Erric is fine to get back home. Just looking again for any curio shops that seem to his eye to have some actual chance of having more than the usual weapons/items, or any scroll shops at all. As they exit Waterdeep/as they're passing through Neverwinter.

The next morning, you set off fairly early, having retired pretty early as well. Sleeping in a home is wonderful, and you savor every convenience knowing you're going to be about 15 days on the road to reach Seldom Spring if you walk straight there, the weather cooperates, and there are no other detours. Saying goodbye to Ebokk is a little bittersweet, but not sad. He promises to keep in touch.
Maldorn, neither you nor Anafrey spot any fletchers on your way out of Waterdeep that you haven't already tried.
Erric, you convince the group to stop at one promising-looking shop on the way out of town. However, the only magic items they carry are potions of healing. They are 50 gold each, and they have 4 for sale. If you purchase one or more, add the items to your equipment list and subtract the gold.
Next stop, Neverwinter, unless anyone has anything else. By the way, do you have enough rations to get you to Neverwinter? Or are you planning to hunt?
OOC: Nothing more for Maldorn in Waterdeep other than buying some rations then. He has a good number of rations still, but not enough for two weeks worth of traveling. I'm taking 9 silver pieces and 60 copper pieces out of Maldorn's wallet to buy 3 more rations and help reduce the number of coins he is carrying. This means he is hoping to hunt at least a couple of times during the trip.
Erric would definitely pick up a healing potion and seems eager for the party to clean out the rest, given their luck. If no one else buys one, then he'll buy a second. (50gp taken out, potion added.)
He'd also grab a bag of fruits and and a bag of veggies on the way out, to balance out the game he assumes hunters would pull in on the way.
(Jambiya does not have that kind of money, so no healing potion. It is possible I missed some instances of “add this much gold”... actually that sounds likely.)

she/her Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands.
Ebook gave each of us 50 gp in payment, our haul from the island was about 30ish gp in gold/silver/copper, and then we have 27 gp 2 sp from the sale of the moonstone/bracelets etc to everyone. I think there was something else from the ogre's kitchen/backpack we all got? Erric had some small amount to start the campaign with, and I think there was something from the Redmayne manor as well that I haven't tracked down. But we should all have about the same amount of gold? Erric hasn't bought much for himself till just now. I did internally convert the massive number of cp and sp into gold just now, before I took off 50 from my inventory for the potion.
Yeah, I feel like I missed adding some gold somewhere too. Also, did we ever earn any electrum pieces? I was under the impression we had some but I recently accidentally deleted them... As for healing, Maldorn has that magical ointment we found somewhere in our adventures. I’ve been considering it a last resort kind of thing because it cures some extra stuff (poison, disease) instead of just healing.
(I’m pretty sure I never added any of that, but I will go ahead and add the Ebokk payment then spend it on a healing potion for Anafrey to carry around. Jambiya also still has a vial of Sune’s Kiss, since she did not end up killing Anafrey and then kissing her back to life as was her plan.)

OOC: Something to point out: Because of a conversation I had in another campaign, I've come to decide that while goodberries magically provide the nutrition a creature needs, they do not fill the stomach. Therefore, it is likely the creature will still feel hungry.
Erric, one pound of dried fruit costs two copper.
As for money, I'm not keeping track for you all since it's all written in the forum. If someone wants to go back through, you could probably do a search to figure it out without too much trouble.
Fast forward ...
Traveling north from Waterdeep is a long trek, but fairly safe on the High Road. The party doesn't run into any issues they can't easily work around. Twelve days on the road, they finally arrive at Neverwinter.
If you'd like to search for anything in particular, roll some checks and tell me what you're doing. Do you want to stay overnight in Neverwinter?
Maldorn and Sagitta would have hunted as a pair at least a few times during the trip to Neverwinter. This would have helped add variety and nutrients to their diets, as well as reduce the demand for rations and goodberries as they advanced. Maldorn was strategic about it too, choosing forests and wooded areas along the way as to rely on his familiarity with such environs to increase the chance of success.
-> Survival checks for hunting in forested areas during the trip: 15, 18, 20, 25.
Once in Neverwinter, he would once again search for fletchers willing to work with unique materials. He does so while enjoying a serving of his Blackberry Latakia tobacco (CON -1, INT +1) and only after asking Anafrey to also keep an eye open as she did back in Waterdeep.
-> Investigation check for finding a suitable fletcher: 15 + 6 inspiration = 21
(OOC: Accounting for hunting and goodberries, I'm taking about 9 rations our of Maldorn's inventory to cover the trip. Let me know if this number seem too high or too low.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Erric would [Tooltip Not Found] Maldorn as the ranger prepared to search the city for his fletcher (add a d6 to the roll).
He'd join the ladies for a drink, and now the group is not in Waterdeep (where Erric has people from whom he'd rather not court attention), would help search around for a jolly tavern that seems open to having some musical entertainment. Investigation: 11
Once he finds one, and the group gets rooms and settles in the common room at a table, Erric would find the proprietor or barkeep, or whoever seems in charge. "Say, would you be interested in some fine bardic storytelling, entertainment, and musical performance, to keep your patrons happy and drinking and perhaps entice some new customers inside? I'd be happy to perform here, for some money off our room and board costs, and also have patrons offer tips should they find my skills worth their coin."
OOC: Hey, y'all, I'll be out of town this weekend. We're leaving as soon as the wife can get home from work tomorrow (I'm off, but have commitments, including my first ever Roll20 D&D game in the morning — yay!). I'm hoping to check the forum sometime tomorrow before we leave, but if not, I'll see you all Monday night.
Maldorn and Sagitta's hunting reduces the number of rations or goodberries needed to eight. If Jambiya is so inclined (and if everyone prefers), you could eat eight days of goodberries to fullfill the 12 days. Or maybe four and four? I'll leave it up to each individual person. As Jambiya is not being taxed magically, I can't imagine she would have a problem providing goodberries any of the days she's asked. Again, though, I rule that goodberries do not fill the stomach, so the rumbling of the stomach might dissuade you from eating goodberries too many days.
The party decides to stay the night in the city and ask around for a good place to stay. Most of the citizens seem to busy or rude to respond, but Erric finally catches the attention of a scraggly-looking dwarf. The dwarf looks the halfling up and down and gives him a grin. He begins giving the bard directions to a place called the Fallen Tower. The city is large, but not nearly as large as Waterdeep. It takes less than an hour to find the Fallen Tower. From the outside, its name seems to make sense. It looks like a fallen tower. Scrutinizing the structure for a few moments, however, the party can see individuals entering and leaving commonly enough.
Entering the front door, they find a tavern with a castle motif and everything scaled large. Why? Because the bartender and most of the patrons are orcs. It's loud. It's a bit rowdy. The other races represented don't seem to be intimidated by the gathering of orcs. In fact, they're just as rowdy. Deciding to chance it (and Jambiya always feels confident in a tavern), the party enters and sits. Erric approaches the bar, hops up onto a barstool to be seen, and gets the bartender's attention. The orc introduces himself as Vagdru One-Ear, the proprietor. As the orc has two ears, Erric inquires about the name. Vagdru explains that the dimwits who become the target of his ire usually end up with only one ear. Satisfied, Erric proposes his entertainment-in-exchange-for-room-and-board plan. Vagdru levels his stony gaze at the halfling before replying, "Play if you like. If you get any tips, you can use them to pay for your rooms."
Erric decides to agree and, over the course of the evening, makes plenty of tips. Reading the room perfectly, he plays all the right songs, tells all the right jokes, and gives the patrons of the Fallen Tower the best show they've seen in perhaps ever. Drinks are bought for the party. Food is provided. Anafrey gets her bath. And two rooms are fully paid for.
On the way to the tower, Maldorn, you stop in to a shop with a wooden shield hanging over the door displaying a painted bow and arrow symbol. When you explain to the elf behind the counter what you're looking for, she gives you a curious smile. "Arrows made from blood hawk parts. That sounds like an interesting challenge." You produce the beaks, claws and feathers. She looks at them. "I'm not sure what I could do with the claws, but I could make 18 arrows using the beaks and feathers. I'll charge you the usual rate of five copper an arrow. Come back in the morning. I'll have them ready for you."

Goodberries are great and then Erric would just bring along some produce for fun and flavor.
(Is no one else getting a healing potion? We don't have a healer really so Erric got one, and he'll get another if no one else gets one.)
(OOC: After buying my longbow I do not have enough money for a potion. I only had 60g)
