OOC: I’ll take the demon! It’s really bugging Crownsguard
Crownsguard, seeing the demon run, swings his hammer into its back, Attack: 7 Damage: 2 bludgeoning, but can’t seem to get it. “Chaos anathema. Cease your resistance. Your existence is treated as a mortal threat. You will be terminated with extreme prejudice.”
Meanwhile, for his turn, Crownsguard will swing his hammer into the skeleton in front of him, “Stand down, undead. I will eliminate the chaos anathema.” Attack: 7 Damage: 2 bludgeoning damage. You are kidding me. Again. Attack: 12 Damage: 3 bludgeoning damage.

The zombies and skeletons begin to crowd around you, pushing in and firing arrows from their high positions (just a reminder, you have half cover as long as you remain in the treeline). As they do, you hear the familiar cackling laugh from on high—it's the flameskull, glowing with green fire. His form is blurred, shifting and wavering, and is hard to track! (any attacks against it have disadvantage unless you have the ability to see through illusions)

Quill shoots straight up from her perch, about twenty feet or so, to get a better look around at what is coming at the party, before diving back down to another perch in the relative safety of the forest's canopy. // Perception22 //

Angel, using his quarter staff with two hands, attacks the undead directly to his west being flanked by Rip, and then will just continue going down the line (west to east) as they fall, trying to knock down as many as he can eventually using his flurry of blows (ba/1 ki point) in the form of a couple of (hopefully) well-placed kicks!

Rip's spiritual weapon strikes at the zombie, and together Rip and Angel easily take down the skeleton between them. Angel then single-handedly takes down first zombie with his flurry of blows, taking the zombie's head off with his last kick. Angel can tell that zombies are made of sterner stuff than the skeletons and are not as susceptible to his attacks, but they still fall all the same if you pump enough damage into them.
The flameskull is plainly audible even above the din of battle, and easy enough to locate if one looks in its direction.
For her perch above the trees, Quill can see the entire top of the Keep and much of the battlefield, and Ink can sense her wariness and warning.
The zombie and the two approaching skeletons overcome the powerful thunderwave, resisting its force, but the skeleton in front of Marav is decimated by the magic.
Flint flanks destroys a skeleton with his magical hammer, cleaving clean through it to strike the zombie next to him. The zombie fairs better than the skeleton, but only just so. He is now at the edge of the treeline, to Crownsguard's east.

Preparing for an onslaught, Crownsguard will swing his hammer toward the zombie that he struck, “Please stay down. We are trying to plan. Thank you for your compliance.” Attack: 23 Damage: 7 bludgeoning damage and swings toward the skeleton with his next, “You as well.” Attack: 10 Damage: 2 bludgeoning damage.
With the undead pressing around him, Crownsguard seems to be having trouble landing hits—and when he does, the damage caused is negligible.

The zombies also try and pull Crownsguard off of Horse, requiring a DC 16Strength check to resist.
Meanwhile, the Flameskull zooms overhead among the trees, (30 feet high) and launches two burning rays towards Ink while cackling. "Burn! Burn! Ahahaha!"
