As you turn in for the night, the moon passes slowly overhead like a watching eye. 

The heavy clouds come no closer, drifting off eventually towards the south and west, while they are eventually replaced in the east by more clouds, rising yellow and orange with the sun’s first rays.

Rip yawns and stretches standing up amidst the ropes and discovers he is nude aside from the necklace. He places his hands on his hips and starts rolling back and forth on the balls of his feet

 Ink, being the first one up on account of memorizing his spells, immediately walks up to Rip, throws a cloak over him, sits down next to him with a quill in hand and some paper out, and says, "So - what was it like? How'd you perceive the world? You were able to cast spells, was it any different than your typical spell casting?..... " 

Ink tries to ask as many questions as he can about Rip's experience and concludes with, "Do you intend to embrace it or bury it away?" 

"What are you talking about, why am i naked and what prey tell happened to MY BEDROLL!! My mother made that for me!"

Ink explains the previous night's events.... "Now, given that insight, do you remember anything? It might have felt as if a dream."

"Let's get at it then." Pulling his holy symbol and kneeling by Rip, Flint casts remove curse. Can't have ye  doin' that again.

"wait Flint, we could use this to help. regular weapons don't hurt werewolves and uthgarde probably don't have magic weapons. i think i might be able to control it a bit, we can just pop one of our immovable rods on my chest at dusk and the other in my mouth after i turn. after we defeat the bad guys i'll gladly let you remove the curse"

"Actually, I was considering the use of manacles, rope, clothing, chains and immovable rods on the days you turn," Ink mentions. 

"I don't mind you being a wolf, so long as I mitigate my risk if getting eaten." 

Ink looks up at Rip all of a sudden, "By the way - do you have any unsettled anger towards me? Because I was your favorite chew toy last night..."

"No... maybe about the bookstore but nothing worth chewing you out for" Rip will respond to CG's good pun high five "About Quill, if i can help in anyway to bring her back."

"Lad ye  can't be serious. It'll change ye  fer  th' worse."

 Crownsguard nods, “Agreed. While a ‘Rip Wolf’ is a powerful creature, we cannot be sure that you will not hurt your companions, or worse, civilians. It is the same principle that applied to the weapons. Except less chaotic anathema.”

Having grown to his full size just after sunrise, Harshnag has already packed up camp, and seems to be eager to be going. He hasn’t said much this morning.

 Crownsguard, coming up to Harshnag’s knee, pats the giant’s knee, “Does something distress you, Harshnag? If so, you should know that I am well-versed in the practice of therapy. Do you require assistance?”

“We will receive answers the sooner we get to the Eye of the All-Father—that’s all the therapy I need,” says Harshnag gently to Crownsguard. “You should really see to your friend’s curse—lycanthropy is not just a disease. It changes you.”

 Crownsguard nods, “Agreed. It is not the first time that we have encountered such things. They were possessed by demons until shortly after I arrived. They are very unlucky, as such probabilities are excessively unlikely. Flint will see to curing him.”

“Well then! No time like the present.” Harshnag picks up any packs or other equipment lying around—in order to be helpful—and begins to set off towards the heart of the valley.
