Angel is going to spend his last Ki Point to use Step of the Wind and take the Disengage Action as a bonus action. He’ll then move in a quick burst of speed to the girl and grab her placing a hand near her throat. A burst of radiant healing energy comes from his hands as he uses his Healing Hands ability to try and save her.
