Manfred's eyes turn a verdant green color and he whispers a few words and casts Bestow Curse on Janice.
(DM -- its a WIS 14 save. If she fails, I would like the curse to be she is unable to turn ethereal for the duration of the spell. If you think that's too OP, then I'm okay with her having to make a WIS 14 throw every turn. On a failed save, she cannot take an action that turn.)

Seeing the attention on the book.. Ashtear decides to add it to her collection, darting over (taking AOO if I need to), picking the book up, and stowing it in her Elsewhere bag, dropping a bubble bomb on Aura as she moves. "I always loved libraries."
(Move to the now dead acid corpse--I will take the damage if the acid goo corpse delivers damage). (I think that is B or C 13 where she was? I have enough movement) (Item Interaction-pick up book.) (Action: stow book in elsewhere bag) (Bonus Action: Healing Word on Aura-the other person Ashtear saw get hurt 12
Seeing the "baroness" finally being finished, Aura pulls out her quarterstaff and tries to hit both Janice and the "blondie" with it, aiming to stun both of them.
(First attack against Janice. The second attack and the unarmed strike go for the blondie.)
(Stunning Strike twice. Both of them need to make a DC 15 Con save or be stunned. Making them stuck in this plane for one more round. I'm also out of ki points now.)

If it hits Blondie and she is still up, Albanus will cast [Tooltip Not Found] at second level at Blondie (INT save DC 15). If Blondie fails, it's 8 psychic damage and she can only dash or disengage. On a success, it's half damage.
If Blondie is killed, the same action as 1. except Albanus will target Janice instead.

Blondie looks pissed, having recieved multiple attacks now from both Aura and Albanus. She will do nothing, still being stunned by the monks flurry of attacks. (At the end of her turn she is no longer stunned however.)
(It is usually a free action to pick up an object from the floor. Dain wasn't using it just picking it up, so it should have not taken any sort of action on his part.)
(Dain already took his turn, so it's Aura, Ash, Albanus, and Manfred's turns now. Along with Johan if he plans on doing anything.)

"Wow, you guys are way strong" Being thoroughly impressed at the combat abilities of her allies, Ashtear flings a Firebolt at the stunned creature before moving Northern to look out for surprises. Giving the emprisoned people a thumbs up and what she hopes is a Confident Secure Smile.
(Firebolt: 21to hit 14 fire damage Move to F17. Effectively keeping an eye on the North end off the map (As I assume there is an entry way to the keep that way, so I want to be sure to notice any surprises coming)

The tiefling intones grating, slashing sounds as his fingers trace small circles in the air, quickly creating a glowing mote of fire. He glowers at the terrified townsfolk in the cage to the south-west of him (whichever cage looks promising), "Stand back," he growls. "And get ready to push." He will direct the fire bolt to the lock (or hinge) of the cage holding its prisoners, 20 dealing 11 fire damage. Looking down at Winter with a smile, he'll say "You're stronger than you believe. Help these people. WE will avenge your family. Close the hatch and don't open it until you hear me say 'Winter's Touch.' " Albanus frowns slightly at the girl. "Listen!" he growls. "Did you hear me?! Go! Now!"
He then backs up slowly the rest of his 10 feet of movement as necessary to help cover Winter and everyone else.

He will cast Vicious Mockery on Janice and smile his most charming smile and say "You know, you are really quick bad at this evil plot stuff -- you should really stick to what you're good at, like pulling pints of ale."

Janice looks incredibly weakened by the flurry of attacks she has recieved, and although she takes another swipe at Survivor with her claws, its clear she is desperate.
