Muharg closes distance with the mysterious individual, trying to do so unnoticed. He allows the suspect to enter the cabins' corridor, so he can be more easily cornered than on deck. Once the lurking figure is below deck, Muharg follows them sneakily to see what their intentions are. He thinks to himself "Who the hell are you?"
If the person tries to access a cabin, Muharg will yell at him: "Halt!" and cast Command (DC 12)

Muharg follows the hidden figure along the lower decks of the ship. The figure continues on without noticing Muharg following behind. Eventually, the figure makes its way to the door of a cabin. Muharg realises that this is the cabin used by the Luskar Deliverers. Though the identify of the figure remains unknown.
As soon as Muharg casts command on the figure, it freezes in place just before opening the door.
Muharg charges towards the suspicious being and attempts to grapple him as he calls "Bjorn! Arogna! Could use some help here! Shad! Qinfaren! Wake up, give me a hand!"
Lost the Perception roll by editing sorry, it was 12. DM can we assume we hear Muharg outside the cabin regardless of perception rolls, and/or is that enough?
Qinfaren wakes up thinking he heard Muharg calling. Strange dream he thinks to himself. He’s about to close his eyes and go back to sleep when he hears some sort of scuffle outside the cabin door.
He jumps out of his bunk, grabs his staff and swings open the door.
Seeing Muharg unsuccessfully trying to grapple someone he runs his thumb along the mistletoe and taps the staff on the ground. Then he reaches over to tap the intruder with the end of the staff.
Casts Shillelagh and then Attack: 25 Damage: 11 magical damage

Shad falls out of his hammock. Luckily it is not far from the deck. He stumbles to his feet, trying to remember why he is awake. Muharg is yelling, so it must be his turn to watch. Yep, that's it.
But then he sees Muharg wrestling and Qinfaren with the quarterstaff. He blinks for a moment. "Hey, let's talk," he says as charmingly as he can. "No reason to hurt anyone. Let's chat," and he casts Charm Person on the being Muharg is trying to grab (WIS DC 12). "It's all good," he says. "Just stand right here for a moment. You want to stay and tell us everything."

Hearing the noise, Arogna awakens, heaves herself to her feet and grabs her hammer. She runs out of the cabin and stares at the melee to try to identify the figure in the middle of it all. Perception: 20 (Arogna has darkvision)

Muharg launches at the figure trying to grapple it, he realises that it is a woman, but she ducks out of the way of his reach. However, Qinfaren successfully manages to strike her with his club, causing considerable harm.
Arogna sees that there is a woman with mousy brown hair in the hallway with Muharg and Qinfaren.
Arogna drops her hammer and also tries to grapple the woman. If she fails, and is not already in this position, she will try to move between the woman and the exit to the upper deck.
Hearing his name called, Bjorn jumps up and heads in the direction of Muharg's shout. Seeing Arogna attempt to apprehend the woman, he jumps in to assist.

Did Shad's Charm Person have any effect? If so does the grapple count as harmful or not?
"I've got her!" Arogna tells the group. "Quick, tell us what you were doing sneaking around this cabin, and we won't hit you no more. The big guy just got nervous. Why you going around in the dark when everyone's wound up like this?"
DM Note: Sorry, I forgot to put, but Charm Person did not work
As Arogna struggles with the woman, the woman says, "I will not let you deliver Rool's package."
Then the woman begins to shrink, and as she does hair begins to grow all over her body. He nose begins to grow longer, her ears grow pointier and a worm like tail begins to grow. Before you know it she has turned into a giant rat. She then scurries away into the darkness.
Bjorn tries to trace the path of the polymorphed woman but quickly loses her in the darkness. Pondering for a moment he says, "Rool...Rool...Isn't that the drunk half-orc we fought in the tavern on our first day? The one we got a package from?"

"Yeah, that was him... didn't say a word about the package though." Muharg scratches his beard trying to recall "There were a name and some kind of symbol on the parcel, wasn't it? Qinfaren do you have the parcel?"
Qinfaren is too fascinated, watching the woman transform into a giant rat to even think about trying to catch her before she flees.
“That was amazing. Did you see the claws on her hands as she changed?” He asks the others.
Finally as he’s sure she isn’t returning, he turns to answer Muharg.
”Yes, yes. He gave us what he wanted delivered just before he took his nap. Actually, I think it might have just fallen out of his pocket before he passed out.”
Qinfaren goes back into their cabin and rummages through his pack to find Rool’s package.
”Do you think the captain would like to know about the rat lady?”
Qinfaren pulls a package out of the bottom of the bag.
”Just a name and a symbol.”
@DM I don’t think we ever learned the name or what it looked like - I just went back to those posts and couldn’t find anything. Can we read the name and get an idea of what the symbol looks like?
Like Bjorn, Shad ties to see where the giant rat is going, but also like him, isn't able to follow her.
"We probably should let the captain know about the stowaway," Shad says. "I wonder if this is connected to the bundle that was thrown overboard!" He thinks for a moment. "And we should tell our boss also. Lennart. Maybe he could loan us sidekicks so the package is sure to be delivered."

Reading the package you see the name Glarth Druma, and the symbol is that of a fish.
