Kia screams, curses in several languages, then centers herself (maybe Stillness of Mind applies?) and settles into a radiant sun bolt rhythm, four bolts each round, expending a ki point each time for the two as a bonus action. She will run out of ki after 5 rounds... at which point she will do some one-handed punching?
OOC > I'll just leave a bunch of rolls here for Crispy to allocate as time marches on, though it may violate the "take turns" directive. As she checks over Kia she commands the newly formed elk.
"Everyone make room. Celty charge,break the door down. You two lend your strength, whatever you can give." The two small animals leap off her shoulders to assist the larger creature.
Celty backs up about 20 feet and attempts to charge the door. Ram Attack: 10 Damage:12 (If Celty hits the Charge adds extra Damage:5)
Sniffles follows after and begins biting at the door. Attack:10 Damage:6
Scout joins the rat,making its own bite attack. Attack:10 Damage:1
Kia, despite your broken paw, you let loose some more damaging radiant attacks, a few of them hit. You drop the living wall down to 180hp. Celty and Scout animalistically attack, dropping the wall down to 158hp. Grishkar's acid arrows strike the wall, further reducing its fortitude to 108hp.
Down below, in what appears to be a huge contained uterus, the fetal pieces merge into an enormous living angry fetus. Layer upon layer of body parts forming something horrendous, and throbbing - intestine and vein-like tentacles form, writhing and dripping blood and organic fluid. The screaming and crying of hundreds of dead infants almost shatter your willpower as the fetal monster lumbers towards you three - it raises it's "fists" and tentacles lashing, unleashes a horrible scream and attacks each of you.

OOC > not to belabor the point, but the radiant sun bolts are a magical ranged attack, so Kia’s just using the one hand and cradling the other, and certainly not beating on anything! Also, she’s probably 15 to 20 feet away, to stay out of the way of the animals (radiant sun bolts have a 30’ range).
Martha will use her action to Dodge! Disadvantage on all attacks against her until her next turn. Martha heaves the fist off her. “Alright! Bring it on. Gonna take... whew... more than that to take me down!” She says as she pops the shoulder back into socket... yep, that’s gonna take a while to heal.
