Spying Doozey attempt to make himself available to the flying werebats, Utar clutches his amulet and asks Torm if he wouldn't mind watching the stoutling for a bit; helping him out.
Utar creates some protection around Doozey: a shimmering golden field envelops the stoutling providing him with a temporary substitute for his missing armor. Then, much like Graxx, Utarprepares for the incoming werebats.

Moneus yells: "This is closer than I like, pork-face." With a swift uninterrupted move, the tiefling unsheathes his black-pearled dagger and stabs the wereboar's gut:
Moneus twists the dagger as he pulls it out, leaving a trail of warm blood in its wake. The roguish Tormite then tumbles out of the way and jumps atop the stage {AR-79}. (Wereboar takes 8 magical piercing damage.)
Doozey gives the room a quick couple of once overs looking for other things to sling. Seeing none quite as viable as the vial, he clicks his tongue, snatch up the rapier, and heads into the huddle with Graxx and Utar, weapon ready to stab the first werebat to come into range.
Neya does not give the wereboar a chance to chase Moneus. She steps forward {AT-75} and hits him thrice in quick succession. (Wereboar takes 22 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Doozey decides to join his companions {AJ-71} in preparing a sort retaliatory attack on the werebats.

With three succulent targets hurdled together, the werebats do not hesitate in swooping down for another attack. They each go for one target, giving the adventurers a chance at their very own targets. His enhanced reach allows Graxx to attack first of all, and with halberd, he slashes one of the flying goblins in half. (Werebat #2 takes 11 slashing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Utar's height advantage allows him to go next as the enemies approach from above. Lightbringer rises in an uppercut-like motion, meeting another werebat just before it attacks the cleric. (Werebat #5 takes 11 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Finally, Doozey gets his chance to pierce the third werebat, catching his thigh. (Werebat #7 takes 10 piercing damage.)
The two surviving bats get on with their attacks, heavily bothered by the nearby Driftglobe:
-> Scimitar vs. Utar: Attack: 9Damage: 7 slashing.
An expectant Utar blocks all incoming attacks with his shield. Doozey does almost the same with his buckler, but a slice of a scimtar gets past even Utar's shield of faith. (Doozey takes 8 slashing damage.)
The werebats then retreat upward and to the east once more.
Graxx looks at the Driftglobe and realizes its keeping the werebats at a disadvantage. He sets his eyes on bigger game. But realizes he can't quite make it to the wereboar before the werebats attack again.
Graxx moves to AM,74 to provide protection for Doozey.
Graxx will ready an attack for the flying creatures with his Halberd.
(@Grx: It sounds like you want to step in front of Doozey, who is currently at {AJ-71}. If that's so, I can move Graxx to {AJ-72} instead of your proposed {AM-74}. Sounds good? Am I understanding your plan correctly?)
Graxx notices that the odds are tipping in their favor and sees no reason to change strategies. He prepares for the next swooping attack.
The transformed half-orc distracts Neya with an ill-attempted slash of his tusks but turns around to catch her with his maul. Neya forcefully releases some air from her mouth upon taking the impact on the stomach. (Neya takes 9 bludgeoning damage.)
Utar takes a few steps forward, just to ensure the enemy is within range {AK-72}. Then, with a call to Torm, he produces bright yellow flames on the ceiling.

Though Doozey is able to bite back a cry of pain, the blow nearly sends him to his knees. Yet, even though it looked as if even a stiff breeze might knock him over, the ranger willed the blade trembling in hand stilled, and pushed himself into a subtle pose of readiness to strike at the next werebat to dare approach at a moment's notice.
Graxx raises his halberd high and moves next to Utar.
Graxx will Ready an attack against any goblins that fly within range.
