Unfortunately both XiaoLong and Ilduarana's attacks miss the goblin.

No way Twiglet is back yet. He’s going to come outside and find another blood bath

 Humblodt's staff hits the goblin straight in the chest. Blood leaks from it's mouth, but it is still standing.

 What is Sildar and the captured goblin doiing?

The dark realization of another attack with inevitable blood shed has washed over Siloqui. The short bow is pulled and arrows fly at the final goblin.

Initiative 5

Attack: 13 Damage: 9

Siloqui's arrows fly wide of the target, hitting the ground between the goblin's feet. It jumps and starts running towards the cave entrance away from the strange violent goblin and her dwarven companion. Twiglet sees a small shape rush past him as he is leaving the cave following the path along the river into the darkness beyond.

"Don't let him alert the others !!!" says XiaoLong as she chases the goblin in the cave.

Tallanvor stuffs the leash of the goblin into Sildar's hands and runs after the escaping goblin in a blind haste. He must prevent the entire cave from being alerted! 

His golden eyes squint against the changing light conditions as he comes to the threshold of the cave. 

 If he can see the goblin he casts sacred flame Damage: 4

The goblin tries to dodge 17 the flames that descend towards it and succeeds.

XiaoLong continues running after the Goblin.

 XiaoLong's first attack connects slicing the goblin across the face. It falls into the stream, it's blood dying the water red. XiaoLong waits for a moment to see if anything hear the noise of the fight, but it appears that she is safe.

XiaoLong drags the body of the dead goblin outside the cave, hides it into a bush and reconvene with the others.

"Light curs'ed blasted flamin shadowspawn faster than a flamin silver pike and slippery'er than an eel" Tallanvor huffs and puffs his face taught with disapproval at the predicament that they had found themselves in. He directs his scorn to Roars in Silence "Next time ye feel like slicin somethin in half, p'haps it do be best ye wait fer yer companions te be ready" his accent even thicker due to his anger.

He directs his attention to the group "Now, it may be best that we re-group and explore this cave with a bit more care. P'haps we can cause a distraction or flush them out with flames or some such. Pick them off in small groups. Those of us without darksight may be able to find other entrances around the area." 

Ro glares defiantly at Tallanvor and hops from foot to foot - itching to go after the rest of the goblins.

With just a singular nod, Siloqui consents to motion made to the group. "I think it would be wise for us to consider exploring the cave throughly."

Passive Stealth - 15

Twiglet is slowly and carefully working his way back out the cave, being careful to not leave footprints or other tells that he was there. As he nears the entrance a wild-eyed and injured goblin dashes straight past him, closely followed by the monk. As the goblin looks over it’s shoulder the monk slices her thin sword forward, cutting its face wide open. The goblin gurgles and falls into the stream, making a worrying amount of noise. The monk takes a quick look at the goblin, seems assured that it is dead and walks quietly back outside, all without seeing Twiglet who has instinctively shrunk as far into his shadow as possible. 

So much death. What happened to the glory?

more importantly, thinks Twiglet, if there as a fight outside, that meant there were guards, guards that he missed. Guards that Twiglets only useful role for this adopted group was to spot. 

He very nervously leaves the cave, emerging into the clearing, to find the dwarf and a blood covered Ro having a strange argument, Ro stamping her foot, clearly angry she can’t answer his gruff rebuke. Twiglet hurries over to help, secretly worried the argument might be about his  failures.
