The combating elements, fire and lightning, create a fantastic display as the creature is momentarily overcome by the tremendous amount of power coming from Ink’s spell.

Marav yells at Steele, "Get away from there, Ink's safe now!" He looks at the creature and waves his hand muttering in druidic. 

Marav casts Entangle  on the creature. DC 13 Strength Check or restrained 

Flint moves to the edge of the bench and casts sacred flame dex DC14 or 7 radiant damage.

He then casts spiritual weapon on the near side of the beast and attacks Attack: 26 Damage: 12 force.

Marav’s grasping vines sprout from the bare stone to entangle the monstrosity, but the creature is able to shrug them off and remains unrestrained. 

Rip will fly towards Ink and casts spiritual weapon creating a wall in front of the beast's face in an attempt to block it's view of Ink, he then casts minor illusion and creates a fake Ink in front of real Ink, "time to run, let our meatier friends distract it's maw!"

Dog will climb full and Help.

Crownsguard will get in front of the centipede of doom and stab his blade into it’s eye, or at least try, Attack: 26 Damage: 14 slashing damage and Attack: 20 Damage: 8 slashing damage. Burn inspiration: 26

He then casts Sanctuary on Ink.

Dog receives fire damage from getting too close to the monster, 6 damage as Crownsguard lands a hit that strikes hard against the creature, and receives some damage of his own for making contact with the worm—11 fire damage 

Harshnag jumps off the table, axe in both hands, and attempts to land a blow on the armored worm. The blow sticks the axe into in the hardened carapace, and Harshnag tries to wrestle the thing to the ground, fighting through the incredible heat as he does so. The worm is undeterred, slipping from Harshnag’s grasp...

At Rip’s bidding, a spectral weapon materializes and an image of Ink springs into existence like a statue in front of the elven bladesinger, but the terrible monster barrels through Rip’s spells and begins to fall upon the real Ink, but is turned aside at the last moment by Crownsguard’s warding magic and instead chomps down on bite-sized Rip!

Bite Attack: 22 Damage: 40 piercing plus 15 fire damage (-2 applies to attack roll from the Bane spell). On a hit, Rip is grappled and restrained. 

(The last attack shouldn’t have been with advantage—the first d20 roll is 16+11-3 for 24 total)

Crownsguard, seeing Dog collapse into magic and metal, sighs, “Today is not a good day for pets.”

He then slams the blade into the beast once more: Attack: 11 Damage: 9 slashing and  Attack: 8 Damage: 7 slashing. However, finds no purchase. Yay.

The armored exoskeleton turns aside Crownsguard’s armblade, and it completely ignores him while munching on Rip.

Crownsguard casts Sanctuary on Rip as well.

Marav dashes toward the fight, as he runs he casts Healing Spirit again placing the spirit elk on Rip. Healing: 2

Rip will attempt to wiggle out of the mouth, acrobatics 15

if rip escapes he will fly straight up, or run away depending.

(Rip loses concentration on Fly...the CON save DC was 24)

Rip’s struggle is gut-wrenching to watch—the monster has its teeth biting into Rip’s legs, and he cannot wriggle free.

Flint moves closer, casts healing word at L2 on Rip 7 and casts sacred flame on the big thing, dex DC14 or 5 radiant.

The monster takes the radiant hit, being too big and slow to get out of the way.

Ink looks at the beast and roars at it, hoping it returns the gesture and drops Rip! As he does a shock of blank lightning leaves his body and enters the monsters!

As the lightning subsides, the sanctuary on him having faded, Ink steps into a mist and reappears twenty feet to the creatures south. (misty step) 

Rip takes fire damage 11 from contact with the monster.

The blue worm takes the lightning hit from Ink at the same time that Harshnag takes a different tack and dashes in front of the monster, trying to block its path and set up a flanking maneuver with Crownsguard. “HIT IT NOW!” He bellows.

The huge creature, meanwhile, hastily tries to swallow Rip, but something stops it from biting down. Instead, it releases Rip, letting him fall to the ground (Rip takes 5 bludgeoning damage) and targeting Harshnag. It sinks its teeth into the giant’s shoulder. Harshnag cries out in pain as the burning teeth sink into his flesh and hold onto him. It attempts to push Harshnag further towards its lair, but the giant pushes back, holding his ground.

Marav makes sure his healing spirit is in contact with Rip. His form them shimmers and he transforms into the familiar Dire Wolf form he has taken many times.

Attack: 18 Damage: 5

“Understood!”

Crownsguard slashes the back of the beast! Attack: 15 Damage: 4 slashing and Attack: 8 Damage: 7 slashing!

Flint arrives on scene and brings his Warhammer to bear!
