"It's not matter when we go in. See what wizard did to brothers we see, Bleep can imagine what happen to last brother. Wizard will pay." Bleep says in a deeper tone. He has no illusion regarding b'Loop's well-being.
Ghee, Bearrik, and Bleep do not look to be in any particular hurry and, following Khan's further confirmation, the group decides to wait for Saros to finish his magical exploration. While they wait, Bleep climbs a tree to keep watch, Ang counts the exacts amount of coin they recovered and begins divvying it up, and Blip continues to sleep profoundly under the shade of a tall tree. Their leader busies herself with preparing an exhibition for Batiri heads.
@Saros: You finish your Detect Magic ritual without an issue. In your immediate vicinity, however, only your own companions seem to be carrying magical sources. You know what you carry already, and have seen Darrik use his gloves plenty of times. Although you suspected there was something strange about the grungs' musical instrument of choice, only Ang's whistle-stick is revealed to be enchanted. Bleep's fancy footwear is also magical, as is Khan's ring. Although you would have doubted it before the fight in the tunnels, Ghee's grog bottle also emanates a magical aura. There are also a few other small pings on you companions, which you guess represent the healing potions they carry. After walking around a bit, the only other magical source you find comes from the direction the enemies came from, where you can see their small campfire still burning. Appraoching it, you find a bunch of food scraps, dirty pots and spoons, plenty of refuse, and a few usable trinkets such as mess kits, rope, and a small shovel. Among the refuse, you locate a tiny pyramid-shaped glass bottle with a boiling blue liquid inside, as well as bubbles and steam. You recognize it as a serving of Potion of Heroism.
@Bleep: From atop a tree, you notice that just before Saros completed his ritual, the gate leading to the manor courtyard opened on its own.
@All: You may each go ahead and add 60gp to your inventories.
Returning to the group with the small potion bottle in hand, Saros tosses it to Khan, saying "Here.....you may find this useful, if you drink this it will sustain you somewhat against any hits you might take, and will make your attacks even more likely to find an opening......but it only lasts about an hour"
He then turns his attention back to their next goal "Well, what do we do about the Weirding and his lot?"
OOC: Detect Magic will remain in operation for a while and he will maintain concentration on it for now.....might provide handy if someone is sneaking up on them carrying anything magical

(@Muggshill: With all the walking around and searching about after finishing your ritual, I'd say Saros has no more than 3 minutes left on his Detect Magic spell.)
Saros comes back from his search and tosses a vial at Khan, briefly explaining what it can do. The orange grung completes her gruesome display while Ang finishes passing around the coin Bearrik had found.
Bleep informs the others that the gate leading to the manor's courtyard is invitingly open at the moment. Saros reacts by asking what the others think should be their plan of approach, and Ghee narrows down the alternatives: walk through the front gate or backtrack and sneak through the mines?
Khan nodded curtly to Saros in as closest to thanks the gnome is liable to get any time soon. But, her attention is soon back on the macabre display of the Bugbear's head. After a few moments of turning the potion in hand, the Orange Grung pouches it, before saying aloud, "If open, he see us. Heard other plans. Maybe even hearing now... Have trap ready no matter which way we go."She turns to the others with arms crossed and and frowning.
"So, we take front. Push through as done here. And may Nangnang watch over us. But first-..."She focuses in on her Grung Compatriots. "Cannot carry brother further into battle. Not now. Too dangerous. So, you build cover for him. Tie in trees. So goblins less likely to see if come here. And be quick." The orders given, and with expectations of them being followed, Khan soon sets to work staking the chieftan's head out in the middle of the path. Then once that's done, she finds a spot to dig (with her hands, if necessary) a shallow grave for her Grung compatriots head; silently promising to return for them once all is done.

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
Being less nimble than the other grungs and more than a little worried that B'lip might mistake him for something that needs stabbing, Ghee offers help to the others as they deal with the green grung.
(OOC: There still seems to be some discussion going on so I'll give you guys a bit more time to decide. That said, we should move along soon, one way or the other.)
Now aware of the open gate, Khan decides it is time to face Lord Weirding. She commands her followers to make sure Blip is safe while she digs a hole for the heads of their fallen companions. Ghee, Ang, and Bleep put together some fallen foliage and dig a comfortable bed for the sleeping green grung. He looks safe and well-hidden enough, as long as the group doesn't take too long to retrieve him.
This last bit of logistics taken care of, Khan seems now ready to walk through the front gate. All she needs is the final agreement from the rest of the party.
Having taken the time to duck behind some bushes and change back into his traditional attire, Ghee feels more himself and ready to take on whatever Weirdy Beardy had cooped up in the manor.

No one seems to object too strongly so, once Ghee has changed into his preferred combat attire, the party moves toward the gate. As they approach the gate, they see a couple of bodies that do not belong to the Batiri tribe members. One of them is a human guard, a bit overweigh, who was peppered by several javelins. The other corpse used to be one of the jaguar-serpent hybrids, though a significant portion of it is now smashed into a pulp of blood, bones, and viscera.
As Khan had anticipated, OGA + Watchers were being expected. A welcoming party (mostly) stands on the courtyard, and it consists of five human guards armed with spears and shields, two obedient jaguar hybrids, Mez Kara, and, of course, Lord Weirding himself. Floating 30 feet in the air; four identical versions of the lord speak simultaneously: "I am so very glad you decided to come back. After your first visit, I can't truly permit your little group to escape with my little secret. You'll die, the goblins will flee, and my town will recover. In no time, I'll have a fresh set of brains to play with!"

Ghee is the first to charge forward, but his approach is not unexpected. As soon as he is within reach of their throws, the five guards launch their spears at the albino monk.
A moving target is harder to hit, and only two guards manage to mentally account for that detail while aiming. Ghee further reduces the danger by plucking one of the more accurate spears out the air and dropping it to the ground. Nonetheless, one spear still graze Ghee just as he reaches one of the jaguar pets. (Deflect Missiles reaction - reference; Ghee takes 5 piercing damage.)

The dwarf then initiates his attack using his own spear, hitting the quadrupedal creature twice with the weapon's blunt end. Ghee was hoping to stun the creature but, once he realizes the creature withstood the attempt, he lashes out once more in frustration and kicks the beast in the neck. (Kamadan#1 takes 22 magical bludgeoning damage.)

Bleep reacts next, diving behind a nearby, well-trimmed garden bush and aiming his crossbow at the same creature Ghee has just engaged. Despite its enhanced hearing and smell senses, the creature is still surprised by the exact angle of attack. The projectile sinks into one of the snake's body. (Kamadan#1 takes 21 piercing damage.)
Bleep sighs as he notices that his poison did not affect the creature, at least this time.
She jumps up and down in joy as the hurled mote of fire becomes one of the best aimed spells is her still short career as a wizard. It hits the svirfneblin right in the kisser. (Saros takes 17 fire damage.)
