With the way clear, Jororic moves up next to Oswin's mechanism and moves an old tapestry that acts as an impromptu curtain aside. Beyond it, he sees another large room, the floor of which is 10 feet below the floor he currently is on. It has many toppled-over bookshelves and some broken furniture, it may have been a small library.
But more eye-catching is a tiny, blue, glowing and softly puling orb levitating over the floor. At first, he is unsure what it is. Something he no longer wonders judging by what happens next.
Orb's turn
The orb's soft glow starts getting more harshly bright, which fills the entire room.

Again, one creature rises, exactly in the same shape as when it it first fell in battle (The one at O-10 is now standing again).
Oswin, Lia, Valentia and Smallfry can now take their turns!

(I'm writing this action under the assumptions that 1) diagonal movement is allowed, and 2) the orb is visible from K9.)
Smallfry is going to move to P12, bonus action dash to K9, and aim his shortbow at the orb.
He draws an arrow, but before firing, drags the sharp edge along the back of one hand, deep enough to draw blood.
Amplified Blood Curse of the Marked: Smallfry takes 4 damage and his next attack has advantage.
As he lets loose the bloody arrow, it twists and turns in the air as though the blood itself is drawing it toward the target.
Shortbow+sneak attack:
Attack: 21 Damage: 9
(If diagonal movement isn't allowed, or the orb isn't visible from K9, Smallfry will instead move as close to the curtain as possible, then fire an arrow at the closest hostile target without using a blood curse... so just take the first d20 roll to attack, and remove the sneak attack damage - so still 16 to hit, but only 6 damage.)
Oswin will send SD in to attack the creature that's in there and then race over to throw his spear at the orb. (I'm assuming someone killed the creature next to him, otherwise he'll take the AoO.)

If there are any enemies still standing on this room by the time Valentia is ready to act, she'll cast Sacred Flame against the nearest target, otherwise, she'll try to keep up with the group that has been moving forward by dashing behind them.
Lia turns her attention to the newly-revived monster and fires her crossbow at it. The strike is a glancing blow, but even that is enough to put it down again (3 piercing damage and dead).
This is quickly followed by her spiritual dagger striking the remaining monster in the room, which strikes true (5 force damage).
Oswin makes his way to the opening in the wall to try and attack the orb, opening himself up for an attack by the shambling creature.
Slam Attack: 20 Damage: 5
As he runs, he feels a heavy hit (5 bludgeoning damage).
Still feeling the hit, he tries to throw his spear at the suspected source of the creatures' life, and goes very wide. Iin his follow-through, he hits his hand on the side of the opening (Roll nat 1 [DC10] save to avoid -4 penatly).
(Reminder: the floor of the next room is 10 feet below your current position, I will allow you to go through and you can avoid damage and going prone by making a DC10 acrobatics or athletics check - whichever's better)
Oswin's steel defender jumps into the next room (Atheltics check: 15) and tries to attack the blue orb. However, it's small size makes it difficult to hit.
Smallfry quickly makes his way to the back of the room and fires an arrow at the orb, he got closer to hitting it, but the orb's actual size is smaller than it's light.
Being directly threatened thrice, orb changes color from a blue to a red.
Seeing one last foe in the room, Valentia again sends sacred fire .

The radiant flame grazes the stumbling abomination (1 radiant damage)
Creatures' turn
Those at the opening in the wall are able to see some movement in this big room, but far less than what they encountered on the current floor of the temple. In fact, Oswin sees two creatures ascending a staircase to his left which Lia and Valentia see as they emerge from the room. The one still in the room lifts what looks like a foot on it's arm to strike his construct.
Slam Attack: 20 Damage: 2
A soft bong is heard as the foot barely hits its leg (2 bludgeoning damage).
Another of the creatures waddles its way to Smallfry and tries to strike him with it's lobster claw.
Attack: 8 Damage: 5
He sees the the creature's attack coming from a mile away and barely needs to dodge.

Jroroic swings his battle axe at the beast next to him, saying, "You get yerselves in there, let the ladies an' me take care o' these things!" If the creature falls, he then moves to K6 to interpose himself between the two beasts and the others.

Hearing the monster behind him and Smallfry, Jororic turns to defend his companion and cuts down the monster. He then stands as a vanguard for the newly-emerged creatures (6 slashing damage and dead).
Orb's turn
With a color change, come a behavior change. Instead of a bright pulse, it starts moving towards the group (I think that provokes AoO from SD?), phasing through the solid wall and closing the distance with Oswin and Smallfry and arcs electricity at the diminuative dragonborn.

Smallfry only feels a small tickle of electricity (miss).
Oswin, Lia, Smallfry and Valentia can take their turns.

Smallfry is going to bonus action disengage, then back up a little to N9. Since the orb is still adjacent to Oswin, it's vulnerable to sneak attack unless the attack is at disadvantage.

Resolving AoO
A concussive blast is emitted from Oswin's mechanism but the orb is quick to move before it reaches it (miss).
Smallfry moves more quickly than the orb could react and fires an arrow at it, but the orb is just as fast to avoid it.
Oswin's mechanism is quick ti chase it quarry, not minding the creature accosting it (AoO triggered).

The wild attack hits only air as the machine rejoins its master (miss).
It let's out another blast of magical force but it is evaded (miss).
Oswin catches his spear and trusts it at the orb, but the pain in his hand distracts him. However, he powers through the pain just enough to make contact with the elusive sphere (8magical piercing damage).

Valentia makes sure to get closer (Q10) before she casts her own Spiritual Weapon right next to the orb, it takes the form of a spectral mace and it swings against it.

And then, as her action, she holds her holy symbol to a second after pointing towards the orb, laying a curse on it with her channel divinity by using Path to the Grave.
Seeing that the orb can, indeed, be harmed, Lia sends her spectral dagger to join in the fray. The orb's small size allows it to dodge it.
However, that serves as a set-up for three fiery lances to be sent its way. Two of them make their target (11 fire damage, already halved by resistance).
Suddenly, a spectral mace, conjured by Valentia, appears near it and and strikes with deadly force. The moment it makes contact, the orb winks out, dispersed as motes of light (7 force damage and dead).
Not long after the orb was vanquished, all of the nightmarish apparitions - living and dead - start dissolving into motes of light, slowly ascending up to through ceiling. Not long after, a bestial shriek reverberates through the structure.

"Wha', by tha forge, is this place?" Jororic wonders aloud, shaking his head as he retrieves his hand axes. Turning to the others, he continues, "Thanks fer yer 'elp wit' these....things! When we was sent ta explore 'ere, we didn't know wha' ta 'spect."
Lia gives a nod of approval as the group worked together so well to vanquish these foes. She has her spiritual dagger follow her around as long as it is still active, and moves in to explore the chamber where the orb came from.
