[Sorry for the delay. Also, unless someone wants to jump off the ledge, there is a cage blocking the party from getting to the drakes (and keeping the drakes from getting to the party).]

Fjordix, you're up.

OOC: Sorry for the delay, so I cannot get to the Drakes currently?

[Correct. There is a key at the top of the steps leading into the pit, so you could potentially gain access to them, but it would take an action to open the lock.]

OOC: So maybe I missed it, why are we fighting them again?

[They started howling, but maybe we shouldn’t. I wasn’t aware of the height difference. Remind us, where’s the eggs?]

[The map is located on the campaign page. The eggs are in the bottom right room (just above where it says BLANDO). You are currently at the top of the map (in the room between Dragon Hatchery and the symbol that kinda looks like  c:i). Not only are you in combat because the drakes started howling, but the howling is probably going to attract some attention.]

[Right! Now I remember, we have to kinda curve around to get to the eggs, thank you. So, team, should we run to the eggs or take on the drakes]

[Run to eggs, the drakes already did their job and called attention to us, don't need to fight them too I don't think but we would probably to get ready to fight whatever is about to come after us.]

[I vote eggs too. how else are we each going to get a pet dragon?! :P ]

OOC: If Fjordix ends up with a pet dragon it will definitely start off as a reluctant thing that grows to strong bond. Like he might growl at it, and not share his food, but then the pet dragon would save his life or something and his heart would open up to it a bit more....I vote eggs. 

As Fjordix makes his toward the stairs, he sees 3 winged kobolds running up the steps, followed by 6 kobolds.

Fjordix, you have an action left, but no movement. One of the winged kobolds is in reach of your glaive, but the others are still further down the steps.

OOC: How many would I catch with a Burning Hands spell?

[You could hit 2 with the spell.]

Fjordix quickly lashed out at the Winged Kobold in front of him with his Glaive!

Attack: 10 Damage: 10

Fjordix's gliave cleaves through the first kobold.

Novot, you're up!

"How many of these things are  there, anyway?!" She steps up, abreast with Fjordix, and does her own swinging. [Warhammer, Attack: 12, Damage: 11 ] "Aren't they supposed to have left or something?"

[Hell, why not; I'll Channel Divinity for another attack (next enemy if first one fell, same one if it's still up). Attack: 14, Damage: 7 ]

“They’re social creatures! They like hunting in packs. You do not want to see a birthing ground...” Rex shivers at the thought.

Novot's hammer crashes into the next winged kobold to come up the stairs twice, and it crumples to the ground. The third one comes up the stairs and takes a swing at Novot.

Attack: 6 for 6 piercing damage.

Arryn, you're up. There's 1 winged kobold at the top of the steps, and 6 normal kobolds running up the stairwell.

Arryn grabs his handaxe and swings at the closest kobold to him. (using divine smite)

Attack: 14 Damage: 23

Arryn's axe narrowly misses hitting the winged kobold.

The 6 kobolds rush up the steps. In their haste, one of them steps in the wrong spot on the stairs, and a portion of the roof collapses. Everyone in melee range of the steps, make a Dex save.
