Assuming we do what Scupper said and leave him tied up, and out of ear shot, while we discuss. "What exactly are your intentions with..." She stops and calls out to the prisoner. "Hey, what's your name?" If he reveals his name - "[Insert Name]" if he doesn't - "this man?" Then she continues "Do you intend to kill him or release him?" She isn't asking anyone specifically, just anyone that will respond.

Dario kicks some smoldering coals from the first with his booted foot and occasionally looks over at Vaz as he snores, while he listens to Scupper as he interrogates Appet. After Appet lists all the creatures working for the Black Spider Dario stares into the remains of the fire and says to no one in particular in the group, "Appet mentioned a manor. Why don't we scout it and see if there any Redbrand in there. If there are, we blockade them in and set the place afire. Burn them all."
Though Scupper has mentioned gagging Appet, no-one has actually done it yet, so when Dario speaks of burning the manor, the Redbrand laughs and speak. Someone beat you to it. Long time ago. Manor's a ruin now. Our place is underneath.
Is there somewhere we could leave him until this is over? He is not a good man, but I’d rather not kill him if we don’t have to. Dekhan waits till he’s out of earshot to say this.
Dario, annoyed at hearing Abbet, gets up from the smoldering fire and walks over to Redbrand. He kneels down at eye level and rips a piece of cloths from his shirt and gags Abbet with it. "Do we have a leftover sack we can put over his head too?"
"Daran was bringing me to Sister Gaerelle to help her with some kind of job she was needing done," Zoria adds. "Maybe if we agree to handle that, she will house Appet. I'm in agreeance with you, Dekhan. I don't think this man deserves to die." As the conversation continues, Zoria drifts away, walking over to Appet with a finger over her mouth. She kneels down, removes the gag, and whispers, "How much gold do you have on you?"

Strix pats abbet on the head, then looks for some cloth on the redbrands trews or undershirt he can tear off and stuff in his mouth so he doesn't scream the place down while he's being hacked up.

Zoria, in response to your question, Appet manages to say; No gold. Got some silmmmpph as Dario stuffs a makeshift gag into his mouth.
Strix, Appet has already been gagged, but you can absolutely hack him to pieces if no-one chooses to stop you.
Zoria would definitely step in the way if anyone moved to attack him.

Ooc : Well, this could get awkward then..... We can't let him go. He knows how many of us there are, what we look like, how we fight, how close 5 of them came to beating us, what we want. And he was happy enough to kill us when he had the numbers. We can't trust him and no one in town has a reason to put their neck on the line for us - it's a huge ask to hold this guy for us, that's damning the whole town, even moreso than what we've done already.
TL;Dr: I vote Abbet is firewood.
As long as no one rolls a dice we can posture in character though!
Strix takes out his hatchet, whistling a jaunty tune. Addressing Abbet, he gestures at his head and feet.

Whoa there Mister STrix! Varinth gets in between Strix and Appet. How about this? Appet just became our new Guide. The pay is very low, nothing actually, but the benefits are very high. He gets to be alive. We keep him tied and gagged and attached to a rope. He walks ahead of us when we enter the Manor's underground labyrinth. He will indicate which way is best to go and if he values his tookus, will be quite the trap detector. Whatchya think Gang?
Zoria steps in fron of Strix wielding her warhammer and shield as lightning begins to crackle between her horns.. "As I have said previously Sister Gaerelle had offered me a job to complete. If we as a group agree to complete her job, surely she can watch over this redbrand until we clear out his allies. He has been forth right, for the most part, with his information, I see no reason for him to be murdered in cold blood. This is different than in combat when it's life or death, this man is tied up, gagged and bound, defenseless. I cannot let you do this, or I will have to fight against you." Zoria pauses, then smiles. "Unless of course, you're willing to fork over some coins, then I might be able to look the other way!" She then kneels down beside Abbet and trifles through his pockets looking for his "silmmmpph".

He turns to the party, not bothering to respond to Zoria directly, a humorless grin etched on his face. "Seeing as I see no need to be extorted by a "priest", I'm in favor of Vaz's plan. I see no reason to keep this man alive, in fact several reasons not to that Strix pointed out. However in the interest of pragmatism and compromise I'd agree to tie him to a string as a canary in a coal mine."

Dario watches Vaz and Zoria get in between Strix and Abbet. Dario comes around to Strix and stands next to the beast. "Something has to happen to the fellah. He knows too much about us," He kneels down and looks at Abbet again and then looks up at his cohorts. "when we finished interrogating orcs, if they were good, we'd let them go. But not before we cut their tongues and eyes out." Dario gets up ad wipes the dust from his pants, "and if this fellah could read, his thumb, pointer, and ringer finger on each hand would go to. But he doesn't look like the reading and writing type."
Strix leaps to his feet, reaching for his hatchet, angrily shouting
You fight save him... But take coins leave him? Check feedbag, lady. Shrooms. Neeways, not your puppy. My puppy. Get own! Mebbe fork over 2 coins. One each eye!
Im struggling to understand how Zoria's morals can be strongly opposed enough to murder to fight a colleague but so beholden to cash that suddenly those morals go out the window completely. What happens if he offers you cash to free him or defend him from us? No wait, don't put ideas in the GM's head :)
I take it it's the will of the group that we don't kill him? You're killing us and the village but so be it.

His hand freezes on the axe's head and refuses to move. Through gritted teeth he mutters sit down, oaf! and after struggling with his arm for a few seconds he takes his own advice.

I'm still on team kill the guy (and team confused by Zoria's RP), just trying to be a team player because I want to include everyone's input in our decisions. My vote goes to kill, Incantis is true neutral and by the man's own admission and Strix's point there's nothing more to gain from keeping him alive and lots to lose by releasing him.

Zoria is.....complex lol but also, it's worth noting Zoria still only just met you. Only fighting with you at the behest of Daran asking her to, then joining in the destruction of the redbrand faction, again at the request of Daran.
But, I already asked him what coins he had on him and he said he didn't have any gold coins, so that definitely wouldn't be enough lol
But it's also worth noting that Zoria has never said she's a priest of any kind, just that she thanks Akadi for power/strength.
And, I think if Zoria went one on one with Strix, she would win lol maybe we can have an exhibition soon!
