortunes spent. You abandoned love for madness, took solace in the bosom of another woman, and sired a stillborn son. Cursed by darkness? Of that I have no doubt. Save you from your wretchedness? I think not. I much prefer you as you are.
Your dread lord and master,
Strahd von Zarovich
The chest contains three blank books with black leather covers, three spell scrolls (bless, protection from poison, and spiritual weapon), the deed to the house, the deed to a windmill, and a signed will. The will is signed by Gustav and Elisabeth Durst and bequeathes the house, the windmill, and all other family property to Rosavalda and Thornboldt Durst in the event of their parents’ deaths.

I will tuck the scrolls and one of the books in my bag, along with the deeds, I will put the scrolls in the scroll case I have. Then I will walk out with one of the ritual books under my arm holding the will and the letter. "Hey guys! I found something interesting. Also I think I know those kids names and their parents names!"
(Sorry didn't see your post shadowthorn, Roux was planning on divvying them up once he gathered everyone)
Her eyes widen at the mention of a construct, "Is he okay? I went back to the entrance to ask the children some questions. I've looked in every room on this floor and there's no way into any kind of basement. But when I went to talk to them... the children are just gone. I called for them and they didn't come." She chews on her lower lip, "The fog is all around the house now and there's something out there."

Ericina moves to follow after the others as the move about the house. If no one else has yet to do so she will go up the steps to the third floor and open the first door she comes across, looking inside for anything of note.

Aka, you go to open the door. The touch of the doorknob makes you wince as you recall the powerful blow that greeted you the last time you tried to open this door. The door creaks as you open it and on the other side is a closet. Dusty shelves line the walls of this room. A few of the shelves have folded sheets, blankets, and old bars of soap on them. A small bat hangs from the ceiling and stares at you as you enter.
Ericina, stepping over the now-dead suit of animated armor, you push open a door on the third floor. Dust and cobwebs shroud an elegantly appointed bedroom. Double doors set with panes of stained glass pull open to reveal a balcony overlooking the front of the house; the doors are open and the cool evening air floods the room with a soft whistling sound. The bedroom contains a large bed, two end tables, and an empty wardrobe. Mounted on the wall next to the wardrobe is a full-length mirror with an ornate wooden frame carved to look like ivy and berries. As you investigate, you notice in the woodwork, eyeballs worked among the berries and one which seems to be able to be depressed. You push the eyeball into the frame of the mirror and it swings open, revealing a secret door. A cobweb-filled wooden staircase leading up to the attic lies beyond.
Yesqirelle, the name of Strahd has not come up in any of your travels.
(You guys can decide between yourselves how to split up the scrolls, but do keep in mind that you have to have the class in order to use the scroll. Each spell has the tags at the bottom of their entry so you see who can cast what)
(Yep... Yeah she is not as bad as my half orc fighter who got blasted by a Mindflayer so many times that he can't even speak. Think of one of deranged orcs from the Shadow Of War games....)
Ericina will cast Produce Flame to create a source of light for herself, drawing her scimitar in her other hand as she slowly begins to walk beyond the hidden mirror. "Found something up here!" She calls out, unsure if anyone would even hear her.
Aka, Strahd's name sounds familiar. In your studies of the undead, you remember browsing through a diary of the late wizard Mordenkainen at the library in Waterdeep. In his last entry, Mordenkainen professed that he was preparing to travel to a far-removed place in pursuit of a powerful vampire and darklord, Strahd von Zarovich. Beyond his identity as a vampire, however, he remains an enigma.

Bala will make his way back up to the third floor, hearing Ericina, but shrugging her off as he strolled into the bedroom. "Now what's in here?" He moves to the double doors nearest the bed.
Ericina will walk over to the now downed armor, moving to kick at it. "Bad ghost armor! No hurting the nice kobold or the strange cat." With that done she will turn and smile at the others. "I found some gold but everything else is boring...."
AAh, I'm fine. Now... What was I doing again? It's hard to remember things after getting knocked unconscious.

As a hunter of the undead, would she know of Strahd?
