Reggie, you place the medallion in the skeletons hand. It fits perfectly, as if it was meant to be there. You also get a sense of calming warmth when you place the medallion. It seems to be emitting from the skeleton. The medallion lines up perfectly with the map on the opposite wall.
Ardeth peers through the medallion as it lines up with the map across the room. Directing the others to place a finger on the map where the hole shows.
Walking with the others to the map Ardeth exclaims “Hearth... seems like that’s the next spot. I’m not sure I fully understand all the hints from the cards we found though. Didn’t one of them say skeletons lie? Maybe it’s a trap.”

"As this guy probably didn't know he was going to become a skeleton, I would guess he means other skeletons lie." Rubin speaks up as he rolls up the flying carpet and attaches it to his pack. "Seems like we have our next destination, and..." He pats the rolled up carpet. "a better option for getting up and out of this hole than climbing."
And as you all realize where in Elasth this shunned city is, Jannell looks at the map, points her finger at the spot the medallion points to, "I have the location locked in memory. Mark it on any maps you may have, I do not need to".
You all stand around, talk about the revelation, and have a few more moments the skeleton sitting at the table creaks...as if it is moving for the first time in one hundred years. The creaks turn to cracks, and after a few moments.....the skeleton collapses on the floor. The medallion rolls out of his hand and lands at your feet, Reggie. You all swear that just before the skeleton collapse, you saw a smile on it's skeletal face. But now, Riane's skeleton lies motionless in a heap of bones on the floor.
How are you all leaving the Well of Secrets?

"mh... This place gives me the creeps, let's go away... Ah and let's pay attention with that carpet when we are about to reach the surface: those cultists are around, remember?"

Rubin will nod and gesture to the medallion. "Someone want to grab that, it might be needed again..." He then would start to unroll the carpet again. "Just as well use this to get out of here, unless someone else has a better idea..." He shrugs, thinking they could use rope trick to get out as they got in, but knowing he is already low on those spells.
"For the cultists, if we fly up high enough they will be stuck on the ground with no real ability to harm us." He says as the concern about them is brought up. "I'd say we fly straight up and out, not even pausing at the lip of the pit, but going up high above, so that even ranged attacks can't hit us." He looks to the door. "Though, someone want to check to make sure none are waiting for us outside of this room?"
Let me know how to do it, if you are sneaking outside of the room to the tunnel entrance, roll Stealth and Perception checks. Or you can do Perception from inside the room to listen for any threats nearby.

Reggie you listen for footsteps or voices echoing from the tunnel and you're not hearing much. There hasn't been a breeze since you've gotten into the desert and obsidian plain, you just hear obsidian crack every so often.

What is the lighting in here, or in the tunnel outside, like?
The sun is so bright here and reflects off the obsidian that this room is fairly well lit without any torches.
