Chaab uses the warning as his cue. Just enough of his body pops out of the wardrobe positioned against the south wall to shoot an arrow at an engaged enemy.
Neya turns just in time to deflect the arrow away from her lungs. The gash on her torso is, however, still quite gnarly. (Deflect Missiles reaction used-> reference. Neya takes 24 magical piercing damage.)
Chaab leaves the wardrobe and finds a new hiding spot. He doesn't do a good enough job and both Utar and Moneus know where he is {EW-10}.
Out of instinct, Neya movers her arm to try and deflect Chan’s arrow. However it is far too late to completely stop it. So she instead allows it to strike a less vital part of her body.
Graxx grunts a Yalek's attack stings him. He releases Yalek's throat and drops his silvered axe to the ground. Graxx reaches behind him and draws his Vicious Pike.
"You die too!" screams Graxx at Yalek.
Graxx lifts the pike high and slams it down twice toward the prone Yalek's chest. These attacks will be made with GWM.
(@Grx: Shouldn't there be some extra damage in there from Divine Fury? If so, I'll add another 7 radiant damage in there. Separately, I understand these attacks to be dealing lethal damage.)
Graxx releases Yalek after being sliced, but not due to the pain. Instead, the barbarian does it so that he can properly grasp his Vicious Pike (name pending) and jam it downward into the half-orc. His armor can do little against it. (Yalek takes 53 magical piercing and radiant damage.)
Burga smashes her ethereal morningstar against Caah's knees. (Caah takes 14 radiant damage.)
Caah grunts in frustration and raises her warclub defensively. She then retreats to a nearby corner {EW-15}, unable to move much further due to divine magic. She then refreshes her Hunter's Mark on Neya.

Emboldened by the reinforcements, the soldiers advance as needed and attack. Two soldiers approach Aleyd from the stairs, while two others face Biscuit. Others attack Doozey.
-> One-handed Longsword vs. Biscuit: Attack: 10 Damage: 10 (This attack roll is actually a 16. See second edit below.)
Once again, Doozey manages to either block or evade the majority of attacks aimed at him but a couple of them slide past his defenses. The werebadger begins frothing at the mouth and becomes visually more erratic. (Doozey takes 6 slashing damage, already halved.)
Aleyd begins to wonder if she is starting to get too old for this crap and whether her fancy armor is good for anything. (Aleyd takes 30 slashing damage.)
Edit: At the beginning of the soldiers' turn, only one of them is within both Utar's field of vision and his spell's area of effect. As they move to attack, a second one fulfils those requirements.
-> Their saves (out in the open): 109
-> Damage roll: 12
As they move about, two soldiers are brought down non-lethally by Ilim and Abot. (Soldier#5 takes 8 radiant damageand is DEFEATED non-lethally; Soldier#1 takes 16 radiant damage and is DEFEATEDnon-lethally)
(OOC: This means that four attacks above never actually happened. They are now completely crossed out.)
Edit#2: I forgot to account for Faerie Fire on Biscuit here, so two of the attacks against him actually hit.
Biscuit, who was ready for incoming attacks, efficiently parries some of them with his antlers. Like his master, unfortunately, a couple of slashes sneak past him. (Biscuit takes 15 slashing damage.)

Utar whispers a quick word of prayer for Neya and watches a few more of her marks of battle glow faintly as the flesh knits itself together.
(Casting healing word at second level for 9 healing.)
Pointing his warhammer at a retreating Caah, Utar bellows over the sounds of the skirmish around him. "Tell Gruumsh that if he wants my head, he'll have to come take it himself! That band had no honour, won no glory! Leaving was the best thing I ever did!"
The shape of the hand on his pauldron glowing, Utar also casts sacred flame, a divine fire setting on Caah (DEX15 save or 3 radiant damage.)

IF Biscuit has OA on one of his attackers stepping back to avoid ending the same spot as an ally: Reaction(Biscuit): OA on Guard(if possible). (Non-Lethal)Maul - Attack: 20 Damage: 10 non-magical slashing.
Turn Start(Berserk Roll) - Wis Save(DC 8): 18. (+3 presumed from Pally Aura)
While Biscuit is handling his aggressors like a pro, Doozey tries his best to parry what he can, but is reminded that hard way on the difficulty of doing that with so many foes assailing him. His breathing starts to grow erratic for a moment. But one curt shake of the head seems to suppress the surging bloodlust.
"Hold your ground, Biscuit... Hold for as long as ya caen!" He commands, receiving a bark in approval as the mastiff hunkers down again. As he sizes up his opponents for a moment, Doozey has a terrible idea. Fortunately for both the manor and the guards, he's able to restrain himself for now, but instead sheathes Apostle. Before anyone can think the halfling might be surrendering, in went the claws to one of his wounds, soaking them in blood, then withdrawing them.
"Blood for blood... spark for spark.."He mutters as electricity began to visible crackle across his hands. Twice he then slashed out at the guard that struck him first, aiming to hamstring the man before moving on to the next between him and biscuit.
Bonus Action: Activate Crimson RIte on Claws, taking 1 damage.
Action: It's Maul'n Time! (Non-Lethal)Claw #1 - Attack: 12 Damage: 10 slashing and lightning damage to injured guard(if applicable), or if not then Guard that hit Doozey last. (Non-Lethal)Claw #2 - Attack: 12 Damage: 8 slashing and lightning damage to injured guard(if applicable), or if not then Guard that hit Doozey last.
Aleyd's slash manages to catch the retreating soldier's waist and burst into radiant light. He drops and fails to stand back up. (Soldier#7 {ES-15} takes 31 magical slashing and radiant damage and is DEFEATED non-lethally.)
The paladin's presence helps Doozey maintain control of his sanity. The werebadger reaches into an open wound, his claws digging a little deeper. As he pulls them out, Doozey's claws begin to spark with faint lightning. (Doozey takes 3 damage.)
He wastes no time in showing one of the nearby guards what the sparking claws are capable of doing. However, after slashing an already injured foe down, Doozey's second swipe only cuts the space where the now disabled soldier was a moment ago. (Soldier#3 {EV-16} takes 9 slashing and lightning damage and is DEFEATED non-lethally.)
Aleyd tries to deal with the soldier who is still engaged in combat with her. She keeps warning the group: "I hear more of them approaching. We need to go!."
Two quick slashes are all it takes for another soldier to hit the ground grunting. (Soldier#10 {ET-15} takes 22 magical slashing damage and is DEFEATED non-lethally.)
Utar spends a moment to aid Litta in healing Neya. A quick but powerful prayer accelerates the monk's healing. (Neya heals for 11 HP.)
The Tormite weaves into the end of the prayer a strong affirmation of his past decision, which is aimed at Caah. The unwavering words turn into a radiant spell, which burn the opposing half-orc. (Caah takes 9 radiant damage.)
Suddenly, the two doors flanking the staircase burst open and more guards flow into the foyer. These are not adorned in Brokengulf colors, but in full black. They hold spears and small round shields painted with the Black Fist symbol. They are led by a Black Fist officer, who immediately recognizes the captain: "Aleyd! What have you done?"
Behind him, a robed tiefling of bright-red skin looks surprised and agitated: "What happened here! Were is my lord?" This is the same tiefling the party saw speaking to Lord Valero Brokengulf in Madame Freona's Tea Kettle.

With many coming all at once and the situation getting worse, Neya could only think of one way out of there. Out the window!
"This way...! It's gonna be rough, though... Let them find or catch Yalek," Neya says as she moves to the window, opens it and jumps out. Landing outside with a roll (slow fall).
(If opening the window and jumping out are a free action and part of my move action respectively)
Before she turns to do so, she gives a few parting blows to Caah.
Despite the awkward angle, Neya raises her foot and delivers three kicks in the direction Caah moved. One of them catches the half-orc's jaw, putting her to sleep immediately. (Caah takes 10 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED non-lethally.)
Not wanting to wait around for more reinforcements, Neya then pushes the nearby window open and jumps down, landing next to a water fountain {EY-13}. The jump is no more than 15 or 18 feet high, so the monk takes it in stride. Upon landing, she hears plenty of soldiers yelling directions and running nearby, though none seem to be in her immediate vicinity for now. (Slow Fall reaction used.)

Armed with a shortbow among other weapons, the Black Fist officer aims his shots at what he considers to be a monster. He is quite well versed in the art, being able to release three arrows in quick succession:
Not only are they accurate, but his shots also carry some extra punch. The werebadger finds it hard to determine the reason behind it as he is pelted by all three arrows. (Doozey takes 17 piercing damage, already halved.)

Severely wounded but finally free of Graxx's grasp, Yalek allows the glow of his hand tattoo to reflect on his eyes while still prone. A moment later, the entire washroom is covered in magical Darkness. The good news for Graxx is that the spy's spell cancels out the mystical light the barbarian had been emitting. The bad news is that not even his belt-fueled darkvision allows him to see within this dark bubble.
The Darkness also sips into the bedchamber, nullifying the fey glow on Litta as well. Neither Graxx or anyone else in the room can be sure where Yalek is, but a moment later, Neya sees the half-orc land on the ground next to her. (Yalek takes 5 bludgeoning damage.)
-> Fall damage: 6
Yalek is able to move a bit more {EY-12} but not quite far enough from the monk's range. A second after that, the darkness bubble in the room is dispersed. Graxx rubs his eyes and notices that Yalek is gone. No one in the room even knows he left the washroom to begin with.
Chaab uses the warning as his cue. Just enough of his body pops out of the wardrobe positioned against the south wall to shoot an arrow at an engaged enemy.
