The wolf calms down and is no longer growling at you, but you suspect that is because of the food

With the wolf distracted, Ro moves to the groveling goblin and attempts to put it out of its misery.

The grovelling goblin feels a sharp pain in their back followed quickly by darkness closing in

Exploring the cave after the goblin's defeat the goblins, XiaoLong checks through the supplies that Klarg has collected. The majority of the sacks and crates all have the same blue lion mark, which those of you native to the area recognise as the symbol of the Lionshield Merchant Company. She also discovers a small chest buried under some of the sacks. It is locked but searching Klarg's body, you discover a key that opens the chest. Inside are 600 cp, 110 sp, two potions of healing, and a jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs for eyes. After overcoming this trail you all feel like you are stronger and wiser than before

With the fighting over, Ro starts laughing and pantomiming a monster stomping around. It looks like a tiny goblin godzilla. She signs [That was awesome!] at Tallanvor and goes for a high five.

Ro spots Twiglet off to one side - his expression brings an abrupt halt to her antics. Her shoulders slump and she shuffles off to go look for the slave Blingy had mentioned.

“I don’t think I understood this before...” Twiglet sniffed “is this really what being an adventurer means?”

Back in the Goblin Den, Roars is moping around. She finds nothing of interest among the goblin's bedding, but walking up the staircase she sees a half-elf chained to a iron spike driven into the cave floor. His torn clothing has the same blue lion branding as the crates and sacks XiaoLong found in Klarg's lair and he is covered in fresh cuts and bruises. He is currently unconscious.

Ro thinks for a second and decides that somebody who isn't a goblin should probably take care of the slave. She runs back to Tallanvor and tugs on the bottom of his cloak, pointing back towards the den with her other hand.

Sensing there is something awry, Humblodt follows Ro and Tallanvor to the captive half-elf.

Muttering, he bends and examines the captive for injuries.

The captive groans, waking up, then flinches and recoils back into a protective position. Eventually you manage to force his mouth open and make him swallow some of the goodberries.

Ilduarana smiles tenderly at Twiglet, although he knows all the tricks of an experienced thief he is little more than a child...

Sometimes it's hard but sometimes it can be fun, you can find new friends a new.... family! And you did well! Very well indeed! you should be proud... 

Ilduarana rummages among her things and picks a playing card set...

She winks at him and gets up and follows the path of Humblodt, Ro and Tallanvor

Humblodt calls to Tallanvor to help him try to free the captive from his chain.

The captive is freed from his chains!

"P'haps it best to let the elf recover from his wounds before questioning him. We will see if it makes sense to take on their main force once we know more from him"

"We should try to find Silidar, Gundred and his brothers before we go stirring up a hornets nest. And find somewhere safe to camp and rest up after today's ordeals." Humblodt notes that Twiglet in particular looks ready to drop on his feet.

XiaoLong goes around the cave searching for documents, info or anything that could help in our quest. Then she joins Buxton and the others to setup camp for the night.

"What about camping in the caves tonight ? Sounds safe enough to me. And if we have visitors we can always flood them..."

Ro starts responding to XiaoLong: [Small Fear look like he]... but cuts herself off when she realizes the human doesn't understand sign. Frustrated, she uses the tip of a sword to scratch in the dirt: "Twiglet will no stay here after all this killing. I think we leaved and find Gundren."
