OOC Yeah, when we were kids, my brother and his high school buddies actually went to Gen Con when it was still at home in Lake Geneva.

OOC: I am from New Zealand. Peshley would feel right at home with the hobbits around 😉
That's awesome! Yes basically you're from Middle Earth lol. Also the land of the Maori. I always thought the Haka is the most intimidating war dance on the planet.
OOC: Hirangi, the name of my familiar, means blue in Maori. The same colour as beneath its wings.
OOC: That is so cool! ^^
I'm from Wisconsin, but please don't imagine Edeleth sounding like a Midwesterner! XD Lomalos could very well be a lot like the Northwoods, though.
OOC: sorry man, but now I imagine Edeleth being Eric from that 70th show 😂
Rosri get his letter slipped under his door and because he is so focused on what he is doing, he doesn’t notice it until the very last minute..
“Oh crap, oh crap, oh crap! How do that know!? I’m in so much trouble..” is going through his mind when he sees whom has sent the letter.

Edeleth suddenly remembers that, although his good clothes are clean and pressed, his boots have been tromping around in the stable. He goes looking for another unseen servant.

Peshley takes a moment to make sure her clothes are tidy. She is glad she has something fit for such an audience. After dressing she checks her hair in the mirror. It was getting a little long. She would need to find someone to help her out with that when she got the chance. Before leaving her room, she stores most of her gear neatly in the wardrobe beside her coin pouch, and her new rapier which she wore on her belt. Feeling ready and excited she latched the door of her room behind her and bounced down the stairs.
As he is waiting for his boots to be cleaned, blacked and polished, Edeleth notices Peshley the gnome coming downstairs in high spirits.
"Good afternoon," he says. "How are you today?"

“Oh, hey.” Peshely stops abruptly as she is met on the stairs by an elf. “We met the other night at the banquet didn’t we? Eideth? Elodet? Sorry I struggle with names, especially when alcohol is involved.”
"Edeleth,"he says. "Yes, the ale was flowing quite freely that night, wasn't it? I remember you from the night of the chicken incident, though. You lifted our Grunda up on a rope. A most impressive feat, for one of your stature." Or for one of his own--he seriously doubted he could do the same.

“Ohh, sorry. Don’t tell her.”Peshley blushes furiously. “Yes the rest of the family seem to enjoy it, but they all get to go out with the traders and visit other cities. They get involved with negotiations and deals. But i’m the youngest and the family is so big that all the cool jobs have already been taken.”
Peshley carries on down the stairs, thinking about her invitation. “So why did you leave the grove if you were liking it that much?”
Uther finds Grohlak at the brawling league. "Bhaa, that, it is my freind" he laughs as he embraces Grohlak. He sees the action which gets his blood flowing, it takes his mind off of Saerirra for a little, he smiles as he looks at his new freind "Do you think we would be up for a couple rounds here?"
Rosri get dressed quickly and try to brush out his hair, which after two days of being shut in his room with all kinds of smelly odors, stand on all ends. He isn’t very successful..
As he is trying to get ready, he inspect the result of his labor and smiles. It wasn’t easy but he managed to get it done. On the table stand 2 vials with a black substance in it. With this he will be even more capable in protecting his friends on the battle field.

”I’m so very sorry ma’am! I didn’t mean too run in to you!” He blushes furiously and everyone close by can smell the stinky odor coming from him.
"I was sent out on an important errand," Edeleth says. "I'm afraid it has been going very slowly. Whatever being a 'Knight of the Hanging Chicken' involves, I do hope it won't --"
There is a sudden commotion above, and Edeleth notices Rosri caroming off one of the servants and apologizing. "Ah, there you are, Rosri!" Edeleth calls. "I wondered where everybody had got to. You've met Peshley, of course? Peshley, this..this is.."Edeleth suddenly covers his nose and mouth with a handkerchief as he is overcome by an uncontrollable coughing fit.

He turn towards Peshley and sees that she also is covering her nose and nods.
“Oh no.. I’m so sorry you guys.. do you think people will notice?..”
"I think people will notice," Edeleth gasps. "May I recommend you have the servants draw you a bath?"
Invitation? "Have you been summoned to the palace as well, then?"It would be a relief if this was just about the chicken business, and not an annoyed response to Edeleth's breach of etiquette. The Oakfields dwarves had said they were going to the Granit clan to give warning, didn't they? So, this might be a perfectly amicable summons. Though it was still a bit of a nuisance.

He thinks back at the times he had been late to his fathers summons and how angry he had been at Rosri for being disrespectful.
He swallow hard, if his father were that insulted, how bad would it be to insult the leaders of the granit clan by being late. But maybe that would be better then showing up smelling and dirty.
Rosri then heads off to the servants quarter so get one of the servants draw him a bath.
Roscoe, happy with getting to spend a bit of time not worried about anything returns to the inn. He'd been relaxing just outside of town taking in what nature offered and thinking about his family. He sat alone, listening to the wind and life around him. He watched the shapes on his arm dance about in fascination. As he watched the symbols, he felt closer to each of his companions. That feeling made him break away from his sabbatical and return back to the others.
As he walks back into the inn, he's happy to see some of his friends gathered. He accepts a drink from the staff and says, "Hello again!"He drinks from the flagon as he settles back into his second home.

OOC Nice! We almost got every part of the World covered.
Grohlak smiles. "I thought you'd never ask!"
Uther May roll a simple Athletics check against Grohlak, as a friendly wrestling bout (this is obviously not a fight to the death... He rolled a 16...
OOC At this point, if anyone has anymore Downtime activities they would like to resolve, or feels like I haven't addressed them properly, just pm me...
I will soon move on to the meeting at the Granit Palace.
Again, I am currently moving to a new house in a different City, sorry for the recent lack of activity. Fear not, however, for this Campaign is WAY too epic for me to abandon it, and it has truly warped into my biggest D&D project. People I talk to about running a 14 player game so far have all called me insane, but I think we've found a good way to make it work so far. And Team 3 is almost ready to roll!
Also, I am officially starting an OOC thread, so everyone can chat/interact with each other easilly
