What is the lighting in here like?

It's well lit with torches.

The man narrows his eyes.

"Who let you in here?  And why did you come straight here?  No one let me know we had new recruits."

The man stands up to his full height, and gestures to his guards.  They all draw weapons.

"That's not how my band works.  Nice try, but we don't take kindly to meddlers here."

All the enemies are about 20 feet away from you, with a table in between you.

(Rubin, Kethra and Damian are up)

Rubin shoots three times at the leader...  he then moves back behind his companions, letting the melee fighters get between him and the enemy.

Rubin buries three quarrels in the leader, faster than the eye can follow.  None seem to have any effect.

(Kethra and Damian are up)

"You found us out...but I wouldn't have it any other way, Jolliver Grimjaw!"

Taking a deep breath and controlling her breathing in a way to increase her physical abilities again, Kethra tags in with Rubin, stepping forward to draw her sword in full display to everyone in the room (bonus action rage, object interaction draw longsword).

"These companions of mine are innocent--but, I am here for the Silver Watchtower!"

Running with blinding speed, it seems like Kethra's red eyes of vengeance traces a red light tracing from one side of the room, around the left side of table, and straight into the three like a vicious ray of energy. When she sees the bolts hit Jolliver Grimjaw, she narrows her eyes and pivots from her original course, seemingly disappearing from a moment and attacking the closest reaver instead.

"You cannot stop me...from collecting your debt of blood!"

Kethra lands a solid blow on one of the reavers, sending him staggering back a step.

With a quite prayer to Silvanus, davian casts Faerie Fire hoping to catch all the guards in its violet glow. Once cast he runs towards the group, pulling up just behind Kethra and assumes the now familiar shape of a wolf.

Action= Faerie Fire, Bonus action = Combat wildshape.

((DC14 dex save to avoid being outlined in purple light. And thanks for waiting :) ))

Only the fathomer is glowing.

The reaver Kethra assaulted strikes back with his jagged longsword.

The other reaver closes with Davian.

(Tyde is up)

Tyde scorches the fathomer, causing him to yell in pain.  He then casts hex on Kethra, and backs up 5 feet to hurl a blast of magical energy at her.

Attack: 19 Damage: 10 force and 6 necrotic

Grimjaw roars in delight as he pulls Rubin's arrow out of him, then morphs into a horrifying looking hybrid of a man and a boar.

(Jairus, Rubin, Kethra and Davian are up)

Wolf-Davian pounces at the Reaver that attacked Kethra. His Pack Tactics giving him the edge as its focus is on the lady warrior.

(DC 13 strength save or be knocked prone)

Rubin turns his sights on one of the other enemies, seeinghis bolts having no affect on the werecreature.  He shoots at the more injured of the other two first...

He stays on his feet, but is promptly dropped by Rubin.

Kethra trades blows with the reaver, but her red eyes remained cold and focused, totally in her element. But when struck by the fathomer's spell, she is caught by surprise, getting struck by a new type of damage that feels both strange and very evil.

Finding herself surrounded by and in the presence of the freakish man who she knows had slain her master, a man seemingly unaffected Rubin's expert archery or Davian's power over nature, her red eyes seem to fade and the grip on her sword quivers when she suddenly finds the reaver she's traded blows with violently ripped away by Davian's power over nature and fatally shot by Rubin's expert archery.

Shaking her head clear, Kethra stabs her sword into the dead reaver's corpse, joining Rubin's crossbow bolts while looking Grimjaw dead in the eye "Looks like you've showed your real, ugly face, huh?"

She circles Grimjaw in a flash, making two kicks towards the fathomer (flurry of blows) in a way that she could get high enough to jump off of him to try to flying hug (grapple) Grimjaw's head onto the table of the grand hall.

The fathomer takes two brutal kicks to the jaw, but weathers it surprisingly well.

But loses his focus on his hex.

Jairus will fire off three shots on the fathomer, pushing himself to his limit.

(So I'm an idiot, there's only one reaver left.  Rubin dropped the other one.  No attack was made against Kethra this round, although it didn't hit anyways.)

Tyde doesn't appreciate people assaulting the party's dog.  Said assaulter doesn't appreciate burning motes of fire, but doesn't manage to avoid it.

Grimjaw roars out loud a third time, and brings his maul down with thunderous force on Kethra's head.

The agile swordswoman is too fast for him, however.
