XiaoLong appreciates the delicious meat from a fresh kill. She will sit in whichever wagon is the least busy (Preferably away from Gundren and Sildar). She'd prefer to chat with fellow companions.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Twiglet splits his attention between the wood elf, who seems to behave like this forrest is her own house, and keeping watch. The elf seems to want to be friends, which is making Twiglet a bit nervous. What on earth do you talk about to an ELF! It's like meeting an angel for tea?
Whenever he remembers, he also tries to see the wrong shaped shadow or the leaf moving against the wind

Sorry, I'm off with a head cold, so not pulling my weight at the moment :(
Humblodt prefers sit outside. Whilst he maintains his gruff exterior - and possibly interior too - he is pleased to have left Neverwinter behind. He keeps a wary eye out, more cautions now that they have left the high road. The chance of alarums and excursions is much heightened on this back country trail.
As the day moves on, the trees around the path grow more dense and closer to the trail. The edges of the path also slowly begin to rise until they are a steep embankment. Humblodt and Twiglet, at several times during the march, spot unusual movement in the tree line, quick glances of something running between cover. Whatever it is appears to be tracking you, but you haven't seen any sign of it for the last half hour.

As you round a blind corner, you discover the trail has been blocked by a fallen tree. Gundren pulls his wagon to a sharp halt. You hear rustling in the thickets either side of the path and the sound of many feet running towards you. Through the bushes burst six goblins, four with swords and two with bows. The sword goblins slide down the banks and approach the wagons, while the archers take aim at Gundren and Sildar.
(OOC/Status)
I will post the goblin's attacks when I get a minute later. I will post Gundren and Sildar's stats in the discord if you want to use them.
The two goblin archers fire their arrows, one hitting Gundren in the arm causing him to fall from the wagon. He hits his head as he falls and groans as he passes out. The other arrow embeds itself in Sildar's armour knocking the breath out of him. "Ambush!" he shouts trying to draw his sword. Three sword wielding goblins run towards him and attack him, but their blows bounce off his armour. The other goblin grabs Gundren and drag him up the embankment out of reach.

I think I was sitting next to Humblot on the wagon. If he gets off to fight the goblins, I get off too, staying behind him and attempting to hide behind him (Lightfoot ability). If, and only if he is being attacked, I will attempt to sneak attack the goblin attacking him.
Ro failed to learn her lesson about snoozing while traveling yesterday. She's once again nodded off but the abrupt stop of the wagon jerks her awake. Blearily, moving half on autopilot, she stands and picks up the swords she'd left sitting on the seat next to her. She blinks at the goblins, wasting precious seconds while her brain processes what she's seeing. It finally clicks, just as the loudmouth dwarf falls from the wagon.
YOU ARE MANY BUT I MADE OF RAGE. I KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU.
She claps the swords against the side of the wagon and bellows at onrushing goblins - it comes out sounding more or less like a breathy wheeze.
One of the goblins grabs the fallen dwarf to drag him off. Ro leaps from the cart and sprints after him. As she catches up to them she slashes wildly at the goblin's face.
Roars cannot reach the fleeing goblin and in her fury leaps at the group surrounding Sildar slicing at one's head. The goblin screams in agony as their face is split open by Roar's scimitars.
Roll perception. If you think it is likely he has a penalty, then you can roll with disadvantage (roll 2d20 and take the lowest)

The WAGON makes the most horrendous sounds and shrieks, like the wood is complaining. Ilduarana can hardly hear the forest.
But she is curious enough to walk by it so she can start a conversation with Twiglet

I hope your cold passes soon :(
Everyone, could you make initiative checks?
