Voyage will cast Mirror Image and create three duplicates of herself all around her. They all move together towards the back of the boat, to provide further protection for those hiding back there.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Syvis silently slinks behind the boat in an attempt to flank the hag. Voyage meanwhile provides further defense for the weaker members of the group through mirror image.
Nicholas and Syvis both have attacks prepared for when the hag appears. Jimjar pulls out his crossbow, prepared to shoot as well while Cailean also prepares to cast produce flame.
While his Warhammer strike misses, hitting only air, Thodek then quickly looks around the area, trying to sense where Vistra might be. You sense a figure creeping up on the lone form of Derendil, but as you shout it out, are too late. The hag materializes behind Derendil and viciously claws his back.
Attack: 13 Damage: 12
The claws sink deep into the large Quaggoth’s back as he gives out a growl of pain. Vistra is now in the middle of the boat. Nicholas and Thodek stand about 10 feet to one side, while Voyage and the group next to her also stand 10 feet from the hag. Derendil is in melee range and Syvis is coruched in the sand of the island about 20 feet away.
With Vistra now in sight, that triggers multiple held actions, so feel free to make those attacks as well post round two actions. Voyage, Syvis, Nicholas, and finally Thodek are all once again up.
Jimjar: (Attack: 22 Damage: 12)
Cailean: (Attack: 19 Damage: 7)
The bolt from Jimjar’s crossbow sinks deep into Vistra’s shoulder. She turns with a grimace that slowly turns into a smile. “Who are you protecting over there?” She asks. (-15hp).
On her turn, Syvis keeps her eyes steadily on the hag, watching the way she moves and trying to discern her tactics and takes her bonus action to use her Insightful Fighting feature (contested insight check against the hag's deception) while she reloads and fires again (I'll roll sneak attack separately in case she's successful with Insightful Fighting) all the while backing away from the hag and the boat.
Held Action: Fire Pistol 9 for 7 piercing dmg Pistol Reload: 3/4
Nicholas fires at the hag when she suddenly appears but his shot goes wide. Taking again he takes aim at the hag and fires the pistol in an attempt to disorient her.
Action: Spend 1 Grit Point to make a Dazing Shot against Hag. 24 for 11. If hits, hag must make DC13 Con save or have disadvantage on their attacks until the end of their next turn. Pistol Reload: 2/4 Grit Points: 1/2
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Voyage sends a blast of eldritch energy that streaks past the hags head and makes impact with a nearby cavern wall, missing its target.
Syvis would have been hidden, but it does not make a difference now. Your held action shot misses Vistra by mere inches, but you quickly reload and fire again. This shot hits true, but seems to have no effect on the hag as if it couldn’t entirely pierce her tough skin. (Deception: 22) Insightful Fighting is successful, and Syvis could move back about 10 feet before hitting a wall. After all this occurs though, Vistra is now alerted to your presence and you are no longer hidden.
Nicholas takes a shot with his pistol and with a loud boom, a bullet flies though the air, but misses the target. Obviously you are rusty with this new weapon. Like Syvis though, you are quickly able to take a second shot that pierces the hags shoulder this time causing her to give a loud shriek. (-11hp. Total: -21hp). (Con. Save: 15) She is however able to shake off the pain and prepares to attack Derendil again.
Thodek rushes to grapple Vistra. (Athletics: 13) and in her weaker state, the enlarged duergar easily restrains her and is able to drag the hag about 10 back from the boat back to the sandy inlet.
NPCs are up!
Cailean and Jimjar both takes shots at the hag from their protected positions.
Jimjar: (Attack: 20 Damage: 14)
Cailean: (Attack: 13 Damage: 8)
And despite the fact that Vistra is grappled, both attacks miss and hit nearby cavern walls.
Derendil stands still on the boat, breathing hard. “Wh..what was that thing. H...how did she change and turn invisible. Damn that hurt!” He says.
Vistra is up!
Vistra attempts to escape the grapple. (Athletics: 13)
Thodek Opposed: (13)(That was with advantage too!)
Vistra is able to escape, but that takes her action, so the rest of her turn can only be spent moving back to the boat. She is able to race back and makes it into melee range with Derendil again.
The party may now take their turns. Voyage, Nicholas, Syvis, and Thodek may all take actions and I will process them in order.
Vistra’s positioning has not changed from last round. She still stands in the middle of the boat engaged with Derendil.
Nicholas continues to fire at the hag taking another shot in an attempt to disorient her again. Then pushing himself he follows up with a second shot in quick succession emptying the pistol's chamber.
Action: Spend 1 Grit Point to make a Dazing Shot against Hag. 15 for 4 piercing. If hits, hag must make DC13 Con save or have disadvantage on their attacks until the end of their next turn. Pistol Reload: 1/4 Grit Points: 0/2 Action Surge Action: Attack vs Hag 19 for 10 piercing. Pistol Reload: 0/4 (needs to be reloaded)

(Sorry everyone, the holidays were busy. I should be able to get back to a normal posting schedule from here on out.)
Voyage another bolt of eldritch energy, but it misses Vistra who is able to dodge to the side.
Syvis shoots a crossbow bolt that makes contact and pierces through Vistra’s chest (-17hp [Total: -38hp]).
Nicholas takes two more shots with his pistol, the first making contact, but the second whizzes past her head (-10hp [Total: -48]) (Con Save: 23) This set of attacks, seems to leave Vistra dazed and confused.
Thodek runs back up to attack Vistra but his hammer strike swings wide and misses the target.
NPCs are up!
Derendil, Cailean, and Jimjar will all make attacks at Vistra.
Both attacks by Jimjar and Cailean make contact, further injuring the hag (-13hp [Total: -61hp])
Vistra is beginning to show pain with the shots and seems to be heavily injured. She gives a hiss before with lightning speed running to vault over the boat and into the murky water. Similar to when she was invisible, all attacks will now be made with disadvantage until she has surfaced. Thodek and Derendil may both make an attack of opportunity if they would like.
Syvis watches the hag's movements with a keen eye. Remaining motionless, she calculates the trajectory most likely to make impact and fires where she thinks Vistra would have landed under the water.
With her bonus action, Syvis is using her Steady Aim feature to sacrifice her movement for advantage on the shot, negating the disadvantage.
Thodek swings, but the quick hag dodges the strike and continues running.
Voyage and Syvis both attempt shots at an elusive Vistra, but every single attack hits the surrounding water with a thud, appearing to miss the target.
Nicholas is able to successfully reload his pistol and Thodek conjures divine flames that consume the surrounding waters (Dex Save: 10) and you hear a small yelp, letting you know it hit Vistra (-2hp [Total: -67hp])
NPCs are up.
Derendil stays where he is and waits to see where Vistra might surface and prepares to attack.
Both Cailean and Jimjar do the same, but move the children back to the center of the boat in the hopes of keeping them from being attacked by Vistra.
Vistra is up!
For multiple more seconds, the air is deathly still, and the party can hear nothing. Then, about 30 feet down the passage ahead, you see a small ripple and a flash of green. It seems as though the amphibious hag is trying to swim away and escape.
For now we will go with a group initiative where everyone in the party takes a turn, then Vistra will go. What would you like to do?
Syvis' eyes narrow as she glares at the retreating hag and says, "No. You will not escape to further harry us on our journey. Stop and accept your fate." Her solid silver eyes flash brightly in the darkness as she reaches out an open hand toward the retreating monster and casts sleep.
If the hag currently has 25hp or less it falls into a magical slumber.
Syvis zeros in on where Syvis might be before calling upon her elven lineage to cast the spell sleep. Sure enough, you see several bubbles pop up where Vistra was, leading you to the assumption that the spell worked and Vistra is now unconscious in the water about 30 feet ahead.
Voyage will cast Mirror Image and create three duplicates of herself all around her. They all move together towards the back of the boat, to provide further protection for those hiding back there.
Syvis silently slinks behind the boat in an attempt to flank the hag. Voyage meanwhile provides further defense for the weaker members of the group through mirror image.
