Gulgus, looking at the large grick, yells, "AND STAY DOWN YE SON OF A MOTHERLESS GOAT!" Realizing he's being looked at he smooths out his cloak and mutters, "I swear I saw him move" with a look of embarrassment.
(I'll say yes, you are now out of combat, as that seems to be the consensus)
After the group agrees to let the last grick go, it soon squirms its way to and disappears into a small hole in a side wall.
As the ringing in Gulgus' ears subsides, he tries (and fails) to save face.
Kysdiane goes over to the cold, dark forge to give it a look over (I'm running off of the roll you had before the fight). One exterior of the forge, there are several controls that seem to govern its behavior: temperature, alloy ratios, casts and end-product. The upper part of has a vertical hatch in between parts in which the mine carts once led. The hatch is slightly ajar.
On the lower left side of the forge is a small door that opens to a very similar layout as the the panel on the floor above. Except, this time it has four slots.
He then remembers that he saw a soft, red glow in the the forge's furnace. Finding it odd as any embers should be more than long gone by now, her searches inside. Laying on top, but not among, the soot is a necklace with a gemstone that contains a red, inner light emitting from it. Parts of the necklace's chain are bent as if the were pinched by something hard.
Avia recalls her dire wolf and starts harvesting food from the bodies of the fallen gricks. She sees some success in removing and cleaning enough grick meat to experiment with in her cooking (do you need a weight amount?).
Avia makes a little campfire to cook the meat. She uses her tinderbox to light it. She then tries roasting a little bit of meat over it, and gives it to Stata, to see if it's okay to eat. Afterwards, she wanders over to Kysdiane to see what he's doing.
(Could Avia use her Alchemist Tools or Cook's utensils, to treat the rest of the meat so it doesn't go bad?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kysdiane reaches down and gently takes the necklace from the pile of soot. Turning to the rest of the group he asks, "Anybody recognize this?" He also mentions that there is a panel like the room above. As he is holding the necklace out, he takes a closer look at it to see if he can identify what it might be.

Lia glances to the necklace, but lets the others take care of looking it over. She would look around the area, away from the forge itself. Perception: 4 Guidance: 3
Gulgus yawns and stretches to the full extent of his short stature. "I be exhausted. Any of ye need a rest as well? When do ye suppose we ken find a safe place and get some shuteye?"
(OOC: I only have 1x 2nd level spell slot remaining).
(Yes, Avia can use tools to along with a second survival check to preserve see how long it would keep)
Avia takes out some of her tools in an effort to keep the grick meat safe to eat for an extended period of time.
Renata and Kysdiane combine their efforts to magically analyze the necklace. They discover that the gem is one that reacts to the subconscious, if one were to achieve lucid dreaming (DC 20 Perception check) with this in their possession, it will fully activate. But if the gem is within its source, it is significantly more simple. Its nature is very malleable, with it behaving differently depending on one's discipline (it's properties change depending on class).
Lia looks around the room, separate from the rest of the group. She is able to get a sense of what ores are being processed in this chamber, gold and a sort of silvery-white metal, that, when combined, results in an alloy that is a type of white gold. Gold is well-known for magical conduction and whatever the other metal is seems to have containment properties.
Gulgus expresses exhaustion and suggests a good rest, as his magical resources are nearly tapped out.
"Do you think we should rest here, or return above?" Lia asks as the others are checking out the necklace. "One of those things got away, but it is likely more scared of us now than we need to be of it."
"Resting down here would be alright, although my alarm won't last for another 8 hours so if we do rest here, we should head back up so that I could reset the alarm in case we get visitors." Kysdiane pauses for a second as he seems to be thinking about something, "Honestly, I think we might be best heading back up to the top level but staying inside the building. That way we won't be in unfamiliar territory, but we also don't have to be completely outside."

"Well I am not going after them." Lia says as she glances to the others. "Let them go and hope they don't bother us later, is my suggestion."
