Narth is able to rouse over two dozen people to start forming bucket brigades and put out the fires that are raging on the north/northeast side of town.

Ink rushes up to the magmin that had burned Marav, and with his scimitar begins his incantation swing down on the elemental with a booming blade!

The magmin explodes! Its firey death sends magma flying and causes 6 fire damage (or half on a successful DC 11 Dexterity Saving Throw) to Darathra and Ink.

Ink tries his best to dodge the fiery magma (DEX save 6 ).... and manages to dodge the worst of it, but still gets burns on his offhand arm.
Once Ink sees everyone is relatively safe, he'll tell Darathra, "Can't bring spontaneous water to fruition but there might be something I can do.... It's a long shot."
Ink darts up stair to the room the magmin set aflame. Seeing Angel he says, "Go on down stairs and help the wounded out of this fiery grave."
Ink then casts fog cloud ... Then telling Angel as he's on his way out with Ink following, as well, "Technically, there's water vapor in fog... I don't know how much, but maybe it'll dampen things enough to slow the spread a bit to keep the top from collapsing on those on the main floor below.... Let's get out of here."

Angel, not the strongest but definitely the fastest, will put his speed to use and go to the houses that are damaged and the farthest away in order to help anyone there escape if they are trapped and get water brigade started there.
"Sure thing, I'll look at it.... Let's put that on hold for now until we see about dousing some more if the fires around... Look there's Narth with townsfolk. - Oy, Narth, can you spare any help over here! The Northshield House is burning like kindling!"
Marav sighs dramatically, "I just wanted to put them in the bag..." He continues to help put out fires or fix small items as he can while keeping a close eyes on the sword and fork.
"Oh, well, I think that rod looking thing will fit in the bag... Not so sure about the sword. It may be a little too long and I'm afraid it'll pierce the bag if it doesn't fit."

The rod just fits, length-wise. The sword, if placed in the bag, sticks several feet out of the opening, making it impossible to close the bag and extremely unwieldy to carry it.
The fires take a few hours to put out—how do you contribute?
Flint contributes by ensuring all the townsfolk are accounted for, being part of bucket brigades, digging firebreaks if necessary, knocking doors down, using thaumaturgy when useful, and generally just being meaner and more stubborn than the fire is.
Angel, not having magic to combat fires, will run around town to each house (except the wizards) to ensure that everyone is okay and inform them that the giants have left. He’ll carry injured individuals to the shrine where he assumes the injured are being treated. Also he will assess the damage and inform Ink where the most damage is. While informing everyone he’ll tell able bodied people about the fire brigades. Once he has visited everyone and made sure they’re okay he’ll join the fire brigade but he is obviously exhausted from the fight and from running around town.
