The wizard shimmers as he raises his hands and sheaths himself with arcane energy. He prepares to cast a spell at Marav.

Ink sighs again, then begins humming as he runs towards the arcanist, enacting his bladesong.
Quill rushes ahead harassing the mage (help action / advantage to next attack).
Ink positions himself on the side opposite of Marav and swings his scimitar with a booming blade using the shielded pummel to hopefully subdue the mage rather than kill him out right.
Attack: 25 Damage: 11 with an 6 additional thunder damage should he move voluntarily.
Lighting: the time is late, and the moon is waxing. It's dim lighting all around, which some areas of darkness created by tree shadows.
Trees: these are young trees that are thin, but can offer half cover.
Elevation: the square O15 is difficult terrain, and so costs double to move through due to its sharp incline. The surrounding squares offer elevation changes as well, but not enough to change movement costs. The rock faces are 10' - 20' feet high in most places, and can be climbed at half speed with a DC 10 Athletics check.
