Quill, Ink's owl familiar, sees it before the rest of you do—a single figure walking south down the road towards Nightstone, approaching you in the afternoon sun.

The figure, dressed in commoner's clothes and walking with a staff in hand, crests the hill and sees Nightstone in the distance. The temple steeple, the windmill, and the keep are all visible. As he comes closer, he sees several armed individuals coming out of the town and the drawbridge being raised up after them. Looking south to the keep, you see that it has been badly damaged, parts of its walls have entirely collapsed.
When Angel gets close enough to the village that he see people, and the villages destruction, he’ll begin swiftly jogging towards it and approach the first set of people he sees (the adventuring group).
Before he speaks he will bow at the group with his one hand in a fist and his other covering it. You notice that his hands have white cloth wrapped around them.
“Hello, travelers. Perhaps you can tell me what’s happened to this village”
Angel is a man of average height with short spikey blonde hair and green eyes. His skin is alabaster white and looks like he’s never had a blemish a day in his life. You can definitely sense a hint of celestial within him. He wears a loose fitting white robe and white martial arts pants. The robe is trimmed around the sleeves and hood with gold (just the color not actual gold). He has a gold colored sash tied around his waist. In his back you see a simple brown backpack and a quarterstaff.
