Flower sticks an arrow solidly in the Ogrillon, causing him to roar again in pain. Jairus sends two quarrels after the wounded goblin, but he's too nimble to be pinned down like that.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing Geeraugh cut his companion down like a young sapling, Longen decides that taking him down is priority number one. "We need to get that beast out of the fight, and fast!" Longen cries, once again raising his fist and charging it with luminescent energy. With a desperate slash of his arm, he sends a flash of light towards the larger of the two goblins.
(I generally don't like to give out AC and HP, at least specifically.)
That being said, the hulking ogrillon is enveloped in Longen's burning light, and falls to the ground dead. The remaining (injured) goblin takes one look at his fallen companion, and dashes away (putting him 90 feet away from Tyrael, 100 feet or so away from everyone else).

(( I think I'm after the goblins ))
Tyrael looks at Kethra, looks at the goblin, looks at Kethra, looks at the goblin .... and gambles that the tough barbarian can survive a few more seconds, while worried the goblin may bring others. Black energy crawls up his body from his sword to his hands and shoots out towards the fleeing goblin.

Longen rushes to Kethra, grasping his holy symbol tightly. Kneeling at her side, he begins chanting under his breath. He touches her on the shoulder, and a faint glow passes between the two adventurers. "That should keep her stable, but that's the extent of my usefulness..."

The combat now ended and the immediate threat dealt with, Jairus sees the blood of his fallen - but now stable - party member, the slain goblinoids, notes how his crossbow bolts all flew wide and still sees his hands violently shaking. He hunches over, hands on his knees, and vomits.

After wiping away the spittle from his mouth, Jairus looks around, wide eyed and sweating. "Kethra, you... you jumped right in front o'me. Why'd you do that?"
"Agreed. I think we could all use some time to collect ourselves." Longen then walks towards Jairus, gently patting him on the back. "It is the duty of frontline warriors to take the strikes others cannot. Kethra may be unconcious, but she's still breathing. I dare say that if either you or I took that greataxe to the chest, our companions would be looking at a fresh corpse..." Longen then offers Jairus his waterskin, hoping it'll clear away the strong smell of vomit on the youth's breath.
Tyrael drops to his knees next to Kethra and lays his hand on her forehead. Closing his eyes and whispering, "Kethra, return to us" he heals her for 1 hit point (fallen aasimar healing hands - not sure how to link it).

OOC: lol I'm not dead yet, just unconscious and starting to bleed all over the ground. Some healing would be nice if you have it...
(Nah, just saying the Ogrillon's attack would have insta dedded anyone else. You shot him before he moved forward.)

OOC: Can we please get the ACs and HPs left of the combatants, please?

OOC: Is the combat essentially over if there were two enemies, one fell and the other fled? Or are there other immediate threats?

eldritch blast: 21 to hit / 9 damage
He then immediately drops to Kethra and starts tending to her wounds, likely helping whomever else is there.

(The half-ogre and the goblin were the only two combatants.)
(Unfortunately, actually helping someone tend to her would cost an action which you've already used, so that help would be strictly cosmetic.)
The goblin lets out one final screech, then falls to the ground dead. You are out of combat, but I'll keep us in initiative until Kethra is stable.

Spare the Dying
(OOC just realized we're still in initiative order, I can repost when it's my turn if someone else had an action they'd like to do first)
(It doesn't matter too much, she can't fail three times in one save anyways. I'll just keep it moving.)
Longen's healing magic spreads through Kethra's wounds, patching up the worst of them. She's still unconscious, but breathing more easily.

"I think we should make camp," Lasair says looking around for anyone or anything else that could attack the party.
