Okay so it's a one-square-wide tunnel, 5 feet, the whole way, and to get to a free space moving backwards, Erric would run out of movement with his 25' going through Jambiya, Maldorn, Anafrey, Thrakk, and Ebokk plus the 5 feet open space right behind him, and there is no nook for him to fit in along the walls, got it.
Guessing there's no point in using a luck point to get a reroll of the last hit, since there would be more attacks coming anyway?
And now I read what you posted above. I forgot about halfling nimbleness. You used your bonus action to display your mantle. As you cannot move 25 feet without being in someone else's space, you can move five feet without provoking any opportunity attacks using your reaction. Then, you can get to the end of the line using your halfling nimbleness (just enough regular movement on your turn). It means you will provoke an AoO from Thrakk, though. Is that what you want to do?
If skedaddling means that he leaves Jambiya next in line to be hit by three grimlocks, he'd stay there and take the hits, actually. Unless him moving down the tunnel means that the grimlocks lose their shoulder-to-shoulder placement with each other and thus only one grimlock can fit into the tunnel to make melee attacks, in which case, he'd try to make use of the bottleneck as stated above.
Gah, if that means Jambiya's just got one grimlock on her thanks to the bottleneck, then Erric will indeed move back out of the way, because Erric's literally the only healer in the party. He'll feel really, really, really bad about it though.

Heading back to Post 2837, which was Erric's turn ...
Erric’s (who is still in melee with four grimlocks) form pulses with a faint warm glow, and Jambiya, Anafrey, and Erric feel a surge of health and cunning energy (get 5 temp hp and their full movement as reaction without incurring AoOs). Erric moves five feet away from the grimlocks and casts vicious mockery at the nearest grimlock by making fun of its nose, but the grimlock doesn't seem to hear him or care. The halfling then uses his innate nimbleness to move south to the end of the line behind Ebokk at the middle of the tunnel. As he passes by, Thrakk swings his warpick at the bard. (war pick attack: 12, damage: 4 non-lethal piercing damage) Erric almost falls to one knee as the flat side of the orc's pick slams into his back, but he is able to reach his destination.
Erric, you get your last luck point use back. If you want to use it to try to avoid Thrakk's reaction attack, let me know.
DM rollz: 2
All four grimlocks advance, but only G4 can squeeze into the cave. It swings its crude axe at the little goblin girl (stone handaxe attack: 8, damage: 9 non-lethal slashing damage), but Jambiya is able to dodge the attack.
Maldorn releases another arrow at the marked G3. (No need to switch hunter's mark, which means you can do another bonus action if you like.) (Longbow (sharpshooter) vs. Grimlock (G4): Attack: 22 Damage: 22 piercing.) The grimlock attacking Jambiya straightens back up after leaning forward to strike at Jambiya just as Maldorn releases his arrow. The shot inadvertently sails through G4's neck, then continues on its trajectory, piercing and lodging in the neck of G3. Both creatures gurgle as they reach their free hands up to their wounds. Blood flows. Throats fill with blood. They collapse where they stood.
Hearing the sounds of battle, but intent on his captor, Thrakk swings his axe at Anafrey. (war pick attack: 17, damage: 11 piercing damage) Once again, the flat of the weapon slams into her, causing her arm to tingle and ache.
Ebokk gives Erric a quick glance, but then turns his angry eyes on Thrakk, swinging his weapon once again. "I said leave her alone!" (warhammer attack: 18, damage: 5 bludgeoning damage) The orc is knocked unconscious by the dwarf's warhammer. Ebokk looks down, huffing and puffing, looking slightly alarmed, but also vindicated.
Thank you for reworking that DM! I guess it's something that would have been avoided or resolved quickly at the table -- the delay's a unique byproduct of ppb. I appreciate it. And yes, Erric would use that second luck point to have Thrakk reroll it if you're okay with it.
Anafray would still be holding on to the arm of the unconscious orc.. her hand shaking from the strain of holding on so tightly. Her wide eyes still focused on the orc as blood streams down from her face. For a moment she raises her flail as though to finish off Thrakk but shakes her head and throws the arm to the ground before rushing towards the closest grimlock, swinging her flail above her head before bringing it down towards her enemy.

OOC > Jumping the gun here but I expect it won't matter...
As Anafrey rushes past her, Jambiya bares her sharp teeth and hisses something in an ugly language (pidgin goblin) at the grimlocks, shooting another blast at the one now engaged with the rogue.
Action:Eldritch Blast at whichever gridlock is first and engaged with Anafrey. 21 to hit, for 8 force damage. Reaction: No reaction this round even if she gets hit. Spell slot economy, man!
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack

Anafrey practically shoves her way but up the line past Maldorn and Jambiya to stand over the still-bleeding form of G4. Before she has even stopped moving, she swings wildly at creature, steeling herself and forcing her body to shrug off some of the damage she took. Unfortunately, the grimlock before her (G6) dodges to the side to avoid being hit. Jambiya, however, seeing the creature moving, fires another blast of energy and catches the creature in the shoulder. The creature moans in pain, but stays on its feet.
Erric, you're up! Two grimlocks left, both in melee with Anafrey, 30 and 35 feet away from you. G6 is fairly injured; G1 has not been injured.
Since you aren't moving, I'll allow you to kick Thrakk's weapon away from him.
WIS save: 19
Both grimlocks now focus their attacks on Anafrey. (G1 stone handaxe attack: 17, damage: 5 slashing damage) (G6 stone handaxe attack: 9, damage: 4 slashing damage) The huntress deflects the first attack, but the second gets in under her defenses, inflicting a small amount of damage.
I'm going to move your focus to G6, as G1 has some pretty good cover from where you are.
Maldorn draws another arrow and, carefully aiming around Anafrey, releases it with G6 in his sights. The arrow finds its mark and puts the next-to-last grimlock down.
Thrakk death save: 13
Ebokk looks confused as he watches Anafrey take off toward the cave. He looks at Erric. "Are you OK?"
Maldorn notices that he does not have a good shot at the grimlock he marked, so he grumbles as he switches target.
-> Longbow (sharpshooter) vs. Grimlock (G4): Attack: 12 Damage: 18 piercing.
OOC: Maldorn's attacks are a freaking roller coaster!

It would make her next in line, but it does create one 5x5 space inside the tunnel (bottleneck). Just making sure that's what you want to do.
Gah, if that means Jambiya's just got one grimlock on her thanks to the bottleneck, then Erric will indeed move back out of the way, because Erric's literally the only healer in the party. He'll feel really, really, really bad about it though.

Round 5: Anafrey, Jambiya, Erric, grimlocks, Maldorn, Thrakk (unconscious), Ebokk
Anafrey, you're up! You are 10 feet from the nearest grimlock (there are two in the cave that you know of).
Thank you for reworking that DM! I guess it's something that would have been avoided or resolved quickly at the table -- the delay's a unique byproduct of ppb. I appreciate it. And yes, Erric would use that second luck point to have Thrakk reroll it if you're okay with it.
Thrakk reroll: 16 — still hits

Erric, mind in panic, casts vicious mockery at the stronger of the two grimlocks with his action, and then casts healing word on Jambiya for 4 hp.
"Please forgive me Jambiya. Nice hit, Ebokk!!" If Erric can kick Thrakk's weapon away from him, he will.
Since you aren't moving, I'll allow you to kick Thrakk's weapon away from him.

Maldorn, you're up!
(These guys have extremely strong self esteem, wow.)
Maldorn finds his next mark and releases another arrow. The ranger takes more careful aim this time (no sharpshooter).
-> Bonus action: pass hunter’s mark to G1.
-> Longbow vs. Grimlock (G1): Attack: 15 Damage: 10 piercing.

Round 6: Anafrey, Jambiya, Erric, grimlock, Maldorn, Thrakk (unconscious), Ebokk
Anafrey, you're up! The final grimlock is in melee with you.
"Grimlocks are tough! Nearly killed me and Jambiya. And I abandoned her. I feel awful." Erric replies to Ebokk.
Anafrey would scream with anger as she brings her flail down upon the grimlock!
Attack: 8 Damage: 3
Anafrey, you hear a slight chuckle as you angrily bring your strange flail to bear against the side of the grimlock's sightless head.
Jambiya, you're up! You're 10 feet from the remaining grimlock. You do have line-of-sight.
