Graxx pats his belly.

Doozey cracks a wiry grin in return... that promptly falters back into a more neutral expression. "I doubt we'd need to worry about rations any time soon. "Beyond that, I will need speak with Brother Keefe to see if he will meet wit your friends," she says as she turns to Utar.

At the mention of the cursed blade, his brow furrows, "I think breaking magic that strong is still beyond Utar, but I do have a stash of silvered weapons need selling, might help with getting that belt."
(OOC Going over 5e RAW, I don't think remove curse will remove a curse from a weapon, just break attunement. I think you would need a kind and merciful DM to create a quest although even then, not sure that breaking the curse wouldn't remove the enchantment you'd want to keep.
On a happier note, does Doozey want Biscuit brought along as Utar and Graxx could have brought him from the temple, I would hope he's well rested after his ordeal by now.)
(OOC: I'm leaning toward a shopping montage here. I'll get started with what you already posted but feel free to list everything else you'd like to do before dinner. If it is something more major, we can slow it down again.)
@Grx: You can easily get rations if you'd like. Every 2 rations cost 1gp. Feel free to add as many as you'd like. Buying the fancy clothes as per that illustration will cost a bit more. That jacket was specially luxurious, so lets place it all at 40gp. As for the pawn shop, the elderly dragonborn owner appraises the enchanted greatsword at 750gp, adding another 525gp if the curse on it is still active. The cast-off armor Doozey gifted you will fetch 675gp. You realize these are the prices she is quoting you because she plans to make some money on an eventual resale, as any pawn shop owner would do. If you'd like to haggle, you'll need to propose a new price and roll a persuasion check for each item. You can also sell any other mundane item in your inventory for half the listed price in the PHB, just let me know if and what your are selling. The belt costs 6,000gp.
@Ori: Let me know the details of what you want to craft/buy as per our OOC chat on sling bullets and horn armor. Separately, are you planning on buying fancy clothes? Regarding @MB's point, whether Biscuit joins the group is up to you. He could definitely use more rest if you'd like to keep him at the temple, and Brother Tyree will certainly appreciate it too.
@Drache: Fancy tailors charge more for upscale attire for the ladies, though primary to keep up their own reputations. Please describe what you are looking for, or show a picture, and I can price it for you. Separately, Brother Keefe will gladly meet with any friend of yours, be it for merriment or business. That guy really likes CRAP. His one condition is that if you think things might get hairy, that you help protect him. He has been training himself in the art of fighting, for his big upcoming mission, but still would feel more comfortable with CRAP by his side. Finally, Is there anything else you'd like to buy/sell?
@MB: You've tried it before and indeed remove curse is not powerful enough to permanently break the blade's curse. More powerful spells might do the trick. If you'd like for Utar to meditate on the topic and possibly come to an epiphany regarding which spell to use, please roll a religion check. Also, similarly to what I mentioned to @Drache, let me know what you are thinking of in terms of a fancy outfit and I can price it for you. Finally, Is there anything else you'd like to buy/sell?
Not sure if to list to here or in the OOC thread, but just in case:
@Lerus: Fancy clothes for Doozey? Hah! Not without someone doing it for him, or being dragged kicking and cursing the whole way. At most he'll be getting a fresh set of traveler's clothes, and the leave the old set to to clean later. His very much still kind of bloody clothing that at this point is almost more patchwork than solid cloth by this point. XD
As far as Biscuit goes, Doozey intended to 100% make sure he got some proper rest, but will check on him in the days to follow the meal when he's free to. It'll give him more time to find a future family for Biscuit, assuming he can't convince the Laughing Goblin owners to let Biscuit stick with them and "guard" his room.
He will go about purchasing the following as well:
Armor for Taters - Studded Leather - 180gp Chalkx10 - 1gp Sling + Bullets - 1gp Holy Waterx2 - 50gp Potions of Healingx2 - 100gp 1 bag of Caltrops
If after all that there's time enough for crafting, he will see about finding another tinkerer to whip up some semi-hard glass bullets that he can fill up with holy water. Apart from which, he'll hit up the local alchemy shop as well for both his special blood hunter brew that again has nothing to do with suppressing any lcanthryopy (<.< >_>), as well as for experimenting with a fire bullet. The idea I got cooking so far has something to do with combining or creating some compound he can coat a regular bullet in. Which then somehow maybe ignites mid-air with enough air friction? Working with 2am brain, so... will be coming to all this part.

Graxx nods toward the blade then looks to the shopkeeper.
”This curse has caused me and mine a lot of pain in a brief amount of time. I’m inclined to sell it you but I want to make sure it falls into the hands of a collector or some smart fellow studying curses. I don’t want it sold to some fool who doesn’t know what it does. Can you give me your word that you’ll tell any buyers about the curse?”
Graxx pulls out his silvered halberd.
”What can you offer me for this?”
Graxx looks around for the dwarf belt.
”I’m mighty inclined to take that dwarf belt off your hands. My friends and I are spending a lot of coin here today and you’ll for sure make some coin off the items we’ve sold to you. Any chance you can come down a little bit on the price of that belt?”
I don't think anyone is going to force Doozey to wear fancy clothes :). So, a fresh set of traveler's clothes will cost you 2gp.
As you already detailed, the studded leather armor for Taters, the two flasks of holy water, and the two vials of common healing potion will cost you another 330gp. The bag of caltrops will add another 1gp to the bill.
As for the sling and sling bullets set, with a full 1gp you can not only get the weapon but also a whopping 450 pieces of ammo. Is that what you intended?
Similarly, a full 1gp worth of chalk will get you 100 pieces. If you meant to really only get 10 pieces, the price is actually 1sp.
With enough time and willingness to ask around, Doozey can easily find a glassblower shop. Crafting small hollow spheres of glass should be easy work for glassblowers, to the point that they even have a number of them in stock to be used in the crafting of more complex pieces. They seem a bit curious that Doozey is interested in them rather than their more interesting pieces, but will not reject a sale. This is detailed/skillful work too, so a bag of 20 of these glass spheres will cost you 2gp.
Doozey, however, will need to purchase a set of Glassblower's Tools for himself in order to carefully poke a whole in each of these spheres, fill them with whatever he wants to, and then reheat and close them. We'll have to roll for it too, which will also determine how many of these holy water bullets you can prepare in one sitting. The set of specialized tools costs 30gp.
I don't remember if we had agreed on a price for supplies for your blood hunter brews in the past. In case we hadn't, I'll say that the ingredients will collectively cost you another 10gp.
As for fire bullets, because Doozey is an alchemist himself, I can see him coming up with a specific version of alchemist fire that follows your 2am-brain specifications. That said, we'll have to roll for it, and the supplies will cost just as much as a flask of alchemist fire (50gp.)
Doozey is trying to do quite a bit in a single morning and afternoon. Because CRAP has less than a day to spare and Doozey still plans to go helpGraxx haggle, I'll say that at this point in time you can either do the holy water bullets or the fire bullets. You'll have more time for shopping/crafting later.
Finally, concerning Biscuit, the folk at the Laughing Goblin is not keen on letting a mastiff without supervision in the room. You can try a persuasion check, but the DC will be pretty high. Brother Tyree, though, is more than happy to care for Biscuit for a few more days, if needed.
@Drache:
As per our chat, tailors will charge you 55gp for the outfit you selected. It is of very fine quality, and should last you for a bit under proper care. Please add a set of fine clothes to your inventory.
If you decide to sell the Corpse Slayer Flail, the pawn shop owner will appraise it at a pretty penny: 1,500gp. Feel free to haggle with a persuasion check.
Ten rations for 5gp and luxurious outfit for 40gp purchased! Please add a set of fine clothes to your inventory.
The pawn shop dragon-lady is not interested in mundane handaxes, so Graxx will have to stop at another shop to sell them. It shouldn't be a problem, though, and Graxx collects his 5gp for the two weapons.
Also at the pawn shop: "A noble sentiment, dear warrior, but I'm afraid that my word would cost you a heavy purse. I give you no assurances regarding what eventual customer will purchase the blade, but you can be sure I'll be explicit about the curse. To the right buyer, the curse only increases the value of the weapon. I have nothing to gain by hiding its nature, and much coin to gain by advertising it."
She then slides you a purse containing another 750gp + 525gp and carefully collects the Sword of Vengeance from you.
When it comes time to haggle, the shop owner replies: "I'm sorry, dear customer, but I think I have already extended you a generous hand when purchasing the items you came in here to sell. The magical belt's price remain unchanged."
She places the Belt of Dwarvenkind on the counter and extends both of her hands out, expecting a heavy sack of 6,000gp in exchange.
Now, this is assuming you want to sell all of them. If you meant you wanted to sell only those you found in the lycanthropes' hideout, then Utar would be keeping the silvered dagger he found in the Tiamat worshiping cave in the unnamed isle where the crone's village is located. If keeping that one, then Utar would only received 276gp for the sale of the other silvered weapons. Let me know what you decide. I don't mean to imply that this dagger is necessarily special. I'm just making sure I understood you correctly.
Buying common healing potions is easy enough to do, but since you did not specify how many you wanted to buy, I'll say this: there isn't an infinite supply of them at any given time, so I ask that you pick a reasonable number (up to 4, maybe?) You can always go looking for more later, but time is limited before the dinner. Each will cost you 50gp.
If you meant you wanted to go to an apothecary to see if they have larger (or different) potions, we can do that too. Neya did something similar for her last downtime activity.
The way I see it, concerning Utar's outfit, the robes discussed in our chat are probably the cheapest of the lot. I'd price them as per the PHB's fine clothes, so that'll be 15gp. Feel free to change the way the sleeves look relative to the illustration. And don't forget to add a set of fine clothes to your inventory.
Going to sell all the silvered weapons, unless someone claims any, so 54gp and 5sp each, and Utar will use his share on foer potions of healing. Have updated his character sheet.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
@Lerus:
Kind of in a disjointed order, but I imagine it'd be something he would talk to the owners about before leaving the building in the 1st place, here's that Persuasion attempt for letting Biscuit at the end with some extra coin thrown the owner's way for putting up with the dog, who can totally double as a mascot (or so is the angle Doozey tries to sell them on): 20. (But clearly failing that unless the roll can be done at adv., he'll leave Biscuit in Brother Keefe's care for the next few days the man is willing to do so.
As for the sling bullets, he will certainly pay up for 450 pieces of ammo. But at least 300 of which he will keep stored in his room along with a spare sling.
Thanks for the correction on the chalk. Doozey will 100% stick with that 1sp for 10 pieces, rather than do the same with the bullets.
We hadn't agreed on a price for the Blood Hunter brews in the past, but he certainly would drop 10gp going forward on the stuff.
As for the extra tools, he'll buy the Glassbower's Tools and bag of glass spheres in advance. But when they voice curiosity, he would make mention of some of his intentions for the spheres, and of an interest of potentially acquiring more effective glass-based delivery shells or odd reactions some glass based products have had with when developed certain ways. Though he wouldn't press them on learning anything that came to mind then, but rather promise someday, giving them time to think or experiment a little in exchange of greater sale. If need be, he was even willing to put down 100gp in advance to make up for any time lost on other projects to give the crafters more wiggle room/incentive.
With the above set aside, he holds onto the Holy Water for now, and instead works on the Alchemy Fire Bullet project(aka Phoenix Rounds Initiative), paying the associated cost for this 1st round attempt. Not sure if this would be an intelligence based tool check or dex one, so I'll only include his prof. bonus in Alchemist Supplies for now: 11.
And I think that about covers Doozey. Just need to compile if there's any actual added gold expand as mentioned in this post before altering anything on the sheet.
(S/N: Doozey is leaving the glassblower tools in his room if possible, regardless of security.)
Doozey cringes at first at the offer, but soon sighed in defeat. "Don't suppose I'll be able to convince you otherswise, can I?" He asked half-jokingly, then turned to the Mysterious Pawn Shop owner and puts forth the gold. "Here. As promised. The 1st downpayment on that headband."

It doesn't look like anyone is claiming an extra silvered weapon, so go ahead and account for the sale of all of them in your inventory.
Just to confirm it, you are buying four potions of healing, correct? One of which was financed by the sale of your stash of silvered weapons?
As I mentioned in our chat, the visit to the smithy will have to wait a bit, so, for now, splint armor it is.
Religion check before leaving the House of the Hand: After communing with Torm during your morning prayers at the temple, you come to an epiphany. If the blade Graxx wielded is cursed by a vengeful but silent spirit, you might be able to break its hold on the weapon by banishing such a spirit. Unfortunately, by the time you come to this realization, Graxx had already left with Doozey to the pawn shop, so it is safe to assume the blade would have already been sold by the time you reach them and convince all parties to let you try your new spell. Perhaps you'll get another chance in the future, but at a minimum, you know what to do if you ever encounter curses of a similar nature.
If you haven't done so yet, go ahead and hit the "Long Rest" button in your character sheet.
This should conclude Utar's activities during the day, correct?
@Grx:
That Belt of Dwarvenkind looks pretty good on Graxx, especially as the centerpiece of his new fancy attire. How's that 20 CON?
You can also assume that you've had enough time during the day to attune to the belt.
Handing over 700gp to Doozey can be done right there in the pawn shop, so no problems there.
Don't forget to add a set of fine clothes to your inventory.
Go ahead and account for the 54gpand 5sp you receive from Utar from the sale of his stash of silvered weapons.
If you haven't done so yet, go ahead and hit the "Long Rest" button in your character sheet.
This should conclude Graxx's activities during the day, correct?
You arrive at the pawn shop separately from Doozey and Graxx, who are long gone by now. You successfully sell the Corpse Slayer Flail. As for haggling, the owner finds an excuse: "Thank you, dear customer. I have done quite a few transactions today, so I am a bit short on coin... I'm afraid I cannot offer more than what I initially quoted."
Go ahead and add the 1,500gp to your inventory. Since the group won't have time to spend that coin in the smithy right now, it needs to be accounted for somewhere.
Brother Keefe is happy that you'll be there when the meeting occurs.
If you haven't done so yet, go ahead and account for the 54gp and 5sp you receive from Utar from the sale of his stash of silvered weapons.
Also, hit the "Long Rest" button in your character sheet.
This should conclude Neya's activities during the day, correct?
@Ori:
Imizael is not in the mood for an argument today. She waves off your attempt to convince her to leave a mastiff in one of the guestrooms alone, be that attempt accompanied by coin or not. Perhaps you can find her in a more amicable mood another day. It looks like Biscuit will have to stay with Brother Tyree (the Tormite) for a while longer (not Brother Keefe, the Kelemvorite, as you wrote.)
Alright, 10 chalk pieces and 450 sling bullets it is. You'd keep 150 ammo on you and 300 in the inn. Got it. Oh, and a second sling will cost you another 1sp. Make sure to add what you are keeping on you to your inventory and make note of what is being kept at the inn somewhere in your character sheet.
Brew supplies = 10gp; CHECK.
So you now have a set of Glassblower's Tools and 20 hollow glass bullets. To be honest, they don't seem too interested at first on why you are buying them. Business is business. Please add these items to your inventory as well, or at least a note in there somewhere if you are leaving the tools at the inn, as mentioned above.
The artisans will also gladly teach you a thing or two and brainstorm experiments at a future date. They don't get to brag about their trade too much and this is an opportunity to do just that. That seems to suffice for now. They tell you to keep your 100gp, but to come back with the coin when you are ready to talk more.
We'll call your Alchemist's Supplies check an INT check. It seems appropriate for this scholarly type of experimentation. Unfortunately, your success with a 22 is somewhat curtailed by the fact that you do not have a lot of time to dedicate to this (Doozey has already done a lot!) So, you manage to safely dilute a batch of alchemist fire (after purchasing a flask of the stuff for 50gp) into a solution you think will auto-ignite once it achieves a certain speed mid-flight. You have to run though, and will have to test your solution in the field. You have coated a single sling bullet in the stuff (so now you have 149 regular sling bullets and a coated one.) You have enough solution to coat another 19 sling bullets but that will have to wait.
Graxx smiles at all.
