Having hopes of holding her stronger spells for just a bit longer, Valentia goes for something simple that felt like second nature to her. She casts Sacred Flame against the bandit, just before she moves to O16.

Oswin hurls his spear at the armored figure, which lances through his side and travels back to his hand (8 piercing damage).
Lia tries to snipe him with another bolt, but it glances harmlessly, again.
Gark, then, with blinding speed, lacerates him with his sword before ducking behind cover (12 slashing and 4 force damage).
Bandit Dex save [DC14]: 10
While his armor is quite cumbersome, he is able to see a mote of holy fire just in time for him shift his weight to avoid it.
Lizardfolk turn
Now, as if seeing his chance for the first time in a long time, decorated lizardfolk starts a long drone. As he drones, the bandit's sword starts glowing red-hot.
The heat radiates into the bandit's gauntlet and he starts screaming in pain (11 fire damage). He drops the sword in pain and surprise.
The lizardfolk then takes this opportunity to get away from the bandit (to J6). Angered the armored man takes a swing at him
Opportunity unarmed Attack: 20 Damage: 5
The bandit is able to crack him hard, right in the hip (5 bludgeoning damage).
Concentration check [DC10]: 7
The sword continues glowing red hot, sizzling against the damp ground.
(Auto-)Andivus' turn (forgot oops)
Andivus launches his old standard at the armored brigand, before quickly ducking behind a column (Q14).
Attack: 8 Damage: 13
The lance of arcane energy slams right into the man's bearded mug (12 force damage)
"Where is that damned thing... You won't get in the way of my dream!" he bellows as he retreats to gain some distance. He spreads out three fingers, from which three inerrant blasts of magical energy fly out and strike the three who did him the most harm (Oswin, Gark and Andivus).

Oswin will race around the magic circle, careful not to step inside while SD charges straight at him (H13 and J13 respectively) before launching their flanking attacks.
Lia takes a bonus action to convert her 3 sorcery points into a second-level spell slot. She then steps out from behind the rock she was hiding behind and casts scorching ray
Three rays...
Ray 1 to hit ... 16
Damage: 6
Ray 2 to hit ... 24
Damage: 5
Ray 3 to hit ... 16
Damage: 6
She then takes cover behind her rock formation once more.
Oswin and his mechanical companion quickly catch up to surround the bleeding bandit and hit him with a combination of a repulsive blast of the steel defender pushing him right toward Oswin just as he thrusts his spear into his back (11 piercing and 10force damage).
Gark, seeing his opportunity, rushes forward and easily pierces through a critical gap in the bandit's armor (15slashing damage).
The bandit falls to one side as he tries to rise, three flaming lances streak his way. he is able to avoid two of them in time. But the third, almost as if by calculation strikes him in his head lancing a hole of cooked bone and grey matter right through his temples. With smoke billowing from, his head he falls (5 fire damage and dead).
Out of inititative
Assuming the coast is clear, the lizardfolk moves over to the magic circle and breaks it with a sweep of his foot. Once he does, the blue light disappears.
He then speaks, "Oth gives many thanks, outsiders. Though, Oth must ask, why have you come to marsh village?"

Valentia was curious about the ritual circle, but she couldn't do anything besides ponder on its nature since she didn't came as prepared as the last day to cast Detect Magic.
Oth responds to Oswin, "Bah! Fleshy and followers nothing but trouble! Kill many in village! Is slime gone?"
Oth gives time for Oswin to answer, then looks where the ritual was and scoffs, "The foolish promise from a dead god. Eh... False god and dead emperor is more true."
"Body is dead, but essence still remains, split in two and outside the bounds of this world."
"If outsider wants to know reason for ritual, take a look around and tell Oth what you see."
(Roll Investigation or Perception, whichever is better)
As Oswin speaks with Oth, Lia looks through the bandit's belongings. In his satchel are two parchments, one of them seems to be significantly older than the other. Lia also unhooks the chain around his neck and pulls out a small pendant. Its design looks familiar (Roll an Intelligence check).
Valentia takes the time to study the ritual and can easily tell its intent despite by the nature of the residual magic within it.
It has three elements to it. From the outermost circle going in, the first would call something to this room and the second would bind it to something in the room, No not just something in the room, but seemingly the entire room. However, However, what was supposed to be summoned and bound is unclear as the it doesn't appear that the it is drawing from any known realm you are aware of. The third one seems to have been a stabilizer spell to make what the ritual was going to do as permanent as it could have been. The construction this circle may have taken a significant amount of time to construct, but stopped somewhere along the line a very long time ago, and only recently finished. It would've been fully active at sunset.
Gark watches Lia search the body of the bandit to see what she uncovers
Once she is done, he cuts off his head with to bring back as proof. It takes a few hacks due to the damage to the sword, but eventually he does get it off.
Turning to the group he says "Let's get going, I have to retrieve the beast."
Oswin will move forward (L10) and throw his spear at the bandit, while SD follows him ready to dodge attacks and protect Oswin (M11).
Attack: 22 Damage: 7
Lia steps out and sends a crossbow at the bandit.
To hit: 6
Damage: 10
She then steps back behind one of the rock formations for cover.
With his bonus action and last spell slot, Gark casts Zephyr Strike and rushes to J14 to attack the bandit from behind with his damaged sword
Attack: 13 Damage: 9 + ZS dmg 4 + Col Slay dmg (assuming Oswin hits) 2
after his attack, he'll continue gliding to I18 and hide behind the column there
(@happyandbob looks like you forgot to put in advantage in your attack roll for Zephyr Strike)
