Gell continues his approach drawing his staff once more. As he whips it around to point at Ash, the shadow once surrounding Scarab zips over to engulf her in its cruel embrace.

Gell steps in close, and brings the staff around sheathed in thunderous energy and tries to bring around for a hard strike to the side.
Booming Blow: (3)18 Damage: 13 of Bludgeoing and Necrotic Damage. Plus an additional 1 Thunder damage if Asheira moves before the end of Gell's next turn.
If Gell manages to knock her unconscious, he will continue past her into cover.
(If allowed to change the Hex's property for the new target, I am keeping it as disadvantage on Charisma Checks.)
