Quill flies directly west (35'), doing a flyby of the cultist immediately north of me (granting advantage), and then flies NNE another 25' so he should be near the spot where the castle's corner takes up half the 10'x10' square at an angle (1 square eat and 3 squares north of Ink).
Then Ink attacks the cultist just north of him (w/ adv) using the cantrip Booming Blade....

After striking the cultist, Ink casts Misty Step and reappears at the spot where Quill reaches after his flyby.

As a reaction to falling off the cloud Angel will activate his Radiant Soul ability and fly up 30 feet.
I don't know exactly how far I fell but if I have movement left I would like to be hovering in the air so if I fall from here I'd land on the cloud base.
After his movement, Angel will say
"Your friend is falling there; I suggest you go catch him with your Vultures there."

The magical darts all fly into the cultist mage, and he is granted some protection from his wind spell, but not much.

The mage continued to breath his chanting, primordial spell, and the winds kept coming strong, blowing against Marav and Rip, threatening to send them both tumbling off the cloud as well.
