He stamps his feet with Tommary then looks at Toots and says,

Tommary the Unworthy but Nevertheless Always Game to Chat, inquires,

OOC: we ok with making Tommary's misunderstanding of Roman the sculptor and kaiju into a full on cosmic heresy and actually set him up as an actual worshipper of Rodan?  It'd explain a lot, like why he might name his scimitar Windbreaker beyond the lulz.  Like maybe there's an actual Rodan cult in Cliffside, that the "totally fixed real" fighting circuit has an after party after matches, and the after-after party is actually an assemblage of Rodan cultists?  Maybe Tommary will dip into Warlock for full on ridiculousness when he goes to 11.

“That’s a good idea Ily” Toots says in common. “Do you speak Hin?” Toots asks in Halfling.

Mr. Beard looks at Ilyara and booms out, "I am being familiar with that language! I was being hopeful for more than song and drink! I am Adukas the tree feller!"

"Hello, Adukas!" Ilyara responded in Gnomish.  She gestured to herself, continuing.  "My name is Ilyara, Waywatcher.  These three don't speak Pyntsyzhe, but they're good folk.  Toots," she said, pointing at the indicated halfling.  "Elyona," she added, pointing at the second indicated halfling.  "And Tommary, who's got a thousand names and each of 'em worse than the last," she finished with a wave towards the party's sole Biggun.  She then turned to the others.

"He says his name is Adukas, th' tree feller.  He was looking for more'n song and drink, though what that is I haven't figured yet."

Toots pulls out Santa’s cookie plate and cocoa mug, says the command words, and offers their new friend some refreshments. “Maybe he’s lookin’ fer a cookie and some cocoa?”

Tommary the Unworthy but Ultimately not Stingy, ponders not going through with the gesture, but in the end offers the XXX NPH branded flask that still has a few drams of "stuff" in it as an alternative.

He rubs his hands together and takes up the cookie, gives it a nibble then wolfs the rest down. With the drinks he sniffs both, and puts the XXX in the cocoa and drains the mug. He smacks his lips and says "I am telling to you, that is the best eating I am having in a long time!"

"What is bringing you to my forest?"

“I take it he liked the cookies, but what’d he say?” Toots inquired as she put away the cookie plate. Then she refilled the cocoa mug and offered it back to the dwarf again.

Elyona smiles, and does her best to look non threatening.  She does eye the axe, not with suspicion, but with curiosity about its construction and the quality of the work. She is careful, though, not to stare.
