Graxx moves a bit closer and accuses Senetir of lying. The tribesman then tries to convince Ekmong of their good intensions, but the tiefling reminds Graxx that being doubtful of the circumstances surrounding this strange development doesn't automatically translate into trust toward near-strangers:"That's just another confounding factor in this mess. If you want this to come to an end, surrender now, warrior." he turns to the soldiers and orders them: "Soldiers, surround him and force him to lay down his arms."
Senetir responds forcefully: "No, we cannot take phe risk. Kill him where he stands."

The seven soldiers accompanying Ekmong are caught between a rock and a hard place. They move to surround Graxx as commanded, with two of the slowest moving among them having the dash in order to assume their proper positions. Then, they wave their blades around and look intimidating. One of them looks at Senetir and buckles, attacking Graxx to kill. The others follow suit, though some clearly aim to deliver non-lethal blows in case they have to respond to Ekmong.
Graxx's fearsomeness and hardiness come into play, scaring most soldiers away from delivering effective slashes. Two attacks still find their mark, however. (Graxx takes 15 slashing damage.)
Upstairs, the two soldiers move a bit further into the room and attack Utar once more (all the attacks below should have been at disadvantage, but they all already miss Utar as it stands, so I'll skip adding more rolls this time):

Biscuit is still the most hurt, so Litta sends him another ranged Healing Word. The dragonborn's magic pool is running out quickly. "I may have to make the jump soon," she says while pointing to the window.

Senetir flies a bit closer to the mansion {EX-26}, although he remains far above its roof (stil 50ft above grass.) From there, he opens a little vial and rubs a drop of molasses on his hands before showing his palms to both Neya and Graxx:
Biscuit's ears twitched at Burral's command, yet his eyes stayed glued on the punk that stabbed him. And feeling all the more rejuvenated by Litta's magic, the mastiff soon let out baleful sounding howl. An initially started Doozey soon smiled at the signal. "That's me brother." He murmured in a chipper tone just prior to letting out a short series of whistles. Biscuit perks up at the signal emanating from downstairs by his reckoning, and without even an ioata of hesitation except to "Ruff" at the guard to scare him into a flinch, the transformed mastiff lept from table to couch and horn first right through the window to land outside.
Doozey is simultaneously on the move as well, drawing out a sling, and then letting loose one bullet after the next at Senetir's position by the time Biscuit hits the ground. No more was he gonna bother trying to convince the tiefling or the guards. Senetir needed to be pressured into a mistake -- a break in character, or so he decided. And what better way than with a little pain first.
Hit or miss, Doozey lets out another whistle to get Senetir's attention. "Oi! Mr. I cannae pronounce even simpler words right despite living so posh! Start'n to lose yer cool there a bit, ain't ya? 'fraid they'll put two and two together once the see the lord's blood on yer assassin's hands, eh? Shouldn't be too hard for them with three of them already knocked out by me and mines, don'cha think?" He called out, gesturing over to Yalek if Chaab wasn't visible to him as Biscuit limps past on his way to Taters.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to Disengage and return to him.
Movement: To EX-15, out through nearest window(if possible). IF not, leaping off current floor to ground floor, and using all 40ft of movement to get closer to Doozey.
(If Biscuit is able to reach healing spirit, then here's his healing: 4)
(@Lerus: If Senetir is further than even the 120ft long range even if Doozey moves up closer, then Doozey would've drawn his light crossbow instead and fired his light crossbow instead.)
Knowing he needs to help face down Senetir outside, Utar finds himself rooted to the spot unable to leave his old unit behind.
"Litta, leave Lightbringer and get yourself outside. I'll be right behind you. Moneus, watch Aleyd's back, then meet us there once she's decided whether she's putting this Black Fist upstart on his arse or not. Aleyd, for Torm's sake, stop playing with your food!"
Raising his shield again (dodge), Utar braces for another battering from the Brokengulf Guards.

Although Biscuitavoided any sneaky attacks on his way to the window, the jump still causes his paws to hurt some. Following more orders, the mastiff takes a corner and is also healed by "Taters."(Biscuit take 1 bludgeoning damage; Biscuit heals for 6 HP.)
From afar, Doozey then launches two bullets at Senetir. They both hit but do little to disrupt his natural flight. The grunts he releases are the only answer Doozey gets. (Senetir takes 14 bludgeoning damage.)
(OOC: Another opportunity attack triggers for Aleyd but she does not take it.)
Boot stomps keep getting louder. There is no telling how many reinforcements might still be on their way. For now, a handful of more Brokengulf soldiers continue to arrive at the scene. Some come up the stairs in the foyer, while a few more come through the door from which Black Fist guards appeared some moments ago.
Ekmong is satisfied with neither side's explanations so far. He turns to Doozey, who is nearby, and pleads: "If you are truly innocent, please stop your acts of aggression now." He shows that he himself is willing to take the first step by not doing anything aggressive at the moment, although he remains ready should the group not follow his lead.

Neya assumes a more relaxed, yet still defensive stance.
"Sounds like a fair compromise. A moment of embarrassment is more valuable than an extended period of suspicion. Besides, we were hoping to question this drow and the unconscious half-orc over there regarding a separate matter. Of course, that is all dependent on Senetir." She says, putting the pressure on the Owl Aarakocra.
Neya takes a less aggressive stance and voices her partial agreement. She receives a nod of appreciation from Ekmong, who is clearly attempting to deescalate the situation. Senetir is having none of it, however. "Ekmong, phe lord you serve has just been murdered and you want to sit and talk wiph phe assassins! Your behavior leads me to believe you might be in league wiph phese perpetrators! Soldiers, do not listen to Ekmong. More reinforcements are arriving and we will defeat phese miscreants."
Cron yells at Aleyd: "Your refusal to cooperate only makes you look more guilty, Aleyd!" Once again, he is only able to release a single arrow at his fellow Black Fist:
This time, Cron's shot is acurate. The captain's shield arm lowers a bit as the arrow sinks deeply. After the shot, Cron moves to get a better angle into the room {ER-19} (Aleyd takes 13 piercing damage.)
Barely hidden, Moneus tries to incapacitate one of the two last soldiers within the bedchamber while he waits for Litta to make her move. After revealing his position, he tells Utar: "Message received."

Senetir's face wrinkles into an angry expression. Apparently done talking for now, he flies horizontally to a more central position {FC-21} and points to a spot in the ground near the west water fountain. A burst of churned earth and stone erupts from said fountain, affecting all in its vicinity.
Biscuit reacts in time, using his claws to temporarily climb the wall and avoid most of the impact. A rock to the temple almost knocks Doozey out, and Litta is peppered by many rocks, which bring her down.
