Marav stops on his way up, long enough to let Rip yell his warning then continues his dash up to the gryphon aerie and enters there, trying to find the dwarves.
While Marav and Rip climb the wall, the silver dragon flies past with a mighty rush of wind, alights in the griffon aerie, and roars loudly. The griffons take flight, fleeing in all directions from the dragon. The dragon then looks down towards the other side of the building (the right side, opposite of Marav and Rip).
Ink manages to get to the second floor first, and Zephyros sees him. "What's this? Hostile visitors? Why are you on the second floor? And why is Rip riding a spider up the tower? This is all highly irregular. I would be excited if you weren't on the second level. This is my space, remember?"
As Marav and Rip approached the aerie, the silver dragon is already climbing down the opposite side of the building, and the dwarves-turned-mist-clouds are still floating up towards the second-story window.

// What are Angel and Flint doing? //
Ink begins tying the two ropes together, and the end through the grappling hook, finding a secure purchase to hold his allies. When it's secure, he drops down the rope, two 50' lengths, hopefully reaching down with minimal need for jumping.
Through this, Ink tells Zephyros, "I apologize greatly for the intrusion, but there's a silver dragon outside and some dwarves in gaseous form heading in for us - they look ready for battle. I think they might be with the Lord's Alliance, but we suspect they think you an agitator rather than a friend - if they were to come in here, what would they be looking to attack to bring your castle down?" After a pause, "You wouldn't happen to know any gust or wind cantrips would you? Perhaps we can delay the dwarves reformation?"
Looking up at Zephyros, Ink asks, "What should we ask the invisible stalker to protect and defend???"
//Also, let me know if a minute has gone by since I activated the Bladesong, so I know not to include its effects any longer - I wouldn't want to reactivate it unless I knew for sure I'll be battling. //
// Let's say it's been 5 rounds (30 seconds) since you casted Bladesong //
Zephyros looks Ink quizzically in the eye. "I don't understand...what could that mean? Why would anyone want to bring my tower down? I don't even know how to do that. Perhaps they just want to talk? Yes. After all, not all dragons are bad. I have had a few good conversations with a bronze dragon in my time. And all dwarves are not bad; your friend Flint is proof of that. Perhaps they just look ready for battle because that is a dwarf's natural disposition. What is that rope for?"

As forthright as possible, Ink agrees, "Yes - there are good dragons and there are good dwarves. The dragon outside is a silver dragon and so I know it has good intentions... but... I've seen too many battles - and these dwarves are not looking to talk - at first in any case. I hope that I am able to dissuade them if their intention is to harm you or bring this castle down. You have to understand, the attack on Nightstone was comitted by cloud giants - not you, but other cloud giants. There is a chance they may have you confused with them, and like I said - they're approach was tactical. They flew in with the sun behind them to hide their approach and their numbers. They immediately transformed into gaseous forms, avoiding any chance of parlay. This feels too tactical - like a shock and awe attack. I'll try to talk to them first, but I want to protect you and your home."
Looking down at the rope, Ink continues, "The rope is so that Angel and Flint can climb up if they're needed to protect you - but I'd ask your permission for them to join us now so that they can help defend you."
Ink begins looking around the room for anything that could maybe steer or power the ship, "Are you sure there is nothing in here that if the dwarves attack, outside of yourself, that could destabilize the ship? If so, we must protect it, both for your sake and ours."

50 seconds after Ink started the Bladesong, several things happen at once: Marav and Rip appear through the 20' round hole between the aerie and the second floor; the mist-cloud dwarves fly through the western windows and rematerialize, and the dragon's head can be seen outside the east-facing window.
It's slow going for Flint and Angel. They are able to climb about a third of the distance, but there's still two thirds the distance to go and they are hearing a loud commotion 60 feet above them.

Looking down at the rope, Ink continues, "The rope..."
Before Ink can continue any further, the lead dwarf, with his bushy beard poking out through his helmet, says, "Move outta the way, elf!"
He hefts a warhammer, making straight for the polished, glowing, 7-foot navigation orb floating above Zephyros' study floor.
"Stalker! Stop that war hammer!" Ink shouts. Ink will shoot a fire bolt (Attack: 21 Damage: 7) trying to deflect the war hammer off its path, as well.
Then he yells at the top of his lungs for all to hear, "BY THE AUTHORITY GIVEN TO ME BY LORD HIGH MARSHALL METHRAMMAR AERASUMé OF SILVERYMOON, I ASK YOU TO CEASE AND DESIST YOUR ATTACK ON THIS CASTLE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rip will try to hit the warhammer out of the air with a frostbeam 7 for 6
"Fellow members of the Lords Alliance I fear you are acting with to much haste! Zephy is an ally, a neutral party at worst! Please hold your attack!" 15 persuasion
The dwarves pause. The leader looks up at Rip and says, "We've got orders, halfling. We've been commissioned by Mithral Hall. Shut down the cloud giants! And this one is certainly a cloud giant!" He points at Zephyros.
"How is it that an Alliance member ends up in the company of a giant? Speak quickly, or we act quickly!" He says to Rip.

"You've been given authority by the High Marshall? Where's the seal, then?"

Angel will use his Radiant Soul to have his wings materialize and fly up towards Ink and the commotion.
