His imagination electrified, Tommary the Unworthy points Windbreaker at the Big Jack and tries to poison it's thoughts with whispers of St. Linus lurking somewhere in this patch, and the Great Pumpking must not be seen by St. Linus less he be shrouded with a blanket and carved by children, his seeds turned into snackfood for their dog and bird, "Auggggghhhhh!".

3rd level casting 19 psychic damage and flees from Tommary, or half damage and no flight on a DC 15 WIS save.

Ilyara then Elyona gogo!

Elyona approaches Big Jack and makes two attacks with her flaming sword, invoking Arvoreen as she does so.

OOC: she'll use a 3rd level divine strike on the first attack that hits

Feeling nauseated in more ways than one and definitely disapproving of this entire endeavor, Ilyara sets her sights on the jack in front of her, hoping to clear it away before it turns into another Big Jack.  Rilia go green-flame shanky stabbins in 3...2...

OOC:  Oops!  I forgot that Elyona's attacks were at disadvantage because she is poisoned!  Sorry about that.  So I figure the two rolls above are the first attack here's another attack at disadvantage:

You watch as the seeds creep up Elyona's leg, you can see them squirming under her skin doing 1 damage.

Hitting the big jack is like striking hardened iron fungus, the blow shocking up Elyona's wrist. She is able to burn some chips off and burst the wound with holy fire (non fiend non undead).

Ilyara continues her dance with the light jack, neither side managing a hit.

But the orange skinned creature tries again to vine its way on to her

The Jumbo Jack turns to Elyona the fire in its eyes burns brighter as it lifts the spear and slams it at her trying to pin her to the ground.

Toots!

In an effort to free up Ilyara so she can join the fight against Jumbo Jack, Toots plays another dirge, this one for Jack #3: (Attack: 19 Damage: 10). 🤞🤞

”Oh no! Ely hang on!” Seeing Elyona being infested with those seeds, and beset by such a mighty attack from JJ, Toots worry compels her to go for broke. Summoning up her energy, she swings her lute in the air, conjuring up a spectral mallet that slams at Jumbo Jack: (Attack: 12 Damage: 7). 🤞🤞

A spectral mallet appears near the jumbo jack but the jack seems to brush it away like an annoying fly.

The jack at Ilyaras feet blackens and rots caving in on itself!

The spider moves closer to Toots for cover.

Elyona!

Freed of the jack attempting to molest her, Ilyara shoots a brief grateful look over to Toots before skittering over to slot in next to Elyona, covering her flank and making it harder for the Jumbo Jack to move past them.  Still feeling sickened and nauseous from the infection under her skin, the furling nevertheless gives her gamest attempt at charbroiling the Jumbo Jack alongside Elyona with another fiery stab.

OOC: Damnit I keep getting those thicc damage rolls on attacks that whiff q_q

Tommary the Unworthy is wreathed in lightning as he draws Stormwalker and roars with electrified voice, "GREAT PUNK KIN!  I AM THE LINUS!  AUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHH!" and charges, clearly unreasonably upset about something.

Tommary has triggered the sword's rage, two attacks

Attack: 27 Damage: 14 plus 7 lightning damage

Attack: 24 Damage: 6 plus 1 lightning damage

Wrathful, but still cunning, Tommary will use the remainder of his base and flourish movement to disengage and return to his position next to Toots.

Elyona shivers at the sight and feel of the seeds traveling through her skin.  She grits her teeth, offers up another prayer to Arvoreen, and swings her sword yet again at the big Jack.
