Turn Start: Healing Spirit Healing on Biscuit, restoring 4 HP.
Doozey throws himself off to the side at the last moment, avoiding the brunt of the spell. While Biscuit does his best, and only just hugs the walls enough to minimalize the shards of earth impacting from below.
As the former spends a few moments coughing and waving off any lingering debris in the air, seeing Litta -- even if only in part -- stuns the stoutling for a moment or two. Then, he whips around to face Senetir, glaring and growling as if he might transform again at any second. However, just before he can do anything stupid, the plaintive barks of Biscuit draws attention away.
The two share a look, before Doozey turns away; losing whatever silent exchange passed between the two. "Ekmong, or whatever da FOOK'IN gods be damned name ya go by." The stoutling adds, giving Ekmong a sidelong look. "I'm gonna go fook'in shoot that bloody, treacherous bird right out of the sky now. Ya do what ya wish. But know that when we die, either now or during our imprisonment, know it'll be YOUR fault yer lord went unavenged." Doozey doesn't wait to see if his words had any effect. In fact, he didn't rightly care in the moment. All that mattered -- most of what mattered now was Senetir's fall. And to that end, he rushed to leap atop Biscuit.
Soon the pair, both mended by the light of tater before the spectral creature before Doozey re-summons it again over Litta, leap off the remains of the banister in route to getting closer to Senetir. Even before the fey touched beast has slowed to a stop to take on a more defensive standing, Doozey is loosing bullet after bullet for Senetir's wings, hoping to do enough damage to at least make him falter.
Movement: Into [spell]Healing Spirit;Tater's Aura[spell], restoring 4 HP to Doozey, and mount Biscuit.
Movement(Biscuit): To FC-15(Long way to avoid entering Ekmong's threatened Squares).
Bonus Action: Cast (2nd level)Healing Spirit over to Litta's position. (No healing until start of her next turn).

Utar hears Doozey's cry against Senetir and any thoughts of surrendering to Ekmong quickly vanish. Turning and heading for the window he vaults out into the air and lands amid the rubble.
"Ekmong! I'll answer any questions you have but not until Senetir is dealt with!"
His pauldron glows as he casts mass healing word directing 6 to Biscuit, Doozey, Graxx, Litta, Neya and Aleyd.
Pointing to Senetir, his pauldron glows again as he directs a sacred flame towards him.
(OOC Senetir needs to succeed on a DC15 dex save or take 14 radiant damage.)
Doozey takes stock of the damage and defies Ekmong's request, loudly letting the tiefling know that he plans on bringing Senetir down. The stoutling hops on Biscuit and lets "Tater's" Healing Spirit give them a little jolt of energy before momentarily disappearing and reappearing near Litta. (Doozey heals for 6 HP; Biscuit heals for 2 HP.)
Biscuit has to hop through some debris (difficult terrain) to reach a spot closer to Senetir. Doozey then shoots another two bullets, one of which manages to find its mark. (Senetir takes 5 bludgeoning damage.)
-> Ekmong's redied spell triggers. He envelops himself within a defensive Blade Ward.

(@MB: You cannot see Aleyd if you cast the spell after jumping. You cannot see Neya if you cast it before jumping. Going by your post, Aleyd will be the one left out. The only viable person to take her spot in the heal train is Utar himself. Separately, as mentioned in the OOC Chat, you are not within range to cast Sacred Flame on Senetir, who is 50 feet into the air. I'll assume a dodge action for Utar instead.)
-> Fall damage: 5
Finally hearing enough commotion coming from outside, Utar approaches the window and makes the jump. (Utar takes 6 bludgeoning damage.)
Moving a bit closer to his friends {EZ-16}, Utar addresses Ekmong before sending a mullti-targeted healing spell to all allies he sees. (Neya, Graxx, Utar, Doozey, Biscuit, and Litta each heal for 6 HP.)
Ekmong tries to be a bit more forceful with his peace talks. He tries to magically convince Doozey and Utar to accept a truce. "Please, stop this madness!"

Neya, thoroughly convinced she won't be winning this lopsided strength contest, uses and alternative means of freeing herself. Seeing that she's within the shadow of the tree, she teleports herself into its branches.
"I'm afraid that Senetir has already made up his mind. He likely did even before today..." Neya says to Ekmong, possibly possibly disabusing him of the hope Senetir would come around.
Cron moves to get a better angle {ET-20} and yells at Aleyd: "Let us into the room, Aleyd! These soldiers have a duty to be by their lord's side!" Once again, he is only able to release a single arrow at his fellow Black Fist:

Once again only barely hidden, Moneus tries to incapacitate the last soldier within the bedchamber.
-> Flying Knife vs Soldier#9 {EV-14}: Attack: 24 Damage: 7
As the soldier falls, Moneus tries to give Aleyd a little bit of breathing room by aiming his second throw at a Black Fist guard he sees through the threshold. (Soldier#9 {EV-14} takes 6 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED non-lethally.)
-> Flying Knife vs Black Fist Guard#1 {EU-15}: Attack: 24 Damage: 7
-> Adding Sneak Attack damage to the second attack: 11
This guard also drops, unable to stand up and fight. (Black Fist Guard#1 {EU-15} takes 22 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATEDnon-lethally.)
Following Utar's plan, Moneus moves toward the window now that Litta and Utar are outside. Before jumping, he tells Aleyd: "Time to go, Captain!"
Graxx allows himself to be held down for a bit longer, although he does not spare Ekmong from a forceful warning. The tiefling shakes a bit in his boots and looks up at Senitir.
Feeling eyes on him, the aarakocra speaks: "Don't pick phe wrong side, Ekmong. I have phe lordling, so I have phe House."

The four soldiers holding Graxx down maintain their efforts, while the three previously holding Neya simply surround the tree she has now "climbed."
The six soldiers approaching from the west notice the non-lethal strategy taken by their companions and move in to aid in the effort. They can't see Moneus at first, so they move in for Litta. However, once they are close to the dragonborn, line of sight is established to the tiefling as well:
Inside, the soldiers in the second floor's foyer continue to take turns attacking Aleyd. Her protective Sanctuary spell keeps many of the attacks away, but not all:

Senetir moves his hands towards a bunch of the platinum coins he had previously "sent" to Neya, and about ten of them become animated. They surround Doozey and Biscuit:

Enough of the coins manage to bludgeon Doozey into unconsciousness. Biscuit also gets hurt but stays up. (Biscuit takes 7 bludgeoning damage; Doozey takes 26 bludgeoning damage and is unconscious, incapacitated, and prone atop Biscuit.)

Utar resists the temptation to rail against Senetir and call down Torm's judgement. Maintaining as neutral a pose as possible he calls out to Ekmong keeping his tone calm and measured.
"Ekmong, while we peacefully surrender, Senetir attacks us to secure our silence and threatens the safety of a child. He's involved in this. If he won't stop, we need to stop him before he goes too far."
Moving forwards and trying to reduce his distance to Senetir, Utar readies an action to launch a spell at Senetir should Ekmong give it the ok.
Readied Guiding bolt attack: 15 Damage: 10 (2 to come off Utar's attack if triggered.)
Reaction(Biscuit): OA on retreating Coin. (Lethal)Maul - Attack: 18 Damage: 11 bludgeoning.
Despite his own hurts following the assault, Biscuit endures and tries to catch at least one of the coins on his antlers. However, the motion is a stilted one, as Doozey's unnatural shifting and groan of pain gives the fey empowered mastiff pause. Questioning sounding "boofs" turn into whines upon hearing no answer from his rider.
He looks then to Utar and the rest with hopeful eyes. But as he see them either being grappled or surrounded, the once fearsome mug shifts towards wariness and furtive glances at everything going on. With eventually one final regretfully look towards Utar, Biscuit... backs away from the fight and all else. With a little more effort, he gets Doozey in his maw almost like a dog with a bone, before truly picking up speed and racing for the outer perimeter; hoping to find another good point to leap and climb his way over the walls(gate?) before taking off into the city. If he could just get somewhere Doozey and he could lay lo for a while...
Action(Biscuit):Disengage (if enemies are within melee of him) or Dash(if no enemies in melee).
--> Wall Jumping: 25. (same bonus if "athletics" would apply)
Biscuit tries to snap at one of the floating coins but misses his mark. It is then that the mastiff notices that Doozey has stopped responding. (Doozey's DEATH saving throws: 0/1.)
Looking around, Biscuit decides that retreating is his and his master's best option. He grabs Doozey as if he was a pup and begins to run towards the closest section of perimeter wall, which is to the west. Biscuit has to be careful at first, such that the floating coins don't get him. Because of it, he can't quite reach the wall just yet {FA-7}.

A few more Brokengulf soldiers arrive at the scene. This bunch approaches from around the west side of the house, already outside.
END OF INITITIAVE ROUND 7
(Ekmong goes next.)
Ekmong tries to be a bit more forceful with his peace talks. He tries to magically convince Doozey and Utar to accept a truce. "Please, stop this madness!"
Failing on his attempt, Ekmong looks up at Senitir and wonders if he can try to instead convince his fellow advisor to accept a truce.
(Neya is up next.)
Neya, thoroughly convinced she won't be winning this lopsided strength contest, uses and alternative means of freeing herself. Seeing that she's within the shadow of the tree, she teleports herself into its branches.
