Channeling his inner demon, Beetle summons a curse onto a zombie before him. A moment later a flash of green slices through the air as Talon towards the beast (Z11)
Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Striking its target cleanly, the flame suddenly explodes, spreading across the courtyard. Burning green embers strike the adjacent zombie, melting its rotting skin under the intense heat.
Damage to Z5: 3
By the grace of Tyr, Beetle glows with a flash of pure white light. The intensity is too great for the stricken zombie as the green blaze around it escalates. In an instant the bright green flame surrounds the beast as it screams in agony.
In a short moment the zombie has been reduced to a small pile of glowing green ash. Beetle watches the embers slowly burn away into nothing as his radiance subsides. Tyr truly is great.
Sensing his time is running out, the mage draws a healing potion from his cloak. As the tangle of vines around the tower wither away, he takes a swig before throwing the glass bottle aside. He takes cover along side the curved tower wall and stares up into the night sky above him. With nowhere to hide, the situation feels helpless.
Wizard Healing Potion: 7
Unable to call out, he says a short prayer in his mind to his lord Myrkul, asking for guidance and strength. With an immediate flash of inspiration, he knows what he must do. Mustering all of his courage, the wizard pulls his robe tightly around him. With a deep breath he charges forwards, the zombies seemingly subconsciously parting before him. He passes Beetle on his left, seeing the shining steel of Talon slash out at him.
Beetle Opportunity Attack: 9
The blade slicing before him, the wizard instinctively turns right, running into a dead end between the raging inferno and the towering figure of Zyltris. Without a moment to think he finds himself saying the words, "PASSUS!" A silvery mist covers the magicians body before suddenly dissipating leaving empty air where he once stood.
A sudden faint silvery flash alerts the party to the sudden reappearance of the mage, cowering in silence beneath a tree, in the shadow of the broken tower beyond the courtyard wall.
Standing across the courtyard, Serak watches the wizard as he makes his escape. He grows tired of this game, and quickly charges after him. Sprinkling a few grains of sand as he runs, he waves his hand at the mage crying out,"Know when you're bested!"
In the shadow of the tower, the wizard is suddenly exhausted by his escape attempt. With the battle behind him, surely a moment of rest under this tree would serve him good. The peace of the surrounding silence is deceptive. Unaware of the danger that approaches him, the mage shuts his eyes, gently propped up in the leafy branches.
Zombie corpses lie scattered across the courtyard. The remaining undead seem unaffected by their fallen allies and launch another spate of attacks. Beside Beetle, the melting zombie dives forwards, grabbing the paladin by the shoulders with what remains of its blackened hands.
Beetle again stands strong. Globules of melting zombie flesh run down his otherwise stainless chain armour, leaving long dark green trails running down his chest.
Around the other side of the wizards tent, a second zombie thrusts itself against Zyltris. Its long orcish teeth protruding from its decaying underbite. A long deep scar sliced into its face.
Caught off guard, Zyltris finds himself thrown to the floor by the dominant figure of the orc, knocking his head as he falls hard onto the stone floor. In an instant, he is swarmed by the zombies around him, tearing at his armour, searching for flesh.
One by one zombies pile ontop of him. Unable to resist, Zyltris tries in vain to wriggle himself free.

Attracted by the Zyltris' sudden fall, the final zombie charges from the tower. Staring in horror at the scene before him, Beetle misses his chance to stop the beast as it dives into the ruck piling onto the elf.
Zombie (Z12) Attack Roll: 15 (Adv against Prone) Damage: 5
Dazed and confused by the chaos, Zyltris struggles to force the zombies off him. Chunks of armour fly off exposing naked skin beneath. Teeth and claws scrape at him as more and more undead monsters pile onto him.
OOC: Syna, Zyltris and Brots to move. Zyltris can stand up at the cost of half his movement for the turn which is fine as you haven't planned to move anywhere. Ill take your listed attack unless you want to change it.
Rushing to the rescue, Syna hurdles the wall. In a single fluid motion he draws his scimitar, thrusts it through the intense bonfire flames and into the nearest zombie.
Attack: 25 Damage: 9
With his blade glowing bright orange as he withdraws it, the druid reaches out towards his downed friend. Lying helplessly on the floor, Zyltris feels a sudden surge of strength build within him. The heavy weight of the zombies above him, suddenly seem much lighter.
Hoping to help Zyltris rise to his feet, Brots also attacks a zombie beside him. The gnome thrusts his dagger into the zombie lying ontop of his elven ally.

The zombie lurches forwards as the blade plunges into its wet skin. With a second quick movement, Brots jabs a second blade into the undead beast.
The gnome thrusts a second blade into the zombies neck, releasing a spray of thick dark liquid. Trying to stand, the beast staggers, clutching at its wounds, before falling back onto the quickly rising Zyltris.
With his friends coming to his aid, Zyltris drives himself upwards, pushing the swarming zombies aside as he draws his morning star. Reaching his feet, he swings his spiked club seeking vengeance against the orc that downed him (Z6).
His morningstar smashes into the side of the orc zombies skull, tearing away its sharp toothed jaw. The orc falls onto to foor with a heavy thump. Zyltris breathes easy as the orc appears defeated, lying motionless on the courtyard floor. However, it soon shakes itself off. Rising slowly and menacingly once more, towering over the elf.
OOC: Tough break Syna. Z6 is an absolute tank! Wizard is asleep so he will not be able to make a turn this round as it stands. Can't be too many more rounds left now!
OOC: For some reason the map isn't loading for me so hopefully my turn makes sense cause i'm doing it blind...
Assuming Z11 died last round, Beetle will use his bonus action to move his hex to Z5 zombie also causing disadvantage on Con saves for it and then cast Green-flame blade once more and strike him...(hopefully there is another with in 5 ft cause he would have targeted that one for the splash damage.....so you can apply it how you see fit)
Attack: 23 Damage: 8 on hit Green Flame jumps to Z12 for 3 damage.
OOC: Having a bit of trouble getting any image hosting to work. The images are appearing on pc but not on the web browser for me so I'll keep trying. The host I've been using til now isn't responding so I'm having to try a different one! Typical

However there is a small icon in the spoiler box in the top left corner when I right clicked it and hit view image it took me to the map so from what I saw there my hex and attack went toZ5 and the splash to z12
Serak: Serak continues north to get a clear shot around the Bonfire. He takes aim at a zombie(Z6) and let's loose a bolt into the fray, before finally approaching the sleeping wizard.

"Not all those who wander are lost." - J.R.R. Tolkien
An impenetrable darkness glazes over Beetles eyes as his inner demon again comes to life. His powerful curse spreads from the lifeless corpse of a zombie lying motionless on the ground by his feet and percolates upwards, infecting another (Z5). As the curse takes hold, green flames blaze through the air, as Talon strikes out.
Attack: 23 Damage: 8
Green Flame jumps to Z12 for 3 damage
The blade cuts deep into the zombies torso, releasing a wild explosion of green into the courtyard. Further flames envelope a zombie struggling to pick itself off the floor following Zyltris resurgence. The scent of burning flesh fills the courtyard.
Away from the melee, the red wizard slumbers peacefully under the safety of the tree. He dreams of his home back in Thay, to which one day he hopes to return.
To the south, Serak runs along the western wall. Drawing his crossbow he fires a bolt as he charges forwards, desperate to reach the wizard before he awakens. Sailing through the air the bolt seems to bend around the raging bonfire, expertly striking the orc in its brutish head.
The bolt plunges deeply into the zombies dense skull, causing it to stagger as the shaft emerges on the opposite side. Without so much as a second thought, the beast shakes it off, rasps a deathly sounding roar and raises its arms in attack.
Serak continues his run, following the wall north before vaulting it to cut the corner. As he arrives beside the wizard, he is suddenly plunged into complete silence. His spell has brought a quiet peace to the otherwise chaotic ruin. Beneath the tree, the red mage sleeps peacefully.
Instinctively, one of the zombies in the courtyard (Z5) steps infront of Beetle. With its skin still dripping from the heat of an earlier flamed attack, it slashes a clawed hand at Beetles head.
Zombie (Z5) Attack Roll: 6
The paladin expertly bends backwards, the claw harmlessly reaching over him as he manages to dodge the blow.
Behind, the huge orcish zombie makes a swing of his own against Zyltris. Frustrated by his failed attempt to drown the elf in zombie bodies, it takes its anger out in a single blow.
Zombie (Z6) Attack Roll: 6
Its balance appears to be off as the beast swings, the arrow wedged into its thick skull seems to have done more damage than was first thought. The orcs muscled arm swings strongly outwards, but completely misses its target.
Other zombies around Zyltris continue to push on with attacks of their own. The first, (Z9) having been thwarted with his last attack on the downed elf, makes a dive for his prey once more.
The elfs feet drag heavily on the stoney ground as the zombie pushes against him. Feeling the heat of the bonfire get closer as he is slowly inched backwards, Zyltris digs in, finally kicking the zombie away from him. The beast spins away, smashing into the tower wall.
The only zombie left to make a move, (Z12) spots an opportunity to attack. As Zyltris is grabbed by one zombie, this once reaches out the the elfs neck with its long, broken fingers.
Zombie (Z12) Attack Roll: 13
As Zyltris kicks one zombie away, the other quickly follows suit. Both creatures careen backwards back towards the tower. Taking his morningstar in hand, the elf swings again, eager for revenge.
