Dain: you are in the south west corner (tower) of the castle. Imagine a circle, the bottom half is where you are. There is a connection east to the wide dinning hall, wich has two more exits (both barricaded). The top half of the circle is divided again in the middle. The left side is an empty guardroom (separated by walls and door) and the right side is part of the large entrance hall (cross shape). Your area and the entrance hall are separated as well, by a wall and door. You have eyes on 1 bugbear (Groll), a direwolf (large), 2 hobgoblins and the hobgoblin leader (Gramm) from earlier. You do not see the shaman, the goblin leader that was running, or the goblin bowmen yet. Also Zurzg, beside the female at the door, you didn‘t see anyone from your old crew yet.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With his incantation firmly in mind, Nobody thought to act, only for another thought to come to mind. Nobody releases the spell, causing his eyes turn into mini-voids that by appearance seem to suck in all light. Then in casting another, he says in a more booming voice, "Who dares!? None! This is not but the results of your own doormen's greed. For we tried parlaying, only for it their greed to mislead them, and turn this into conflict. And now none are around. Perhaps you sent them to strike from a different angle? Hah! Since when have your 'lesser' cousins been so brave? After slaying so many of their own, I bet the lot of them have already begun looting what's yours in hopes you die in 'answer' to this so called affront."
"Don't believe me? Why not then have some give their lives more directly? Why should a King -- a true king -- be made to bear the likely brunt of what's to come in continued assault? The answer is that they know to well you would stand at the 'fore -- know your pride would blind you to their chance at finally being rid of you and your hobs. So that this castle becomes there's. Or do you believe the lies of those who ran trailing shit every step since their folly? Suppose it matters not." It is at that point he nods, to the others, asking they ready to strike in the gesture before stepping out to the right of kai with his hands folded him.
"In fact, it would not surprise me if that hob leader at your side was even in on it. What better chance would they have to stab you in the back, then now? Climbing up to kingship over your broken body."
Zurzg yelps as the booming voice catches him off guard. He looks back and forth between Nobody and the king, in awe of the power in the tiefling's voice.
Otrov lines up the disgusting creature with the Prick as her eyes turn dark: this is the part of Otrov Malo that has went on the assassin's path, the part that will fight for her life. Which would be much easier if I had a health potion, she thinks to herself. She will take aim and fire (advantage via assassinate and sneak attack via advantage; cover is bypassed by sharpshooter).
Attack:18Damage:11Sneak Attack:8
Otrov will then use her bonus action to hide, dashing 5 feet to the east, 5 feet south, and another 5 feet to the east, and attempting to hide amongst the rubble there (directly south/behind Dain please). Stealth:21
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Otrov will again attempt to strike Groll. She gives The Prick a little peck for good luck, hoping someone has a torch ready to go once the animals get a bit closer. (( ooc: it seems that assassinate still applies as Groll hasn't taken an action yet, which also means sneak attack applies. If this is incorrect please let me know, as I am just reading the rule as it is stated :) ))
Attack:22Damage:4 (( Sneak attack: 10 ))
Otrov will then slither 5 feet to the right (counts as 10 due to difficult terrain) and bonus action hide: Stealth:6 (( going to use bardic inspiration on that stealth check: 5 ))
Dain carefully aimed shot pierces king Groll behind his wolf. Margret gets into position next to the door, preparing a magic infused attack.
Just as Margret gets into position, the direwolf jumps forward and tries to claw her and she strikes. But the sword strike gets deflected by his thick hide. The wolf uses the chance and tries to bite her.
direwolf vs Margret (2/3 cover) Attack: 18 Damage: 11
But its attack gets restrickted by the door and Margret can block it with her sword. Relgalyn comes out of his corner and plucks his lute before he retreats into his corner. A painfull disharmony sounds through the air and suddenly you hear a loud thunder shatter near king Groll.
13 Thunder dammage DC 13 Con save (10/7/11)
The burly goblin that was attacking the door falls to the ground and king Groll and another goblin swear in pain. Another hobgoblin runs across the entrance hall to were the goblin just died a moment ago and starts hitting the door as well.
Attack vs door: 10 Damage: 2
Kai uses the confusion to summon a blue glowing trident and while the trident attacks the hobgoblin, she simultaneously tries to strike him with her sacred flame.

While the trident only scratches the hobgoblin, the flame is to strong for him and he collapses. You can hear a goblin chanting some strange words somewhere close to the hobgoblin that just died. You can also hear dogs or small wolves bark near the castle entrance.
This is the map. Red is difficult terrain, purple is ballbearings and yellow is oil.

Dain sighs, not thinking this is going to go very well, but holds his shot to see what this supposed king does.

Zurzg listens intently as Margret whispers to him, then looks up at her, confused. "Zurzg not have torch", he whispers back.
Otrov and Margret both hit their targets, but Dains bolt gets deflected by king Grolls armor.
