[I'll always allow re-rolls if it's caught that the wrong die was used and it's not too long after the fact (e.g., I haven't already determined the results and moved on to someone else's turn.)
Unfortunately, there's no tooltip for class abilities like there is for spells. I've asked about it before, but it doesn't seem to be a high enough priority to make it on their road map at this time. The best work around is to just do a link to the ability like this: Bardic Inspiration. You can get the url to use by right-clicking on the ability in the classes table that lists what abilities that class has at which level.]
Fjordix's glaive comes down, barely missing the cultist.
Monk-E runs up and slashes at the cultist with his short sword and side kicking either the same cultist if she's still standing or the other cultist if the first one has fallen.

"Guys, I don't think I can sneak 'through' 6 kobolds so I guess we're doing this." Arliden will try to position himself about 50-60 feet away from the kobolds and call out to them. "Look fellas and possible ladies, you are not the first group of Kobolds we've been through today, and trust me, if you stay in our way you won't be the last. We've just killed the humans that I'm sure were bossing you around and you're next on the list unless you stand aside. I'm sure you all have families you want to go home to so why don't you just walk away now while you can."
Arliden, if possible, will attempt a persuasion check (17).
The kobolds look back and forth among each other for a bit, shrug, and start heading toward the front of the temple. The way to the back door is now clear.
Fjordix looks to the kobolds, then to Rex and Arliden, then back to the Kobolds. "They are going to tell the others that are up front" Fjordix said with a growl
Pending anything crazy I missed...Arliden moves up to the back door and knocks. "Hello, listen, we don't have much time but Tarbaw the governor sent us. Please let us in before we have to make other plans."
Inside the temple, the trapped townsfolk are near panic. While the town around them is being sacked, the only sounds they can hear are something big repeatedly slamming into the front door, and the almost joyful sounding hisses and brings of reptilian creatures circling the building. A faint sound is coming from the back door. It sounds like someone, or a group of someones, is rubbing something together against the base of the door.
Almost as suddenly as it started, the banging against the front door ends. Soon after, the sounds of arguing comes through. While all the words can't be heard, the occasional "The queen has chosen me..." and "If you will not submit to our Lady's will..." seeps through door. The fight with words is replaced by a fight with swords, and it seems all the forces of wickedness are gathering in melee at the front door.
A short while later, a few this can be heard at the back door, followed by a knock.
A voice comes through saying, "Hello, listen, we don't have much time but Tarbaw the governor sent us. Please let us in before we have to make other plans."
Arryn, Novot, how would you like to answer the door?
Novot and Arryn stand side by side facing the front door, terrified citizens clustered and trembling behind them. Novot turns her head slightly to Arryn. "It could be a ploy - I know the bastards were at the back door too." She cracks her neck and faces the front doors again, raising her warhammer a bit. "You go check on the back door. If it's a distraction, they'll find me here waiting for them."

“You know. I think it’ll be nice to have someone greet us nicely for once. If they came at us with like, swords drawn or something, then I’d be worried.”

OOC: Oh that kind of inspiration, yea I can do that too :) 3
OOC: Not sure how many re-rolls our benevolent GM will give you but Bardic Inspiration at this level is a d6 :)
How do I "link" to a class ability? I know the whole [spell] and [/ spell] thing but not sure if there is a way to do that with class abilities.
OOC: Well just in case 5 we'll get this right some day.

Attack 1: 21 Damage: 8
Attack 2: 15 Damage: 8
Monk-E's sword cuts down the first cultist, and his kick doubles over the second one. Their are now 6 rather surprised kobolds left at the back door.
Arliden, it's your turn.

OOC: Hell ya!
OOC: I think the idea was to wait for them to engage and you run in, less of a sneak past them. But maybe they will be persuaded.
[Amazing persuasion roll!]

[Ha!]
”... huh, Arliden, have you considered proselytizing?” Rex says with a chuckle as he heads to the backdoor.

“Sure, but they can’t get in, now can they? We just need to get inside and boom! Problem solved!”
