Novot, you're up. There's 1 dead fungus, 1 fungus with a bunch of chunks taken out of it, and 2 fungi flanking the path to the right but unable to reach you from where the party stands.
Arliden looks around to see how everyone is doing and then suggests we move on. Though he is taking careful mental note of where those fungi are so that he can both avoid them later and possibly lure something into them if needed.
You continue onward, avoiding the other fungi and making your way into the next room. As you enter the next area, you notice that the walls start to get a bit further apart. Also, there are a number of dead bats scattered about the floor.
Are the bats clustered in one spot, or more spread apart? Can I reach one with with a 10 foot pole to get it closer to me and see how it died (claw/teeth marks, burns, etc)?
There is no real pattern to the dead bats. They are scattered about the room. Rex's blindsight detects a few creatures that look like a cross between a large bat and an oversized mosquito hanging from the ceiling.

[Not difficult at all. The Dex saves were for being on the stairs when it collapsed. Now, it's just more of a ramp than stairs.]

Just to be clear...the fungi themselves are not moving right?
[Correct. It is only their roots/tendrils that are capable of moving. As long as you stay at least 10 feet away from them, they can't reach you.]
