Misalyk, you may swing at the male guard as he follows after Chubs. They appear to be coordinating their attacks, still, and you hear noises from within. Possibly something approaching fast, on four feet.
Kif dealt a grievous wound that round, but otherwise your foes seemed relatively unphased by your various attempts to entangle, grapple, and cast spells at them. It is possible that, on other turns, they will fail some of these saves and other checks, but they did not fail anything this time.
Chubs, meanwhile, has thrown himself badly off balance with his clumsy attempt to grapple. His foe steps aside and brings the blade of her axe down viciously into his ribs, and blood comes pouring out. With her crit, she delivers 16 points of damage. Ouch! The male guard misses, just by a hair.
Now that Chubs is reeling from the blow, both guards swing at him again and hit, dealing a combined 15 points of damage.
I will rule that the web is covering the doorway, so it may slow down whatever is coming from inside. The male guard was badly wounded by Kif's terrible blow, but he appears to be ready to fight more. We might say that he looks half as healthy as he did when you started this battle.
(11 psychic damage DC 12 Male guard, The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 3d6 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you. Save for half and no reaction. )
Misalyk continues to recite ancient poems and prayers associated with memories of his grandmother as he tries to interfere with the wounded guard.
Chubs: Save yourselves...they're...too........strong....... and he attempts to throw his magic stein to Kif, but lacks the strength and it simply falls from his hand as he heavily collapses in an unconscious heap. No need to get the stein, that was a flavor toss.
I don't know if Misalyk can rethink his action seeing the result of the werewolves' turn. Given that the DM has not rolled the save yet, it seems like he may still have a choice.
Barnaby goes pale as he sees the blood quickly spilling from his new friend's wounds, but he stands firm and waits to see what his other companions do before deciding on his own action.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I didn't realize Chubs was down. I think I thought perhaps that he had dealt 15 damage instead of taking it. I'll rescind my actions.
Misalyk goes white and grabs a bottle of wine, lifting Chubs by his collar and pouring it down his throat. "GET UP GET UP we're gonna die. You gotta stay up!" He curses urgently at his companion. (flavor text only. Spell is cure wounds level 1. Healing: 4).
Chubs, staring at Misalyk, his eyes big as dinner plates: No! We must get out of here! You're actions are noble my friend, but those of us who can escape must. We have battered our foe, and yet here he still stands. They brought me to the ground in a manner of seconds. This fight is hopeless.
Chubs uses half his movement to stand up (grabbing his stein in the process), his action to disengage, and the rest of his movement to begin running away.
(So Kif is the fighter with the axe and Chubs is beverly hills ninja? I don't know why I struggle so much with this but I keep confusing you two. I thought I was standing next to Chubs and so my map movement didn't make sense at all. Like I've been reviewing this fight to think of things we could do/not do to make it work better and nothing was going together at all.)

Heh heh...oops...yes, Kif fighter, Chubs monk/BHN.
Kif is indeed lean mean dwarf axing machine, He likes long walks on the beach, hot coffee in the morning and cutting the everloving frack out of the flesh of his enemies with a giant axe.

would be good to know if I have to spend extra stuff to get advantage or not
Sorry. Yes, that one - the male guard, if I remember correctly - made his save. Sorry for the delay.
Also the female guard easily slaps aside Chubs' attempt to grope her.

Everybody's up. Except, possibly, Chubs.

Misalyk will save his reaction for defensive purposes as he's doubting his weapon can do anything.

Which I know Misalyk knows, but I just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page.

Chubs death saving throw: 7
Misalyk can certainly reconsider if he wants.

Ok. That’s part of a move and an action. You can keep moving if you want.
Right now I feel okay where I'm at because I think i'll need to stay near chubs to keep him up.

(If you dont mind us splitting turns Misalyk will keep pace with Chubs as he moves.)
Kif sees the way the tide is flowing uses action to disengage and runs as well
