Ithelion looks at the warrior, a little surprised -- but pleased -- by the question. A smile briefly crosses her face, before she looks in the direction of Elosa and Daemyar. "No. Elosa has good hearing, but I could not make it out. Daemyar may know more."
Daemyar and Elosa creep into the room quietly. They head for the partly open door and look through - a hallway! Looking into this long room, two rows of dragon-carved marble columns march the length of the hall, most completely covered in luminescent fungus. The cobbled floor is cracked and stained, and on it sit many small wooden tables. The contents on the tables include mortars and pestles, small tools, bowls filled with crushed leaves, chopped fungus stalks, and other plant specimens. The many doors leading off this hall are all partly open. The hallway offers a cacophony of smells (which only Daemyar can sense) - the strongest of which reminds you of fermented fruits or some other slightly decaying organic material.
Imagine a central hallway, with 3 doors and rooms to the top and the same amount on the bottom. Daemyar and Elosa are currently in the SE room. Directly to the north is the NE room. Moving down the hallway to the left, there is a north central (NC) and south central (SC), and finally furthest left is the north west room (NW) and south west room (SW).
There is definitely voices coming from the SC room (directly beside you to the left), as well as some muted squeals and groans. The intelligible words you hear (if you know Sylvan or Elvish) are: "Hold steady,""Watch the teeth," and "I wish I was fishing." You can discern 3 distinct speakers, muffled by the walls and partly closed door. To the north, you hear what sounds like talking but too muffled to understand. You think there are at least two speakers in that room (NC). The western room are a bit far off for you to hear anything concrete but coming from that way, you hear the steady cadence of someone(s) snoring, and a weird squishing sound.
Ithelion looks into the room, and listens to Daemyar then gathers what she can from Elosa. She speaks in hushed tones. "At least five of them...one sleeping. We might need to thin their numbers, or distract them away from here. Suggestions?"
While she listens, she looks around the room, and if the door is open, peers from the room into the corridor beyond. Is there anything of interest that she can see? And how high are/were the ceilings both here, in the fissure area, and back in the skeleton-run mushroom farm?

Ceilings are about ten feet in this room. In the central garden (where the twig blights and skeletons were), it is much higher - 15 feet or so. The fissure is a rend in the earth itself so its height is not uniform. Its height ranges from 8-30 feet in places and there are perhaps other slim cavities at the top that lead elsewhere...
As a wizard, you are interested in what is going on in the corridor. It looks like spell ingredients or reagents of some kind....It resembles a laboratory of some sort. It could be where Belak experiments and creates and does cool, druidy things...
Ithelion nods, "Take Elosa a little closer. Her hearing is better than mine. All I could hear was 'Hold steady," "Watch the teeth," and "I wish I was fishing.' It didn't make much sense to me..."
She crouches down and links her senses once more with Elosa.
[Are we in Scooby Doo formation at the door yet? Haha]
While you hear through Elosa the languages of the elves, you can tell that Elves are not speaking, at least, not any elves you’ve heard before...the voices are lower and heavy...
Daemyar peers into the partly open door to get a good look

There isn't anyone in the main laboratory. It seems that some of the rooms hold occupants. Nothing coming from the NE door though, it's the four rooms to the west (you're currently in SE room).
Using her Merge with Stone capability, Garnet casts pass without trace to boost the stealth of the whole party, hopefully giving us surprise on the next step.
She will whisper to the others “Where do you want me, how are we gonna do this?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Ithelion's eyes are closed and she is crouching on the ground, and Garnet might guess she is not able to hear or see her words. She also knows -- based on their first meeting in the Yawning Portal -- that tapping her on the hand will bring her attention back if she wants to ask the question.
Daemyar and Ithelion/Elosa, you are able to creep along the hallway with no issues whatsoever, thanks to Garnet's spell. You look in both rooms before returning to the party in the SE room.
North Central (NC) Chamber:Two humanoidscurrently repair dirty armor with cord, iron needles, leather patches, and other crude implements of tailoring. The figures are short and slim, wearing cowls and daggers. Their eyes are large and reflect interestingly in the lack of light - you'd guess these creatures to not be affected by darkness in the least.
South Central (SC) Chamber: As you look cautiously in this room, you see three of the same humanoids you saw in the northern chamber. Theymonitor the health of a diseased giant rat, which is strapped spread-eagled onto a wooden bench. The rat suffers from horrible tumors that look woody and fruit-like, and it thrashes and groans in pain every so often.... Attached to the rat are some tubes that run from the rat to a large vial of unknown liquid. It looks like Belak has been busy trying to hybridize the rats with the blights....
Ithelion will speak in a neutral tone, very quietly, "Three west of us, two north of them...and another big rat. Strange large-eyed humanoids. He's going further west. "
