Charles frowns, "The key to potentially unlock this thing was on Bone's body when he... I died, wasn't it? I'm sorry..."
He notices everyone start to get ready to move on and he looks at the door on the other side of the room, "Should we see what's on the other side of the door?"
Le'gal huffs before placing patting Charles on the head. "Don't. None could've known ahead of time." She stares him hard in the eyes to make sure her message got across. "And there are other options. Somewhere." Then for his sake, she turned back to Talon and said, "The spell. Identify. And plan knowledge of the Arcane."
After the rest, and seeing (or hearing) of Talon's wishes to perform his ritual, Le'gal settles back down to keep watch again. "Hm? Hn... If we can open them, I can send something to check things out ahead."

Talon enjoys the rest and feels much better. He then listens to Le'gal as she works to understand what they have. "I think we need a little help and I know just the thing. I've been learning this magic from my patron for years and I think I have it down now." He pulls out his brass brazier, starts it smoking and settles to twitching fingers and repeating his sounds over and over again.

After the group is all rested up, Talon asks for their patience for one additional hour. Upon convincing his companions, the dwarf starts his Find Familiar ritual ("ritual" here is used as a description, not in the spellcasting mechanics definition.). The first twenty minutes of smoking and chanting go without a hitch. Then, Le'gal's acute senses start to tingle. Once noticing the bugbear's attention shift, Nox picks up on it as well. They suspects some of the ritual's dark magic is interacting with the residual magic left in the water after the elementals were defeated.
Three serpent-like protrusions start to rise from the water.
(@All: No one is surprised because of the high passive perceptions on some of you. Talon may elect to continue focusing on his ritual or interrupt it.)
Sigil moves his way around Nox to stand between Charles and Talon. “Keep casting, dwarf. I will attempt to hold them at bay.” The glyph flares again and the beam of light moves to Talon. Sigil then readies his sword, looking towards the elementals.

"I have had it with these mother******* elementals on this mother******* pool!" Nox Shield of Expression(BA) turns angry and his staff glows red and barrage the water monsters with a big Fire Storm landing in a thick line (2 horizantel lines DF and DG) DEX DC 18: 37 Fire damage, Half damage on succesfull save.
Edit: When Sigil pass by Nox moves where Sigil original was (DD-9)
Graxximus looks for a way to get to the elementals and is frustrated because he is blocked. He then smiles under his helmet as he realizes he can fly. He will use his movement to fly 10 feet off the ground to DE,-12.
Graxximus then looks at the three water serpents and claims, "Tempus is your Bane!'
Graxximus will use his action to cast Bane at first level on the three water snakes. DC CHA: 17
-> WaterWeirds' CHA saving throws {DC 17} vs. Bane:14, 17, 15 - They are all surrounded by a red mist representing Tempus' wrath.
Taking advantage of the curse, Nox brings sheets of fire on the elementals:
-> WaterWeirds' DEX saving throws {DC 18} vs. Fire Storm:7, 10. 15 - only one of the Weirds notices the flames before they hit, but even then, none of them seem very bothered (Water Weird#1 - CMD: 18), (Water Weird#2 - CMD: 9), (Water Weird#3 - CMD: 18).
Sigil then moves across some of his companion so he can get to a better position to protect the mid-ritual Talon.

The Water Weirds will mindlessly retaliate:
-> Constrict (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Graxximus: Attack: 8Damage: 8 bludgeoning.
-> Constrict (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Graxximus: Attack: 20Damage: 10 bludgeoning.
-> Constrict (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Le'gal: Attack: 6 Damage: 12 bludgeoning
Graxximus raises his shield and hears two heavy strikes hit it in rapid succession. Le'gal can not react as quickly, becoming grappled and restrained. The elemental pulls the bugbear into the pool, forcing the air out of her lungs while diving.
-> Here are the Bane rolls, although they won't change any of the outcomes: 4, 3, 1.
As soon as the initial shock of getting dragged on leaves her system, Le'gal calmly presents her holy symbol upon her shield and narrows her eyes at the strange undulations in the water. The interlocking gear-like scales begin glow and sizzle in the water. As the divine dark red energy spreads throughout the water, it briefly outlines the waterweirds, or at least those that were within 30ft of Le'gal would feel the demand against their will to see Le'gal… as an ally just by looking upon her?
Hopefully breaking the resolve the one grasping her through charm or compulsion to "drop" her, she begins the painful journey back up towards the surface.
Channel Divinity: Order's Demand (Wis Save DC 16) or be charmed by Le'gal (unless immune to the condition).
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to exert an intimidating presence over others.
As an action, you present your holy symbol, and each creature of your choice that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you until the end of your next turn or until the charmed creature takes any damage. You can also cause any of the charmed creatures to drop what they are holding when they fail the saving throw.

Charles backs up a bit, making sure to pop shots at the new elementals with his upcast Magic Missile (Water Weird#1 - CMD: 26), (Water Weird#2 - CMD: 16), (Water Weird#3 - CMD: 26).
While still holding some air within her lungs, Le'gal attempts to force the WaterWeirds away:
-> WaterWeirds' WIS saving throws {DC 16} vs. Channel Divinity: Order's Demand:7, 20, 1 - The two most damaged elementals become charmed by the Bugbear. The one in between the other two still looks menacing.
Graxximus will move to DF,-10 and lower himself down between the party and the elementals.
Graxximus will make two attacks against the uncharmed elemental.
Attack: 19 + Bless 2 Damage: 12
Attack: 10 + Bless 4 Damage: 14
Improved Divine Smite Radiant Damage: 5
Graxximus will then use Goading Attack and says, "I'm the one you want!"
Goading Attack Damage: 3 Wisdom Save DC: 17
Goading Attack (Special)
When you hit with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to add the total to the damage roll and the target must make a WIS saving throw (DC 17). On failure, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls against targets other than you until the end of your next turn.

As Talon continues his spell casting, Nox does some of her own, quickly blessing the entire party.
Graxximus takes advantage of the incentive, and attacks the one elemental that looks a sliver more threatening than the others. His foe manages to avoid one of the blade thrusts (Nat1 and all...) but not the other. While the metal does little damage to the animated water, the follow up divine searing sticks (Water Weird#2 - CMD: 28).
-> Water Weird#2's WIS saving throw {DC 17} vs. Goading Attack:16 - this weird feel particularly interested in attacking Graxximus next.
