Ink will cast levitate and push off from the ground straight up... after his first round of movement, I believe he can move 40' per round with the levitate (his Spellsong movement), he'll move another 40' the second round after casting levitate and then cast Misty Step as a bonus action to get an extra 30' of movement in that second round.

"Thanks for the boost, Angel!" Ink exclaims. It's an awkward dash along the ceiling as if trying to get a grip with his feet without pushing off, but he makes progress - moving fifty feet up the wall with Angel's Boost... another six seconds - another forty feet, it's slow process but he's moving as he sees the others below positioning themselves underneath the opening - Ink, impatient, casts misty step disappearing and reappearing 30 feet closer to his objective, pushing along the last 30 feet to the hole and flipping in with the last bit of his movement... where he finds.......
