"Thanks for info, Doozey! Let's put it into practice!"
Shaking off the bout of fear she had, Neya Runs back through the brush (using Step of the Wind {bonus action} to dash to her original position, BQ3), while stowing her bow and drawing her newly silvered shortsword.
As soon as she reaches the clearing, the loaned brown horse moves up to her (Using 35 feet of movement to BQ, 2), led by the glint of light reflecting off of her weapon. At which point, Neya mounts it and leads it towards the aloft beast (Using 15 feet of movement to BQ, -1). Even though it does follow Neya's direction, it it on high alert and will try to dodge any attacks the creature may launch.
Once she reaches the beast, she swipes at it with her sword, standing on her horse, if needed.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
(If she needs to stand on the horse to reach) Acrobatics (Using her movement action, to steady herself): 17
(OOC: Apparently didn't properly put the modifiers in the combat rolls so the Attack with +6 is 23 and damage with +4 is 9)
Cursing himself for not taking the opportunity when it presented itself, Utar moves closer to the beast, stopping short when he sees it is...floating? (BP,1?)
Holding Lightbringer high, he grips his amulet, and speaks the word, casting guiding bolt at the beast.
Attack: 22 Damage: 12
Calming himself, Glühoof edges closer to camp, still wary of the beast. Stopping by the stream, he starts to buck again, but in a more controlled manner than before. Dodge action! (BJ,1?)
(OOC Next attack against the beast gets advantage, given I'm at the back of the order, that might be Neya's next attack?)
Graxx uses half movement to move to BP,4. Graxx looks up and sees the shadow of the beast floating above the air. The barbarian knows that he cannot hit it... Alone..
Graxx would like to (Bonus Action) rage!
"COME GIRL!", Graxx shouts to his horse. She comes running to BP,4 where Graxx mounts her with his remaining half movement.
(If Graxx can now reach) Graxx will make a reckless(GWM) attack against the beast from his mount filled with divine Radiant Energy from Tempus!

At the risk of drawing some unwanted attention his way, a prick of the finger sends tainted blood pouring down a channel along and within the halfling's light crossbow. Where it eventually leads over the drawstring, and starts 'crackling' visibly in a primal energy. "Biscuit. Hold ya grounds for now, me boy. We got this." He says as he moves over for a clearer shot at the thing, losing a bolt at last.

(@Drache: I had to change your movement a bit because the creature moved in its last turn. Neya is at {BQ4} at the end of her turn. Also, just to be sure we are on the same page, mounting the horse takes 20 feet worth of movement for Neya since her speed is 40 feet.)
Utar swings his mace a bit early, missing the passing creature. While his friends around him begin calling their horses for aid, Utar decides to rely on magic instead. He launches a Guiding Bolt at the hovering beast, leaving a patch of missing fur on its side and a glowing spark in its place (Canine Beast takes 12 radiant damage).
While moving a bit to the side {BM-1} to get a clearer shot, Doozey takes advantage of the mark left on the creature and releases a blood-magic-enhanced bolt (using up the advantage from Guiding Bolt; here's the extra roll: 12). The crossbow bolt sinks into the creature's haunch at first but then passes through the hound as if it was made of fog.(Canine Beast takes 7 piercing and lightning damage).
Neya runs to meet her horse and mounts it with a swift hop. Holding on to the reigns with one hand, she stands atop it now much like a circus performer would. Using the information she received from the halfling hunter, she slashes at the hovering feet of the beast with her silvered sword (Canine Beast takes 9 silvered slashing damage).
Taking advantage of his and his horses' height, as well as the length of his blade, Graxx mounts and swings. He brings the wrath of Tempus with him, cutting his airborne foe down. With a painful scream, the creature loses its ability to fly, falling atop the brush. It's dark blood lets out some fogginess as the creature breaths its last (Canine Beast takes 25 magical slashing damage and is DEFEATED).
-> All horses dodged. I'll assume Biscuit did the same (note that he is no longer frightened.) Also, let's say that Glühoof is now at {BI-2}.
YOU ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. DO AS YOU WILL.

Holding Lightbringer high, Utar swings his shield onto his back now that the danger appears to have passed.
Approaching Neya and Graxx on their horses, Utar kneels beside the body of whatever attempted to make them it's prey. Kicking it's leg with a wary foot.

"Another question follows: Are there any more of these things out there?" Neya says still on alert with sword in hand and looks around with her temporary darkvision.

Graxx calms down and dismounts and lets out a sigh. He moves around to the front of this horse and firmly grabs her under the chin to hold her head up to his.
"Good girl!" Graxx exclaims as he pats her.
Graxx then moves over to the beast.
"It...It floated! What a beast for sure. I hope there aren't more out there as I could use a rest but it didn't stand a chance against us!" says Graxx to the others.
Graxx hops down and bends down examining the beast.
Utar has to wade through some brush in order to get to the foggy body of the defeated creature. Without the thrill of combat taking over his thoughts, the cleric can poke and kick the creature in an attempt to study it. He notices what the others had already mentioned. It smells like smoke, it has shiny red eyes and night-black fur, and most disturbing of all, it has a humanoid face at the top of a body that reminds Utar a lot of the Dire Wolves they encountered earlier. Graxx joins Utar in the examination, reminding him that the creature was hovering for a brief moment. The two deliberate a bit and eventually conclude that such a creature knows far too well how to ambush prey while in an wooded area, a skill usually common to beasts or the fey, especially the evil ones. Consulting with Doozey as well, the groups' best guess is that this is a Yeth Hound, though they do not know all the details about this type of creature they would like to. The existence of these hounds is well documented, but sightings are rare.
While most of the group deliberated, Neya kept an eye out. She sees no movement, smells no smoke other then the campfire's, and spots no bright red eyes in the bush. She is certain that CRAP's immediate surroundings are safe for now.
Within the next few minutes, the party helps reorganize the camp and settle all the animals down again for the night. Neya finishes her watch while the others go back to sleep. Soon, Utar relieves her. The half-orc's watch is boring and uneventful at best. About an hour before sunrise, Utar begins to wake up his compatriots. The party repacks all their belongings and undo their camp. The sun is likely to begin rising within the next twenty or so minutes.
(OOC: Go ahead and complete your long rest. Do you want to do anything before continuing your trip?)
Before finding his rest Doozey makes a point of harvesting a fang and claw from the Yeth Hound. Even if all he winds up is broken shard, the items are stashed away in a side pouch. And if given a dubious enough look or asked about the action, he merely shrugs and mentions "could come in handy."The remainder of the stoutling's rest is anything but truly restful. He would occasionally toss and turn against biscuit the bed pillow, muttering things along the line of "had to do it", "no other choice", and "no taking back" to name a few that came out with any clarity. All of which Biscuit snores through as if far too used to or simply naturally able to tune the disturbance out.
Once awake the stoutling is a little out of sorts for a while. After being caught by the scruff of his shirt for the second time by Biscuit to keep from trampling over a cookfire however, he seems to sober up quickly, and smiles apologetically to any witnesses. "Here's hoping our next stop will be a bit more pleasant, eh?" He jests while settling in for a spot of light breakfast, and all thoughts of doing more than the bare minimum to clean himself up being far from mind.

With a new smokey fang resting in the halfling's pocket and a new name given to the barbarian's horse, CRAP departs even before the sun is fully out. The next few hours worth of galloping are fairly quiet. With the mid-morning sun high above gathering storm clouds, the party finds themselves well on their way west. It is then that the group should chance to come across a wagon pulled to the side of the road. Even at some distance, you can tell that one of the vehicle's axles is broken. A young human boy tends to a campfire while a man in traveler's clothes searches for something in the back of the wagon. As the group approaches, they can hear the boy yell: "Papa... horses are coming. Horses and... a dog?
The man comes out of the back of the wagon to see all of you approaching. Not so expertly, he tries to hide a handaxe he got from his vehicle as a safety measure. A horse whinnies from beyond a large bush as the man speaks: "Howdy travelers... Nothing to see here, just an small mishap with the wagon. Nothing I can't take care of, so have a good trip ahead."
A few feet away, the boy simply watches quietly from the background, poking his campfire with a long and thin stick. He seems mesmerized by Biscuit.
Considering this man's circumstances and manner of dress, Neya is fairly certain as to who this is. But his defensive manner makes her think direct questions about his identity may not be very effective.
"A broken axle is a quite a bit more than a 'small mishap,' but if you're certain you are able to at least implement a short-term solution, we'll let you be."
"Out of curiosity, do you know a Dornal Whitebeard?"

Utar's eyes narrow as the group approaches the broken wagon. Pulling gently in Glühoof's reins to bring the horse to a gentle stop.
More than aware of the hatchet hidden behind the man's back, Utar cannot decide if this is merely sensible precaution, or something more sinister. What if there is something to see?

Biscuit starts to growly lowly upon noticing the axe; but, a few head pats and some whispered words in halfling into an ear calms the Tundra Mastiff. Even so, Biscuit keeps a close eye on wherever the axe is whenever attention fails to waver to horse noises, or the pop of kindling in the boy's campfire. As for Doozey, aside from simply nodding agreement to the misfortune man's assertion, he says nothing; preferring instead to observe proceedings, and quietly assess the situation for any strangeness.

Graxx will allow the others to converse while he will remain mounted on Edith. The barbarian would like to scan the surroundings for any opportunists looking to take advantage of the situation.
Your instincts seem to tell you this man is capable of little harm, but wavering weapons are often most dangerous in the hand of those who don't know how to properly wield them...
The man is afraid, and probably with good reason. You'd guess that a traveler like that, with a wagon and no hired protection, has had more dangerous encounters on the road than pleasant ones. Though badly, he is likely just trying to protect his kid from strangers if need be. Also, he doesn't look like the type who knows much about fixing axles.
As Doozey inches toward the boy, he notices his smile getting bigger and bigger. He steps away from his small campfire, stick in hand, and hesitantly extends a hand to pet the large mastiff. He giggles with the first touch, unable to keep his voice down: "Papa, Papa! It is so fuzzy!" He then looks at Doozey, as if to gauge permission, and lifts his improvised fire-poker. He throws it about a dozen feet inland and scream: "Fetch, boy!"
Graxx watches as he keeps an eye out. He hears another whinny of a horse, but even though he is atop Edith, he can't quite locate its origin just yet.
The man seems to agree with Neya at first. Then, when she mentions a certain Whitebeard, his expression relaxes a bit: "Well, yes... Did... Did he send you out here?" the ill-hidden and softly gripped handaxe stops wavering a bit.
Utar's reaction attack: Attack: 8 Damage: 6
