@Lerus, no. Sagitta was hit at the end of Round 3, and Erric cast phantasmal force at the beginning of Round 4. It was the attack attempt in Round 4 that shouldn't have happened. It missed anyway, but I wanted to be on the up and up and explain that it shouldn't have even been able to try.
Got it.
Maldorn finally approaches the group: "So, why were we fighting statues?"
The ranger has not yet noticed the mysterious figure up high on account of being concerned about Sagitta. He is currently examining the beast to understand the extent of the damage he took.
"What?!" the figure exclaims, clearly startled by Jambiya's approach. The individual moves, and combined with the rain and the darkness, Jambiya experiences a weird visual effect where it almost looks like the small form ripples or lurches oddly. But she blinks, and it's just a gnome. He scrabbles a little to regain his hold after being startled. "Oh," he says, looking down and scowling at the green-skinned girl walking on the side of the building he's struggling to hold onto like any normal person would be. "Who're you?" he asks, his voice a little on the squeaky side.
As for Erric and Aseid, you can see that Jambiya has approaches the small humanoid, but you can't really hear what they're saying or see what's really going on.
Maldorn, the gargoyle left some bloody scratches on Sagitta. The snake is hurt, but mostly he is scared and seeking comfort from you and by hiding.
Maldorn looks up as Erric points the reason behind the fight to the old ranger. He grunts for a second but soon sees Jambiya easily making her way up and catching up to the shady figure. Erric and the new kid are keeping an eye on her as well, so Maldorn feels it is safe enough for him to pay some more attention to Sagitta in turn.
Maldorn takes a bit of bandaging and tends to Sagitta's wound: "It is but a flesh wound, little one. It will heal soon enough and you'll have a little mark to serve as proof of your bravery. You did a number on that statue over there, don't let anyone say otherwise. I'm proud of you, buddy."The old man dries the winged serpent as best as he can and leaves him inside his coat where it is dry and warm.

Aseid, still quiet and collected as if fighting was not over, was standing near the spot where Jambiya was talking to the small figure. Even if Erric told everyone that the humanoid was a gnome, it did not make the saved person ... safe. Thus, though he could not hear the conversation, he was watching the figure closely.
The gnome blinks at Jambiya. "I'm Puddlemuck. I'm up here to ... well, adjust this." He looks at a piece of iron rod that has been attached to the top of the wall. He fiddles with it a little, making sure it is straight before looking back at the goblin girl. A rumble of thunder causes him to look around. "I need to get down," he says, starting to climb down again. He doesn't look very steady at it.
Maldorn, Sagitta is properly dressed and comforted.
Jambiya frowns at the piece of metal, as if puzzling how it might be important enough to adjust at night in a rainstorm. (Insight: 20). "Oh, here, let me Help you," she says, and she walks along with him as the climbs down, noting slippery spots, handholds, etc. She also touches his shoulder as if to guide him, asking her mother to help him out (Guidance).

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Trusting Erric and his new friend to keep an eye on Jambiya, Maldorn continues to comfort Sagitta, even if the snake is already properly comforted. He adjusts his cloak as to minimize the amount of rain hitting him and his winged beast.
Not that Aseid expected any gratitude from the saved, but an explanation would be nice. Though, the gnome could give it to Jambiya. Aseid was watching gnome's descend ready to help if the little man would slip.
Jambiya, the pole looks like some kind of giant skewer. Maybe it's to catch birds? Or maybe it's a kind of gargoyle defense that you've never seen before? Maybe it has some religious significance. It is attached to the top of the ruined temple. As you look at it, you notice that there is something attached to it: some kind of cord. You take a second to follow it, and it descends down toward the ground and out of sight in the dark and rain.

Jambiya and the gnome successfully descend the broken wall with no difficulty thanks to Jambiya's boots and her mother's guidance. Once the gnome is close enough to notice Erric and Aseid watching, he hesitates. Jambiya hears a little noise from him like a noisy sigh. The gnome continues, and they set foot on the ground soon after. The gnome looks around at the faces and rings his hands. "I'd better get back inside," he says, but he doesn't move as if waiting for someone to give permission.

"What were you doing out here? Why did they attack you? Where are you headed? We risked our safety to help you, so we're owed some answers. Come on into the tavern and out of the rain and we can find out what's going on warmer and dryer,"Erric says.
It was a good suggestion but Aseid did not rush into the tavern. He waited for Erric to walk the suspicious gnome there and followed close enough to both repel another attack should it happen or help the bard, should the gnome prove to be less savoury than he looked.
Turning to rejoin the group and noticing they now have brought a gnome companion, Maldorn asks: "Is this one of the Pilfernakkies who is supposed to be in the game room in the tavern?" Maldorn is looking at the gnome, expecting him to answer the question.
Jambiya gives Maldorn a smile, "I was wondering the same thing, but let's all get out of the rain and the dark." She will lead the way in to the tavern, and once inside, begins warming people up with her magic.

The gnome allows himself to be ushered into the Cadaver's Arms. "I ... er ... was just ... er ... adjusting the rod," he says a bit lamely. He gives a little shrug. "Sometimes Neverwinter is dangerous at night. Not as much since they filled in the chasm, but still dangerous," he says a little more brightly. Sergor, Mara, Geth, and especially Munchy are very interested when the group re-enters the tavern with the gnome, but aside from Munchy walking between their legs and sniffy them, none interrupts. When Maldorn asks his question, the gnome squints his eyes at the human suspiciously, but then looks at the floor. "I need to get back to the ... game," he says, backing toward the game room door. "Th ... thanks for helping me."

Jambiya approaches the gnome and crouches down next to him. “Hi, I’m Jambiya. We took care of those flying statue monsters, so you can come down now.”
She puts a finger to her ear. “It’s a gnome, I’m telling him it’s safe now,” she replies to Erric.

Erric absentmindedly offers a healing word to Sagitta. 5 hp
He's still looking confusedly at the climbing figure and readying a vicious mockery if they make any kind of attack on the lass.
