Bailiff did not like getting zapped. But Bailiff did not like everyone but cat man seemed so focused on stupid space elf. Bailiff would put an end to stupid, pointless fighting so friends help with dumb, zappy bird! To that end, he stormed his way right behind Grixx, and using his prodigious reach and great size he got to pummeling the Gith into the dirt. There was some restraint there to try and only knock out the Gith. Emphasis on the some.
As in, if Furlogh woke up later, it was gonna be with some badly broken bones. Meanwhile, Door continues to do Door things.

Movement: Looking at the bird he runs away to AK66. "stop following me stupid bird!"

While running a bolt hit the tabaxi from his blind spot hitting his right shoulder from behind. The impact while running made him lose his balance and tumbles while the second arrow overshoot the mirror image.
Dredge slams his fists down at Furloth recklessly, hoping to connect again through the arcane barrier.
To Hit: 20
Damage: 21 Bludgeoning (Magical)
Reaction: Karwin will use Channel Divinity: War God's Blessing to give a +10 to the bonus to hit. (30 vs. AC over the shield). Karwin's used her reaction and out of Channel Divinity until her next rest.
Also, my bad. Apparently wrote 5 when putting in HP rather than 4, so was at 91 HP & 5 THP. Took 10 damage, so on 86 HP. (Karwin: 86/128 HP)
Nox swiftly moves away from the Phoenix, his footwork inspiring Talon. While running, the tabaxi refreshes his Mirror Images.
Bailiff argues internally regarding which enemy to smash next, eventually settling on the rainbow-wearing gith. The ape's swinging fists are too fast for Furloth, but the master of ceremonies is saved by his still standing Shield. The same cannot be said about Dredge's fists. The first punch breaks through the arcane shield and hits the gith square in the stomach, forcing him to spill blood all over the elemental's arm. The follow up punch is less accurate. Furloth manages to avoid it at first with a reactionary side step. In an opportunistic moment, Karwin envelops Dredge's free flying fist in some yellowish glow and re-guides downward as one would manipulate a puppet. Without losing any momentum, the fist slams against the gith's face, which was already in the process of performing the verbal components of his next spell (surely a getaway attempt). Already "missing" a nose due to its natural physiology, Furloth is now additionally missing part of his lower jaw. He stares at Dredge one last time in surprise before slumping forward, unconscious (Furloth - CMD: 207->DEFEATED).
In the background, Door#2 manages to kill a previously wounded soldier before falling to the ground itself (Armored Guards killed: 7).
Talon is still not able to relax even thought one enemy is down. Arrows flying everywhere, allies being transformed into powerless magic users, lightning danger flying overhead. He looks around quickly and decides to try something. He aims his patron magic at the ceiling attempting to take out the point that seems to be giving the lightning bird more energy.

Karwin beckons to the ethereal blade up above them, calling it to move closer to the centre of the room. She then directs her attention to the arclight phoenix; this battle isn't won yet. A bolt of spiritual energy flies from the sword held in her claw's grip to the phoenix

Talon fires three Eldritch Blasts toward the patch of liquid lightning on the ceiling. They are all swallowed in, causing the arcane circle to become ever more unstable. Lightning comes raining down.
-> DEX saving throws {DC 15}. Those that are larger than Medium size make this save at disadvantage:
Bone: 16;
Bailiff: 18;
Dredge: 3;
Grixx: 13;
Karwin: 9;
Nox: 21;
Talon: 23;
Killer Whale: 5;
Arclight Phoenix: 13;
-> Dredge, Grixx, Karwin, and the Whale each take 9 lightning damage (Nagpa - CMD: 68 +4).
Despite dodging the rapid lightning bolt, Talon is not able to do the same with the slower crossbow bolts. One hits him and a second takes out one of his images. A whale cry can be heard in the background, as if complaining about the attack on the lightning source.
Stray lightning bolts start a fire, in several points near the walls using books and scrolls as fuel. A lot of the arcane supplies here have already been destroyed throughout the fight.
(@Superbad: I'll be adding the crossbow bolts against you again this turn, but please ensure you are keeping track of the damage Bone has taken lately.)
Bone recasts his Hunter's Mark and fires three shots. Two arrows pass through the kenku's quarry (Arclight Phoenix - CMD: 194).

Grixx comes out swinging like a madman at the crossbow wielders. In his fury, he brings a handful of them down within a few seconds (Armored Guards killed: 13).
(NOTE: You have now killed enough of these guards that only one crossbow attack is made against each of you at the end of your turn, starting after the end of Grixx's turn.)
The barbarian barely notices two additional crossbow bolts sticking out of his back once his flurry of attack is over. (@Grx: don't forget to make those crossbow attacks against yourself with advantage, since you've been attacking recklessly.)
(@poke: I'll add the one crossbow bolt attack against Karwin below as well.)
Karwin commands her idle Spiritual Weapon to move closer while shorting a Guiding Bolt at the Phoenix. On impact, sparks fly in several direction (Arclight Phoenix - CMD: 203).
Crossbow bolt against Karwin:
-> Crossbow Bolt (ranged weapon attack) vs. Karwin: Attack: 11 Damage: 4 piercing. The tortle feels a nick for 5 piercing damage.
NOTE: The flurry of bolts continues, but less intensely. At the end of each of your turns, each of you should roll one crossbow attack against yourselves. This attack has a +4 to hit and deals 1d6+2 piercing damage. You may elect to attack the armored guards. In this case, just assume that you hit and/or they fail the saving throw. Every 10 points worth of damage that you cause, a guard dies.
-> Arclight Phoenix's WIS saving throw {DC 18} vs. the effects of Bestow Curse: 16.
The Phoenix flies low once again, almost perfectly reversing its last flight path. This time, it fails to regain any altitude (ending at {AP46, AO47, AN48}, only 5 feet from the ground.)
-> Bailiff, Dredge, Talon, Nox, and Grixx, each take 10 lightning damage.
-> Concentration checks {DC 10}:
Dredge: 28;
Talon: 22
Nox: 6 - concentration on Bestow Curse is dropped. Since the Phoenix was still under the effects of the spell at the beginning of its turn, as per the spell description, I'll say that it does not get its action this turn just yet even though the spell goes away before the end of its turn.
Bailiff starts making pitiful monkey grunts as he waves his hands limply in the air after slamming them into the shield. He even blows on his knuckles a few times. Noting Furlogh had fallen, and still very much pissed at his injured knuckles, he cocks back his fist to start pummeling him at least on in the ground. A literal and physical shocking experience puts a swift end to that thought!
Once more he roars, though this time right in the face of the offender! The grey furred great oozaru lifts up onto one foot while winding up for a punch, making a show of going for a great swing... only to throw out a sharp jab with the in hand before delivering the wind up cross punch at the bird!
Dredge brings his fist down on Furloth’s face one last time for good measure.
To Hit: 20
On hit, automatic crit, two death saving throws failed
He then picks up the limp, battered body. “I warned you about this, ringmaster. I hope that you enjoy the power of rejuvenation that is afforded to trialists. Otherwise... well, as I told your whale friend, nature has a nasty tendency to fight back!” As he says this, he uses Furloth’s body as an Improvised weapon (maybe similar enough to a club/greatclub?), swiping it through the phoenix’s body and slamming him into the ground, the powerful electricity and impact combining to cause a third failed death saving throw.

(@Ori: No critical failures in this game.)
Bailiff connects with his inner pugilist and jabs/cross-punches the Phoenix. The jab misses but the second punch hits. Incredibly unstable at this point, the strong fist of the giant ape is the catalysts needed to disperse the energy contained in the bird (Arclight Phoenix - CMD: 224->DEFEATED).
-> Bailiff takes 7lightning damage from the melee attack on the Phoenix.
In parallel to this, Dredge pummels Furloth, and then attempts to use his body as a club against the Phoenix. By the time Furloth is being swung, the Phoenix's body has already dispersed, but the gith receives a face full of stonework nonetheless (Furloth is DEAD).
A small ball of dense energy is left in place of the large bird, but it is visible just for a brief moment. It explodes suddenly, sending one last jolt of lightning to those within 30 feet of the bird's resting place.
-> DEX saving throws {DC 20}. Those who fail the save take 52lightning damage, or half as much on a success (i.e. 28 lightning damage):
The explosion leaves behind a tiny, warm egg with a metal-like shell.
(Nox is still up. Talon, Bone, Grixx, and Karwin can also post. Those who are unconscious at the beginning of their turns need to start rolling DEATH saving throws. Killer Whale is still in play. In fact, if Bailiff and Dredge want to pre-post their next turn, they can do so as well.)
Grixx will drop to one knee barely clinging to life and shout, “If I fall, Tempus does not require materials only a willing soul to raise me as I am a warrior of the gods!”
